  • 이 연구는 체육행정가의 서번트 리더십이 구성원의 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 체육행정조직의 효율적인 운영방법을 제시하기 위해 수행되었다. 체육 행정가의 서번트 리더십이 구성원의 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 구조방정식 모델을 분석한 결과 수정 전보다 더 양호한 수준을 보였다. 그리고 경로분석 결과 서번트 리더십은 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 서번트 리더십은 조직시민행동에도 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족은 조직시민행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on the Effects of Influencers' Emotional Labor and Job Stress on Job Burnout (인플루언서의 감정노동과 직무스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • As influencers have recently drawn attention amid the rapid growth of the global market in influencer, it is time for systematic research on the working characteristics and working environment of influencers. Therefore, this study empirically examined whether positive psychological capital and social support have a moderating effect on job burnout in the relationship between influencers' emotional labor and job stress on job burnout. A survey was conducted influencers who were active through Instagram, and structural equation were used for statistical processing and analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that positive psychological capital had no moderating effect, and the relationship between emotional coordination and job burnout was adopted as the moderating effect of social support, and the the relationship between surface behavior and job burnout, it was found that there was no significant interaction between variables and job burnout.

Job Analysis of Pediatric Occupational Therapists in Korea: Focused on Sensory Integration Intervention (아동작업치료사의 직무분석: 감각통합치료 중심으로)

  • Objective : The aims of the this study is to identify job characteristics, to generate job description, and additionally to investigate duty task of the job for Korean pediatric occupational therapist focused on sensory integration intervention. Methods : In the first stage, job analysis of pediatric occupational therapist focused on sensory integration intervention was performed by an advisory committee consist of the DACUM panel. Through the job analysis, job description with definition was established. In the second stage, a survey was performed for 141 pediatric occupational therapist using a questionnaire based on the job description in order to investigate importance, frequency and difficulty of duty task and task elements of the job. This process was done from May to September 2017. Results : The job definition drew from this study was 'Pediatric occupational therapist provides occupational therapy services to children and adolescents to support occupational performance and social participation including daily activities and play". Through the job description established in this study, 9 duties (consulting, evaluation, intervention plan, intervention, document, education, self-development, management, and administration), 28 tasks and 169 task elements were drew. In the survey, among the duty tasks and task elements, 'ensure physical safety' and 'perform a session' were selected as the most important task, and 'ensure safety of children, sensory integrative equipment and environment' and 'prepare a safe environment' were selected as the most important element. Conclusion : This study defined job demands and characteristics of pediatric occupational therapist who performs sensory integration intervention. It is expected that this study can be used a resource to develop and/or improve educational program related.

Job Analysis of Early Childhood Special Education Teachers Using DACUM Technique (DACUM 기법을 활용한 유치원 특수학급 교사의 직무분석)

  • This study attempted to analyze the jobs of early childhood special education teachers working in kindergarten's special classes using the DACUM technique. To this end, the DACUM Committee was formed with six early childhood special education teachers with extensive field experience. A total of six DACUM workshops were conducted to derive job definition, job descriptions, and job specifications. As a result, the job description of early childhood special education teachers consisted of 9 duties and 53 tasks, and the job specification consisted of 80 knowledge, 98 skills, and 22 attitudes. Early childhood special education teachers working in kindergarten's special classes were tasks differentiated from special education teachers working in elementary and secondary school including home-linked guidance, health and safety management, elementary school transfer guidance, environmental composition according to play topics, and indoor and outdoor play activities guidance. In the case of knowledge, the Special Education Act on the Disabled, etc. and knowledge on behavioral modification took precedence. Skill showed high frequency of observation-record, parental interviews and parental education skills. Attitudes as experts and administrators took priority. The results of this job analysis can help organize a curriculum to train early childhood special education teachers with high job competency in universities.

  • This study is to investigate the relationship between job characteristics and job satisfaction in manufacturing company and difference of perceived job satisfaction from employment type(employees and temporary employees). The result of this study are as follows: (1) job characteristics such as skill variety, job identity, autonomy are related to job satisfaction, (2) the perceived job satisfaction is made a no difference between employees and temporary employees. The results above indicate that the job satisfaction difference from employment type can be used for organization to improve the organizational effectiveness including organizational competitiveness and employee's job satisfaction.

  • In this study, the results were that the duty of optician was analysed with DACUM(Developing A Curriculum Method). Task/Skill Matrix was formed and selected the elements above 2.15 points with the job description. The job specification made out the job description and the preference survey for the optician with the job model. These elements made a draft of drawing up standard of the Optician National Licensing Examination by Job Analysis.

The Influence of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of 119 Paramedics on Job Performance Ability (119 구급대원의 직무스트레스, 직무만족도가 직무수행능력에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is a descriptive research study to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction of 119 paramedics on their job performance ability. The subjects were 119 paramedics working at the fire department who agreed to participate in the study, and data collection was conducted from July 1st to September 10th, 2020. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 23.0 program, with frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, correlation analysis, t-test, and ANOVA. As a result, the average job stress, job satisfaction, and job performance ability of 119 paramedics were 2.85±0.29 points, 3.35±0.30 points, and 3.53±0.89, respectively. A higher job satisfaction indicated higher job performance ability. An examination of the characteristics of the variables according to the general characteristics showed that the job performance ability was related significantly to the marital status, age, and first aid experience. Based on this, to establish a positive professional intuition to increase the job performance ability of 119 paramedics, lower job stress, and increases job satisfaction, it is important to raise awareness of job satisfaction, establish a job view, and promote job satisfaction through performance improvement. Occupational Stress, Depression, Drinking of Heavy Industrial Male Workers (중공업 남성근로자의 직무스트레스, 우울, 음주)

  • This study investigates the relationship between occupational stress, depression, drinking among heavy industrial male workers. The participants of this study were 312 workers in a local heavy industry. The data were collected by self-report using questionnaires from May to June, 2014. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. t-test, ANOVA, and pearson correlation coefficient, scheffe test, stepwise multiple linear regression with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. The total mean scores of occupational stress on the subjects were $53.77({\pm}6.33)$, depression were $12.10({\pm}7.44)$, drinking were $10.32({\pm}7.55)$. The study showed that drinking is positively correlated with occupational stress, depression. Also drinking explained 15.9% of occupational stress in heavy industrial male workers. This study provides baseline data for the preparation of management strategies that can address the occupational stress, depression, drinking of heavy industrial male workers.
