창업휴직제도가 개인의 기업벤처링 활동에 미치는 영향

  • 인센티브는 조직 내 개인의 동기와 행동에 영향을 미쳐 조직의 목표를 달성하는 데에 중요한 역할을 한다. 기존 문헌에서는 이러한 관점에서 개인의 다양한 동기를 충족시킬 수 있는 경제적, 사회적 보상에 대하여 논의해왔다. 반면, 직업안정성이 개인에게 기업가적 동기를 가진 개인에게 어떠한 인센티브로 작용할 수 있는지에 대한 내용은 간과된 측면이 있다. 본 연구는 창업휴직제도가 직업안정성이라는 비금전적 인센티브로 작용하여, 기업가적 동기를 가진 직원들의 기업벤처링(Corporate Venturing) 활동 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는지 여부를 조사한다. 본 연구는 전통적인 인적자원관리 문헌에서 비금전적 인센티브를 통해 개인의 일탈과 이직을 방지하려는 관점과는 달리, 개인이 일을 중단하는 것을 허가하는 '창업휴직제도' 자체가 비금전적 인센티브로서 개인이 혁신 성과를 증가시킬 수 있다는 점에 집중한다. 정부출연연구소 내부 기업벤처링 프로그램에 참여한 세 명과의 개인 인터뷰를 통해 이러한 가설을 지지할만한 단서를 발견하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 향후 실험 연구를 통해 실증 분석을 진행하고자 한다.

A Study on the Motive and Evaluation of the Job for a Special Private Security Tasks (특수경비원의 직업선택동기와 직업평가에 관한 연구)

  • This study is focused on the relation in the motive and the evaluation for the job in a special private security field. The supplement of the outstanding human resources is one of most important matter to improve the private security industry. For it the applicant's motive and evaluation of whose quality should be screened to recruit proper and oustanding human resources into the industry. For the study the follow elements would be considered. First, What is the real motive to apply the job and how prospect on the job the applicant will be taken. Second, what is different point of view to the job between male and female. Third, what relationship is in achieving the job performance between the temporary motive and the planed motive. Forth, what effects are on the job satisfaction and the planed motive for the job. With the above elements the survey was taken based on each sex for the study and the results are out as below. a) Male is in higher than female in taking with unplaned job motive and for job satisfaction is much higher in 1-20 age range. b) In general, the expectation on the job is much higher than the current job status, the male are in the expextation on the job and the female are in the the current job status. c) The job satisfaction is on positive effect to the planed taken job but the unplaned taken job is on negative. From the Research the most concerning element on the recruiting new employee is applicant's positive attitude on the job he/she will be taken.

A Converged Study about Influences of Job Stress, Job Security, Depression, Family Bond, Subjective Health Status, Social Support on Quality of Life in Married Middle-Aged Male (기혼 중년 남성의 직업스트레스, 직업 안정성, 우울, 가족유대감, 주관적 건강상태, 사회적 지지가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 대한 융합적 연구)

  • This is the study of descriptive research to look into influence factors about how married middle-aged male' job stress, job security, depression, family bond, subjective health status and social support have an effect on the quality life. We collected data by giving questionnaires to 149 middle-aged males between the ages of 40 to 49, living B & D metropolitan city and J city, and used the SPSS/WIN18.0 version to analyze. The correlated factors of quality of life included job stress(r=-.544, p<.001), depression(r=-748, p<.001), job security(r=.566, p<.001), subjective health status(r=.537, p<.001), family bond(r=.712, p<.001) and social support(r=.739, p<.001). Factors influencing quality of life are depression, social support, family bond, subjective health status, current employment period and regular exercise. Therefore, a good quality middle-aged life, it will be needed to lower the depression, expand the social support system, improve family bond and subjective health status, increase employment period.

A Converged Study on the Influence on the Quality of Life for Early and Late Middle-aged Men (전후기 중년 남성의 삶의 질 영향 요인에 대한 융합적 연구)

  • This is a descriptive study on what factors influence the quality of life of early and late middle-aged men. This research is the secondary analysis which was conducted with the data of 170 people and the primary data from 2017 by using SPSS/WIN program. The results show that the main factor is depression in early middle-aged men and social support for late middle-aged men, whose overall ability to explain was 77.8% and 64.7%, respectively. Therefore, this research suggests that multidisciplinary and converged approaches-developing nursing intervention programs based on the factors shown in this paper, creating social environment, strengthening social supportive system and making policies-be required for the enhancement of middle-aged men's quality of life.

A Study on the Occupational Value and Job Choice Intention of University Students in Healthcare Management (의료경영계열 대학생의 직업가치와 직업선택의도에 대한 연구)

  • This study is a descriptive survey study using a self-reported survey method to find out the job value and intention of career choice of college students in the medical management field. This study was conducted on university students in medical management at three four-year universities located in Busan Metropolitan City. A total of 139 effective questionnaires were used as statistical analysis data. As a result of the analysis, social dedication and stability were significantly displayed in the selection of jobs for hospital administration and administrative positions, and social dedication and stability were significantly displayed in the selection of jobs as medical recorders. In choosing a career as an international medical tourism coordinator, the focus on human relations, maintaining face, and pursuing stability have been significant. Only social commitment was significantly shown in the choice of occupation as a health educator. A comparison of job values according to general characteristics showed that there was a difference in the pursuit of knowledge and social commitment. In the case of grades, there was a difference in social dedication and stability. There was no significant difference in the case of religious or non-religious matters. In the case of economic level, only economic priorities differed. Through this study, we would like to present basic data so that college students in medical management who prepare to take the first step into a professional medical management society can recognize the need for recognition of job value and move in a better direction in choosing a job.

Crisis and Response of Librarians at University Libraries (대학도서관 사서의 위기와 대처)

  • These days, librarians working at university libraries have been suffering from uncertainty about their professional identity and their position stability by ever-changing circumstances. Therefore, librarians at university libraries have to adapt quickly to the informational and educational environment which are constantly changing. They have to alter their role to meet information needs of users and only then can boost their value to maintain their longstanding identity as an expert on information storage and access. The purpose of this study is to find factors which threaten the professional identity of librarians working at university libraries by analyzing the literature and phenomena and to research an effective counterplan to create conditions for librarians to take pride as professionals in stable circumstances.

An actual Analysis on the Determinants of the Private Security Agents Career Choices (민간경비원의 직업선택 동기 결정요인에 대한 실증분석)

  • This study is to investigate determinants of the private security agents' career choices. Random sampling of newly agents working at the private security firms in Gyeonggi-do and ChungChong-do was used. The period of under review was from May, 2010 to June, 2011 and the total number of interviews was 382. For this study using SPSSWIN 18.0, factor analysis(EFA/CFA), reliability analysis, discriminant analysis and descriptive statistics. The followings are conclusions. The first factor is' the value of job'. It consists of public security, contributions to our society and nation, protection public safety, spirit of sacrifice, crime prevention, and maintenance security. The second factor is 'ease of career choice'. Qualifying conditions are not particular and it is easy to get the job, as a result, this job is easy of access, they chose this job. The third factor is 'occupational stability'. They think this is a good job because the job is future-oriented so they chose this job. The fourth factor is' curiosity'. They became interested in this job, so they wanted to know about this job and then they chose this job.

  • This study has a purpose that comes up with a practical direction of training program about a cultivating vocational competence to older adults for living an independent life including a social, economic, and emotional base. The aged people suffered from a employment uncertainty because the aged people's job opportunity is just opened to unskilled works and not related with a regular lifelong educational program. In this study, the direction of program for cultivating vocational competence should be expanded and standardized. Also, there are less social agreement about older adult's cultivating vocational competence has a meaning above the purpose with economic activity. And the program should related with the employment. The direction of program for cultivating vocational competence to older adult should be the expansion and standardization of program. and should have the opportunity of sympathy about older adult's physical and social problem.

Generational Differences between Nurses Focus on Work Value and Job Engagement (간호사의 세대 차이에 관한 연구 -직업가치관과 직무열의를 중심으로-)

  • The objective of this study was to identify generational difference of work value and job engagement. Total 256 nurses participated in Korea. Analysis of variance(ANOVA) was conducted to investigate the generational differences of work value and job engagement and factors of work values influencing to job engagement was identified by multiple regression analysis. Nurses considered financial benefits, job security, and work environment as the most important thing and autonomy, possibilities of promotion, and contribution to society were considered less important in their work life. Y and Z-generation nurses respected more to interests at work and time availability for private life than X-generation in work life.

A Study of the Relationship between Personality Traits and Job Satisfaction of Community Health Practitioners in a Rural Area (일부 보건진료원의 성격특성과 직무만족도에 관한 연구)

  • This study was attempted to examine relationship between personality traits and job satisfaction of community health practitioners(CHPs) working in remote rural area in order to suggest some methods to enhance their lob performance and the degrees of job satisfaction. The General Personality Test and the revised version of Job Satisfaction Questionnaire were administered to 200 of 348 CHPs in the Kwangju-Chonnam area and then the percentages, means, standard deviations and Pearson's correlation coefficients of these data were obtained, ANOVA and logistic analysis were used. The results of study were as follows : 1. CHPs without religion were more satisfied with their salary than those with religion. 2. CHPs who hoped for continuous education showed higher scores than the others on necessary job, professional pride and autonomy. Those who chose for independent job showed higher scores than the others on both necessary job and professional pride. Those who hope for long duration showed higher scores than the others on both necessary job and professional pride. Those who were satisfied with the present occupation showed higher scores than the others on pay satisfaction, necessary job, professional pride, interaction, autonomy and demand from organization. 3. Their autonomy scores differed significantly according to work status, both interaction and autonomy scores did so according to the fields of the past job in CHP, and their autonomy scores according to location of clinics. Their interaction scores differed significantly according to the frequency of home visits per mouth, both the degrees of salary satisfaction and professional pride scores did so according to the frequency of counseling education per mouth, and their professional pride scores did so according to total income per year. 4. The levels of their responsibility and self-confidence showed the highest of all personality traits variables. 5. The professional pride score of CHPs showed the highest of all job satisfaction variables. 6. Dominance were mostly correlated with autonomy and responsibility were mostly associated with professional pride. Both emotional stability and self-confidence were mostly related necessary job. In conclusion, religion, location of clinics, clinical experience, opportunity for education, dominance, self-confidence, the duration of services hoped for, satisfaction with the present occupation, the field of past job and administrative affairs were found to be the important factors in the degrees of their job satisfaction. Therefore, the methods to consider these variables will be necessary to develop for enhancing the efficiency of their Job performance and the degrees of job satisfaction.
