Marine accidents are mostly caused by medium and small ships, and are continuously increasing. In this paper, we propose an architecture of the speech synthesis based automatic safety navigation support service providing system for small ships that equiped onboard systems compared with vessels. The main purpose of the system is to prevent marine accidents by providing synthesized voice safety messages to nearby ships. The safety navigation support service is operated by connecting GPS and AIS to synthesize voice safety messages, automatically broadcast through VHF. Therefore, we developed a data processing module, a staged risk analysis module, a voice synthesis safety message generation module, and a VHF broadcasting equipment control module, which are components of the system. In addition, we conducted laboratory-level and sea-trial demonstration tests using the developed the system, which verified usefulness of the proposed service.

The purpose of this study was to establish a national R&D lifecycle and to propose a research support service plan. In particular, in terms of providing research support services, a plan to provide services in connection with IRIS and NTIS, which are national research support systems, was proposed. To this end, the current status of IRIS and NTIS was analyzed, a linkage plan according to the role of each system was proposed, and an R&D lifecycle was established by analyzing previous studies and cases at home and abroad. Through current status analysis and case analysis, research support services that can be provided at each stage on the entire R&D lifecycle were proposed.

In this paper, we present the design and implementation of a web-based distance learning system supporting the collaborative browsing. Our system consists of an education affair management system, a video conferencing server/client, a white-board server/client, a session manager and a web browser sharing system. Among other things, our collaborative web browser is unique and not found in any other system. The web browser shows synchronously the same web pages as the lecturer moves through them. Therefore, it allows the student to feel real-time surfing gust as the lecturer would. The session manager supports multi-user and multi-group, and integrates various synchronous collaborative component into one distance learning system by providing the same session data and information of users in a session group. Our collaborative browsing system can increase the efficiency of distance learning and provides the effect of learning in the same classroom by supporting various synchronous functionalities, such as collaborative browsing.

FMS와 같은 자동생산시스템은 단위생산시스템으로서의 운영단계에서 타 생산시스템과의 통합된 시스템으로서 운영이 됨과 동시에, 원격지에서의 모니터링 및 제어가 요구되는 단계로 발전되고 있다. 단위설비 및 생산시스템의 현재 상태를 파악하고, 이를 이용하여 시스템 운전을 수행할 수 있도록 지원하는 네트워크와 통신기술이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 기반으로 NC 공작기계를 포함한 FMS 의 원격 모니터링과 제어를 수행하도록 지원하는 장치인 게이트웨이 개발과 활용방안에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 요즘 관심이 고조되고 있는 교수법 학습을 위한 웹-기반 학습시스템을 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 웹-기반 학습시스템이란 시공간의 제약없이 웹에서의 교수-학습을 효율적이고 체계적으로 지원해주는 시스템을 의미한다. 이 시스템은 액티브 서버 페이지와 동적 웹 기술을 이용하여 학습자의 흥미를 유발시켜 자기 주도적인 학습을 유도하고, My Desk, 과제함, 토론방, 예약 면담시스템의 커뮤니티 등의 서비스를 제공하여 학습자와 교수자, 학습자와 학습자 사이의 상호작용을 지원한다.

다양한 선박/해양 사고 시 피해를 최소화하기 위한 활동의 일환으로 선박용 개인위치기반 안전구조시스템이 제안되었으며, 해당 시스템의 효율적인 운용을 위해 대피상황 대시보드, 대피현황 모니터링 시스템, 대피지원시스템으로 이루어진 통합관제시스템을 개발하였다.

KISTI 정보시스템부는 개발사업을 타 부서의 연구사업으로부터 독립된 과제를 수행한다기보다 정보의 수집, 분석, 공유업무를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있게 하는 기술적 지원을 첫 번째 사업 목표로 삼는다고 할 수 있다. 정보시스템부에서 지속적으로 담당하고 있는 “과학기술 정보시스템 개발사업”의 상당 부분은 KISTI의 과학기술 정보서비스 고도화를 위한 기술개발 및 시스템 운영지원이다. 그러나 이 시스템 개발사업은 단순히 현재 운영되고 있는 정보관리, 정보서비스 시스템을 지속적으로 업그레이드하는 수준에 머무는 것이 아니라, 정보유통 인프라의 체제개편을 주도하는 혁신적인 연구개발 업무로서 추진되어야 한다는 당위성을 안고 있다.

In this paper, we developed integrated billing system for multi-language. It is very easy to customize for other language and also It has functions in integrated billing system. Whenever administrator insert UI message data for other language, we can make billing packages for its own country to service integrated billing policy.

웹 기반의 응용시스템 개발이 보편화되면서 보안은 특히 인터넷과 같은 네트워크 환경에서 정보처리에서 매우 중요한 요소로 대두되고 있다. 공통평가기준은 보안을 중요시하는 시스템의 명가를 위해서 표준화된 요구사항들의 목록이다. 공통평가기준을 사용하여 시스템 자체와 시스템 개발에 않은 보안 요구사항 정의는 가능하지만, 방법론 지원은 제공하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 보안 클래스를 중심으로 소프트웨어공학 생명주기에서 보안측면을 분석하고 적용하는 방법을 제시한다. 공통평가기준에서의 행위와 문서는 개발된 시스템의 품질을 개선하여. 높은 보안 요구사항을 만족하기 위해 부가적 비용과 노력을 감소시키는 시스템 개발에서 가장 중요한 요소이다 이를 기반하여 프로세스, 자원. 생명주기 분석 모델과 프레임워크를 정의하고 생명주기 지원 클래스의 적용에 대해서 논한다.

기술의 발달과 보안의 중요성이 대두되면서 DVR 시스템이 널리 보급되고, 기존의 CCTV보다 더 선명한 화질과 빠른 검색 등의 장점으로 더욱더 DVR 시스템의 활용 분야가 넓어지고 있다. 이와 동시에, 비디오 데이터의 압축률과 저장 공간의 증가로 인해 DVR 검색 시스템의 중요성이 증가하였다. 그러나, 기존 DVR 검색 시스템에서는 시간이나 채널과 같은 속성에 대한 검색만을 지원하였고, 특정 영역에 변화가 있는 비디오 프레임만을 검색하는 영역 검색을 지원하나 검색 속도가 느리다는 문제점이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 움직임 감지 데이터를 활용하여 영역 검색을 지원하는 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법에서 가장 문제시되는 점은 움직임 감지 데이터를 거의 실시간으로 DBMS에 저장해야 하는데, 이를 위해서 영역 인코딩 기법을 제안한다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 프로토타입 시스템을 설계 및 구현하여 성능의 우수함을 보인다.
