Resistivity Inversion with Householder's Transformation (Householder 변환을 이용한 비저항반전)

  • A Householder's transformation is applied to the resistivity inversion problem. The conventional resistivity inversion method is sometimes numerically unstable in interpreting a resistivity sounding data because it usually solves the normal equation derived from an observation equation. The resistivity inversion method using Householder's transformation solves the observation equation directly, so that it is numerically more stable than the conventional method. A theoretical, ill-conditioned Schlumberger sounding data was chosen to test the inversion scheme with Householder's transformation.

  • 터널은 긴 선상구조물로서 사전지질조사에 의해 설계에 필요한 정보를 정밀도 높게 구하는 것이 매우 어렵다. 따라서 터널시공 중 암반 및 지질상황을 관찰하고, 터널주변 지반의 거동을 계측하여 지반에 적합한 지보공을 설계ㆍ시공하는 것이 필수적이다. 이를 위해서 터널시공 중 정량적인 암반분류와 계측(일상관리계측과 대표단면계측)이 주기적으로 실시되고 있지만, 이러한 결과를 어떻게 시공에 반영하느냐는 터널의 합리적인 시공에 있어 매우 어려우면서도 중요한 문제라 할 수 있다. (중략)

  • 해상에서의 환경변화는 육지보다 훨씬 변화무쌍하여 그 위험도가 복잡·다양하다. 그런데 우리나라에서의 해상안전 관리체계는 사후처리 개념으로 진행되고 있어 재산과 인명피해가 큰 것이 특징인 해상사고가 발생하게 되면 아무리 빨리 대응한다고 해도 그 피해를 최소화하는데 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계극복을 위해서는 사전예방 개념의 해상안전 관리체계 확립이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 해상에서의 안전관리를 위기개념으로 접근하여 해상에서의 환경변화에 따른 위험도를 주기적으로 분석하고 대응함으로써 해상에서의 국민의 인명과 재산보호에 최대 효과를 도출할 수 있는 해상 위기관리 시스템에 구현을 위한 기초 조사내용을 기술하였다.

  • 퇴변한 필적을 회복하고 보호하는 것에 관계되는 여러 학과를 설립하여, 각고의 연구 끝에 이 영역에서 일련의 중대한 돌파를 얻었다. 볼펜 복사지 푸른색 먹(黑) 연필 청사진 등의 필적 재료의 퇴색 확산 회복 고정기제 및 종이 노화와 보호기제 등 복잡한 요소를 연구 분석하여 일련의 퇴변한 당안 필적 회복과 보호제를 연구 제작하였다. 이 일련의 성과가 세상에 나온 이래 중국 30개성 자치구에서 정부기관 경찰 법원 도시규획과 건설 지질 수도 전기 철로 석유 조사 설계 군사 등의 일부분 당안에서 응용되었고, 심각하게 퇴변한 대량의 진귀한 문헌 문물로 하여금 원래 모습을 회복시켰으며, 영구 보존할 필요가 있는 문건을 내구적으로 고정시킬 수 있었다. 동시에 국제 당안계 및 지질문물 수장, 연구 부분에서 강렬한 영향을 불러일으켰다.

Effects of Dietary $\alpha-cellulose$ Levels on the Growth, Feed Efficiency and Body Composition in Korean Rockfish, Sebastes schlegeli (사료의 $\alpha-cellulose$ 함량이 조피볼락 Sebastes schlegeli의 성장, 사료 효율 및 체성분에 미치는 영향)

  • Experimental diets containing 5 different levels of a-cellulose $(0\%,\;5\%,\;10\%,\;15\%\;or\;20\%)$ were fed to juvenile Korean rockfish (20.5g of initial mean weight) for 10 weeks to study their ability to utilize dietary $\alpha-cellulose$. Weight gain, feed efficiency, and protein and energy retention efficiency in the fish fed diets containing $0\%,\;5\%,\;or\;10\%$ of $\alpha-cellulose$ were significantly higher than those in the fish fed diets containing $15\%\;or\;20\%$ of $\alpha-cellulose$ (P<0.05). Whole body lipid content of the fish fed $10\%$ $\alpha-cellulose$ diet were significantly higher than that of fish fed other diets (P<0.05). The results suggest that the optimum dietary fiber levels for Korean rockfish would be less than $10\%$.

Study on Development of Fermented Sausage using Grapefruit Extract and Kimchi Extracted Starter Culture (자몽 추출물과 김치 추출 유산균을 이용한 발효 소시지 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study was conducted to develop natural additive for the improvement of lipid stability and the suppression of pathogenic contamination during the storage periods of fermented sausage. Fermented sausage prepared with grapefruit extract showed good suppression of lipid oxidation and pathogenic bacterial growth, and it was higher than that of fermented sausage prepared with nitrate until 7 days of storage. Fermented sausage prepared with treatment A (sodium nitrate and L. acidophilus), B (sodium nitrate and L. brevis), C (ascorbic acid and L. brevis) and D (grapefruit extract and L. brevis) were compared. As results, treatment C and D showed the lowest pH changes among treatments, and the highest growth of lactic acid bacteria was represented in treatment D. In the suppression effect of E. coli, the bacterial count was below 100 in all treatment except the treatment A. There were no differences among treatment in the brightness of meat color (p<0.05). Treatment D showed significantly high values in the redness, but showed the lowest values in the yellowness. In sensory and texture test, treatment C and D were superior compared to others. Therefore, grapefruit was represented as a good source of antioxidant for fermented sausage, and L. brevis isolated from kimchi was effect in lowering pH value of sausage during fermentation and it was also effective to persist fermentation during storage period and to reduce the occurrence of pathogenic bacteria by the suppression of their growth.

Effect of Onion and Garlic Juice on the Lipid Oxidation and Quality Characteristics during the Storage of Conger Eel(Astroconger myriaster) (양파즙과 마늘즙이 붕장어의 저장 과정 중 지방산화 및 품질 특성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of onion and garlic juice on the lipid oxidation of fish oil as antioxidants and quality characteristics of fish muscle. The samples were treated with onion and garlic juice at 5%(w/w) or 10%(w/w) of fish muscle, and stored at 4$\pm$1$\^{C}$ and -18$\pm$2$\^{C}$ for 7 and 42 days, respectively. The results of this study were as follows: Lipid oxidation in samples was measured by AV, POV and TBA value. AV and TBA values of the samples treated with 5% onion and garlic juice were lower than those treated with l0% onion and garlic juice. POV of the samples treated with onion were lower than those treated with garlic juice. Lightness and yellowness of the sample were the highest in 10% onion and garlic juice-treated ones. The score of overall quality in sensory evaluation was the highest in the samples treated with onion juice stored at 4$\pm$1$\^{C}$.

Development of replacement diets for improved growth and survival rate of scallop juvenile Patinopecten yessoensis (큰가리비 Patinopecten yessoensis 치패의 성장 및 생존율 향상을 위한 대체 먹이원 개발)

  • This study was done to examine the effect of several diets (Phytoplankton = PHY, Shellfish Diet 1800 = INS, Oil type = OTE, Powder type = PTE) on growth, survival rate and biochemical composition of scallop juvenile Patinopecten yessoensis. The highest survival rate were observed in PTE + PHY (90%). The highest shell length and shell height was observed in PHY and PTE + PHY diet (P > 0.05). The growth with PTE and OTE diet was the lowest in shell length and shell height (P < 0.05). On the other hand, the shell width and meat weight were highest in PHY and PTE + PHY, while the lowest in PTE and OTE (P < 0.05). The content of fatty acids such as DHA and n-3 PUFA levels was significantly higher in the juvenile fed on PTE + PHY than in those fed on PHY and INS alone. Also, the total protein ranged 55.5 to 65.2% in PHY + INS, while 44.8%, 47.9% in PTE and OTE respectively. The RNA and DNA contents were the highest in PHY and PTE + PHY, while the lowest in PTE and OTE (P < 0.05). RNA/DNA ratio significantly higher in juvenile with PHY + INS than those with PTE and OTE alone (P < 0.05). The combination of PTE + PHY could improve the growth and survival of scallop juvenile. Our results suggested that PTE could partially replace live algae in bivalve laval rearing.
