Leadership education is part of the goals of special education for the gifted of computer science. However, there has been little research effort on leadership curriculums and programs specially designed for the gifted of computer science by reflecting their characteristics. Thus this paper was conducted to design educational contents of leadership for the gifted of computer science as follows:First, common elements were extracted from the goals and characteristics of special education for the gifted of computer science and from the previous studies through analysis. Then basic data were selected helpful to choose educational contents of leadership for the gifted of computer science. Second, the definitions and characteristics of leadership were analyzed along with the previous studies to find common elements. By defining relations between the gifted of computer science and leadership, the investigator also examined the leadership characteristics to be considered when choosing educational contents. Third, educational contents of leadership for the gifted of computer science were selected and designed based on the leadership elements developed by the Korean Educational Development Institute(2005). Fourth, leadership activity logs and reading materials were developed of the education for the gifted of computer science based on the educational contents for their leadership. And fifth, Delphi analysis was carried out to test the validity of the leadership activity logs and reading materials developed in the study in two sessions; the first one tested the overall design of the educational contents, and the second one did the detailed contents of the activity logs and reading materials.

현재 국내에서 치수경제성분석을 위한 홍수피해산정법으로는 하천설계기준에 제시되어 있는 다차원홍수 피해산정법(MD-FDA: Multi-Dimensional Flood Damage Analysis)이 광범위하게 사용되고 있다. 그러나 2004년 처음으로 지침이 나온 이후 각종 자산조사 원단위에 대한 갱신이 이루어지지 않아 현재 실정에 맞는 자산조사가 불가능하며, 일부 산정방식에서는 문제점도 지적되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주거자산, 농업자산, 산업자산으로 나누어진 자산 항목과 인명피해액 산정을 위한 인명손실에 대한 각각의 원단위를 갱신하여 현재 경제상황에 맞는 적용이 이루어질 수 있게 하였다. 또한 과거 문제점이 지적되던 산정방식에 대해서 일부는 기술 방식을 고쳐 이해를 돕고, 일부는 새로운 방법론을 제시하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 갱신된 원단위가 현재의 사회경제적 상황을 완벽히 반영한다고 판단되지는 않는다. 이는 통계자료의 양적 질적 부족으로 인해 기인된 것이다. 그러나 2004년 다차원홍수피해산정법이 처음 제시된 이후로 원단위의 갱신이 이루어지지 않았던 데 비해 통계자료의 형식적 내용적 변화상을 반영할 수 있게 하였다는 점에 있어서 연구의 의미가 있다. 본 연구의 결과 변경된 자산조사 방식과 각종 원단위는 치수계획 실무에서 홍수피해산정시 많은 참고가 될 것이다.

Writers enroll their outcome to Program Deliberation & Mediation Committee and get the copyright preserved for the protection of IPR. The program registration is conducted through off-line and on-line methods, and especially on-line registration provides program registrants convenience along with the safety of property from external copyright invaders. However, it is a shortcoming that the integrity and confidentiality of the enrolled program cannot be guaranteed in case of internal factors such as system errors, administrator's illegal access and revision. This paper proposes the reliable system, ensuring programs and offering convenience of Digital signature management from the system errors and intruding factors by internal administrator, using the security of confidentiality, integrity and Multi-Signature Scheme for program.

Flapper Valve of Korean Utility Helicopter(KUH-1) is an essential equipment in Environmental Control System(ECS) for pilot to perform flight mission. It provides pilots and crews with heating, ventilating and air conditioning. It has function of maintaining room temperature to sustain operational capability for pilot and crew. This paper summarizes pilot comments in flight test which are classified by cause of occurrence and the troubleshooting process about each comment. It also describes design improvements which was derived from troubleshooting and suggests verification results of flight test at low temperature.

Shin et al. proposed the new hash function with 160-bit output length at PKC'98. This hash function is based on the advantages of the existing hash functions, such as SHA-1, RIPEMD-160, HAVAL, and etc.$^{[1]}$ Recently, Han et al. cryptanalyzed the hash function proposed at PKC'98 and proposed the method finding a collision pair with $2^{-30}$ probability at FSE 2002, supposing that boolean functions satisfy SAC(Strict Avalanche Criterian).$^{[2]}$ This paper improves the method and shows that we can find a collision pair from the original version of the hash function with $2^{-37.13}$ probability through the improved method. And we point out that the problem of the function comes from shift values dependent on message.

This paper presents a new register transfer level synthesis methodology for efficient SOC system design. The previous register transfer level synthesis systems first translate from a hardware description language to sequential circuits inadequately. Secondly, the systems separate registers and combinational circuits and then optimize only combinational circuits. This paper describes their disadvantages and then proposes a new method to overcome their shortcomings. This paper also shows the effectiveness of the proposed method by using the proposed method at designing the controller of a surveillance system.

This study examines the perception of professionalism of the design practitioners working in the architectural design firms. Data from the survey questionnaire were collected from 271 participants. Major findings were as follows: 1) Professional ethics and research were the two most important components of the profession. 2) Experience was the most important factor determining pay, promotion, and competency. 3) Job-related educational program was most highly supported by the company. 4) Participants' perceptions toward licensing and professional association were negative. 5) Self-accomplishment and aptitude were the main reasons to choose the profession. 6) Independent attitudes were found toward intellectual property. 7) Participants felt proud of their job but thought their social status was below medium.

Traditional queueing analyses are very useful for designing a network's capacity and predicting their performances, however most of the predicted results from the queueing analyses are quite different from the realistic measured performance. And recent empirical studies on LAN, WAN, and VBR traffic characteristic have indicated that the models used in the traditional Poisson assumption cannot properly predict the real traffic properties due to underestimation of the long-range dependence of network traffics and self-similar properties. In this paper, It is also shown that the self-similar traffic reflects real Ethernet traffic characteristics by comparing Pareto-like ON/OFF source model which is exactly self-similar model to the traditional Poisson model. It is also performed optimization design and performance analysis of ATM network using Internet traffic characteristics.

Recent years, the response characteristics of large space structures have been studied. Then, for the large space structures with large rise-span ratio, it is clarified that the anti-symmetric mode are representatively amplified. That means the static seismic load for general ramen structure is not suitable for the space structure. In this paper, we propose static seismic loads for space structures and its concept. And for the space structures of beam string structures, execute the time history analysis and quasi static analysis and compare the results of them. From the results, we can prove the validity of static seismic load for space structure.

본 연구는 아동의 웹 기반 학습 프로그램의 현 주소를 살펴보고, 그 활용도가 저조하다는 문제점을 지적하여, 그 원인을 분석하고 대안을 마련하여 새로운 형태의 웹을 활용한 학습 프로그램을 제안하고자 한 것이다. 그러한 웹 기반 학습에의 접근성을 높이기 위하여 '감성'이라는 주제에 초점을 맞추고자 하였는데, 그 이유는 다음과 같은 세 가지의 가정에 기반을 두고 있다. 첫째, '감성'은 학습자로 하여금 주도적인 학습을 하게 만드는 강력한 동기 요인이 될 수 있다는 것이다. 둘째, 웹을 이용한 학습은 그러한 자기 주도적인 학습을 전제로 하고 있다는 것이다. 셋째, 2003년 현재 초등학교 5학년의 학령에 있는 아동들의 웹에 대한 감성 및 성향을 알지 못하고는 교육적 효과를 기대할 수 있는 우수한 기반 프로그램의 개발이 어렵다고 하는 것이다. 위의 가정에 기반을 두고, 본 연구는 세 단계로 진행되었다. 먼저 선행연구를 통해 기존의 웹 기반 학습 프로그램과 프로그램을 사용하는 사용자의 반응을 조사하여 문제점 및 보완점을 조사하였다. 그 다음에 그러한 문제점 및 보완점을 반영하여 프로그램을 설계 제작하였으며 마지막으로, 프로그램을 제작하고 학습자에게 이용하게 하여, 그 반응을 알아보았다. 본 연구는 감성차원과 웹 기반 학습 프로그램 구성요인간의 상호 관련성 및 관계를 알아보고자 했으며, 웹 기반 학습 프로그램의 설계 및 제작에 있어 감성차원을 고려하고 반영해야 할 필요성이 있음을 밝히고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 시도된 이러한 감성을 기반으로 한 프로그램의 설계 및 구현은 차후 효과적이고 우수한 웹 기반 학습 프로그램의 개발에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.
