A Factor Analysis on Job Stress Level in Dental Hygienists (치과위생사의 직무스트레스에 관한 분석요인)

  • This study was carried out in order to offer medical service in good quality by enhancing dental hygienists' job satisfaction and to arrange basic data necessary for individual development and health promotion in dental hygienists through grasping the job stress level and job satisfaction of being experienced by dental hygienists, and the correlation. The self-administered questionnaire was surveyed and collected from August 1-12 of 2011 targeting 210 dental hygienists of general hospitals, dental hospitals, and dental clinics nationwide(Seoul, Gyeonggi, Daegu, Pohang).The analysis was made on 205 people. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSS WIN 15.0 program. As a result, out of job stress, the average was indicated to be the highest with 2.71 in 'job demand.' As a result of examining about sphere-based relationship between health perception level and job stress related to building in dental hygienists, the central nervous system manifestation showed statistically significant positive correlation with physical environment(r=.281, p<.001), job demand(r=.281, p<.001), relational conflict(r=.163, p<.05), organizational system(r=.166, p<.05), compensation inappropriateness(r=.267, p<.001), and job stress(r=.311, p<.001). Overall, the building-related health perception level showed statistically significant correlation with physical environment(r=.259, p<.001), job demand(r=.311, p<.001), relational conflict(r=.172, p<.05), organizational system(r=.158, p<.05), compensation inappropriateness(r=.197, p<.01), and job stress(r=.275, p<.001). They need to improve their quality of life and life and mental health by developing proper air conditioning system and using one in their work place. if so, they could contribute to better quality of oral cavity service for everyone.

The Effects of Ego-resilience and Professionalism Awareness on Occupational Stress in Early Childhood Teachers (유아교사의 자아탄력성과 전문성인식이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of ego-resilience and professionalism awareness on occupational stress of early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were 154 early childhood teachers working at day care centers and kindergartens. The data and information were collected through questionnaires. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed on the collected data with the SPSSWin 18.0 statistics program. The following results were shown: First, in regards to the relationship between ego-resilience, professionalism awareness and occupational stress, there were high correlations among them. Second, ego-resilience of early childhood teachers had a greater influence on occupational stress. Third, professionalism awareness of early childhood teachers had an influence on occupational stress. Forth, ego-resilience and professionalism awareness of early childhood teachers had influences on occupational stress, and their explained variance was 28%. These results imply that the support systems shoud be prepared to improve positive thoughts and attitudes of early childhood teachers.

A Study on the Improvements of Qualification Items for Electronic Commerce Manager (전자상거래관리사 출제기준에 대한 개선방안 연구)

  • This research purpose to improve the qualification items for electronic commerce manager. Former qualification system for the electronic commerce manager was executed 11 times from year 2000 to 2005. To improve the standard for test questions and contents of qualification items, we reviewed literatures about job analysis for electronic commerce manager, electronic commerce curriculum, e-Business market and other countries' similar qualification systems and items. We also analysed the job related knowledge, skill, and abilities using job analysis by DACUM method, subject matter experts interview and workshop committee for development and validation of qualification items. Based on the results of job analysis and DACUM workshop, we derived a job model for electronic commerce manager and then validated it through field survey and additional expert review. Finally we developed and suggested an alternated qualification items using matrix analysis between categorized job knowledge and job tasks.

Educational Needs Analysis of General Security Jobs in Physical Protection Field using the DACUM Technique (DACUM기법을 활용한 물리적방호 분야 일반보안 직무의 교육 요구분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the main subjects of the job-based curriculum by deriving the job analysis results of general security job workers in the physical protection field responsible for responding to threats to nuclear materials and nuclear facilities. In the job analysis stage, FGI was conducted on 7 content experts to derive 8 duties and 55 tasks. In addition, knowledge and skills were drawn for each task. In the analysis of educational needs, surveys were conducted for workers in general security jobs to derive the top 25 educational priorities through t-test and Borich needs assess model. At the stage of selecting core tasks and organizing required/optional contents, 42 tasks, both above average or at least one of them, were derived as core tasks based on the result of evaluation of importance and difficulty ratings of 55 tasks through a questionaire. In addition, tasks applied to the top 25 rankings derived from Borich needs assess model were applied as the required contents when designing courses, and tasks which applied only one of them were selected as optional contents. At the stage of required/optional modules and educational contents, four required modules and five optional modules were derived by drifting similar tasks between the required and optional contents. Based on the above results, the study suggested academic and practical implications and future suggestions.

Assistive Product Users' Need Analysis on Job Competence of Assistive Product Specialist (복지용구 전문가 직무 역량에 대한 복지용구 이용자 요구도 분석)

  • As the elderly population grows, the use of assistive products that facilitate independent living by the elderly is increasing. Assistive product specialists are important to selecting the correct assistive products. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the needs of assistive product users. This study was conducted to identify the key tasks that should be prioritized through analysis of the needs of assistive product users of assistive product specialist's job competence Questionnaires were administered to 84 assistive product users in person and by mail. The questionnaire was designed to investigate the importance of work and educational needs based on the job of the assistive product specialist. Based on the results, the priorities of five duties and 12 key tasks were derived. The key tasks are highly demanded by assistive product users and must be included in the performance of the job of the assistive product specialist. Based on this study, it is expected that elderly people will gain independence and improve their quality of life in their homes and communities through an individualized approach.

유치원 교사의 직무스트레스에 따른 심리적 소진의 관계에서 자기자비와 마음챙김의 조절효과

  • 현대 사회가 급변하면서 가족 구조와 형태가 다양해지고, 여성의 경제 활동과 맞벌이 부부가 증가함에 따라 영유아 대상 돌봄에 대한 요구는 다양하게 변화하고 있다. 그러나 보육기관 증설 및 운영 시간 연장 등으로 보육의 공공성을 강화해 나가는 것에 반해, 유아 교육기관의 질과 영유아 상호작용에 큰 영향을 미치는 유치원 교사의 근무 여건 개선은 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 유치원 교사는 영유아의 성장과 발달에 결정적이고, 무조건적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 교육의 질을 결정하는 가장 중요한 요인이라 할 수 있다. 그럼에도 긴 근무 시간, 저임금, 학부모의 지나친 요구, 부진한 복지제도 등의 열악한 근무환경에서 직무스트레스와 그에 따른 심리적 소진을 경험하고 있다 본 연구에서는 유치원 교사가 지각하는 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 자기자비와 마음챙김의 조절 효과를 규명하여 유치원 교사들이 흔히 겪을 수 있는 일반적인 어려움을 예상해보고 그 요인을 찾아 분석함으로서 유치원 교사의 스트레스를 예방하거나 감소시키기 위한 지원 방안 및 유치원 교사를 위한 교육프로그램 개발의 기초 자료로 활용되는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 내 유치원에 근무하는 교사 200명을 대상으로 직무스트레스척도(MTOSFQ), 심치적 소진척도(MBI), 자기자비척도(K-SCS), 마음챙김척도(FFMQ)를 사용하여 설문을 실시한 후 SPSS v22, 독립표본 t검정, 일원배치 분산분석, 선형회귀분석과 매개효과 검증을 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하고자 한다.

영양사의 직무영역과 직무영역에 대한 중요성 평가

  • 최근 급변하고 있는 급식조직내에서의 영양사 직무영역을 파악하고 영양사 직무수행시 요구되는 관리능력 배양을 위한 교육내용의 수요를 파악하기 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 본 조사연구를 수행하였다. 지역을 고려하여 서울시내 사업체, 병원, 학교 급식소 중 450곳을 선정한 후 급식관리를 담당하는 영양사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 242부가 회수되었다. 조사내용은 급식소의 일반적인 사항 4문항, 영양사의 일반적인 사항 5문항을 포함하여 영양사의 직무영역을 구매관리, 생산관리, 인사관리, 원가관리, 재고관리, 위생관리, 영양관리, 시설ㆍ설비관리부분으로 구분하고 이에 대해 현재 직접 관리하고 있는 영역, 기존의 급식관리시 어려움을 느끼는 영역, 영양사 직무수행을 위해서 대학교육에서는 불충분했다고 생각되는 영역, 향후 급숙관리시 중요하게 관리해나갈 직무영역 등으로 구성하였다.   • 해상교통관제 업무는 선박사고 발생 위험에 대한 부담감 및 교대근무 등 불규칙한 근무형태로 인해 스트레스가 많은 직종이다. 특히나 관제 업무는 고도의 주의와 예측능력을 요구하는 업무로 이를 저해하는 인적요인 분석 및 관리 필요성이 절실한 분야지만 관제사의 직무스트레스에 관한 연구가 전무한 실정이다. 관제사의 스트레스로 인한 피로증상은 관제업무수행에 필요한 인지능력이나 의사결정 능력을 저하시킬 수 있고 이로 인해 업무수행에 차질을 빚을 경우 안전사고로 이어질 수 있는 위험이 존재한다. 그러므로 안전과 직결된 관제사의 스트레스는 과학적으로 연구되어야 하며 제도적 마련과 더불어 체계적 관리가 필요할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국인 직무스트레스 측정도구를 이용하여 관제사의 직무 스트레스 수준을 파악하고 직무스트레스 관리의 필요성에 대하여 제고해보고자 한다.

원전 주제어실 운전원의 절차서 수행 모델 연구

  • 원전 운전에는 그 수행에 필요한 많은 직무가 있고, 직무가 어떤 것인가에 의해 운전원에게 할당되는 직무와 기계 즉, 자동화된 설비에 할당되는 직무로 분류된다. 차세대 원전에 적용할 전자식 절차서에서는 단순, 반복적인 직무는 자동화 설비에, 인간의 판단과 같은 고도의 사고를 요구하는 직무는 운전원에게 할당하여, 인지해야 하는 정보의 수가 많고, 해당 운전상황을 정확하게 판단해야 하는 비정상 및 비상 운전시 운전원의 작업부담 (Work-load) 를 줄이고자 하는 방향으로 개발이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 원전에서 적용하고 있는 절차서의 수행과정을 절차서 수행에 필요한 직무가 어떤 것들이며, 운전원의 어떤 행위에 의해 수행되는지의 관점에서 이들을 정성적으로 분석, 전자식 절차서 시스템에 적용할 절차서 수행 모델을 개발하고, 아울러 전자식 절차서 인간-기계 연계 화면에서 제공하고자 하는 주요 운전변수들의 표시형태를 확인, 구현해 보았다.

Differences in Job Stress by Occupation Before and After the Reaction to COVID-19 among Care Facility for the Elderly (요양시설 종사자의 코로나 19 대응 전·후 직종별 직무스트레스 차이)

  • This study is a descriptive survey study attempted to find out the difference in stress by occupation before and after responding to COVID-19 among care facility for the elderly. In this study, a survey was conducted on workers in care facility for the elderly in Chungcheongnam-do and Gyeonggi-do from March 22 to April 25, 2021. Of a total of 220 questionnaires, 206 were collected, and the data were analyzed through t-test, one way ANOVA, and chi-square test. According to the research results, the difference in the sub-areas of job stress before and after the COVID-19 response of nursing home workers shows that nurses have job demands(t=-3.90, p<.001), job instablity(t=-3.30, p=.002), the nursing assistant has job demands(t=-2.45, p=.018), nursing care workers have job autonomy(t=-3.34, p=.001) showed a significant difference. Therefore, in order to effectively solve job stress according to the occupation of workers in care facility for the elderly in the COVID-19 era, stress relief programs for each occupation must be customized.
