This research aims to analyze of the Effect of Army Start-up Support Program (hereinafter, ASSP) on the level of discharged or scheduled to be discharged soldier's satisfaction of their military service. In addition, this paper also seeks to elaborate on how those Army-supported programs, such as Start-up competitions, mentoring, camp, and school, can increase the level of military service satisfaction. By participating in those programs, service members can leverage their time in the military to make opportunity for their future career rather than consider it as a career break, increasing their military service satisfaction. Finally, on the basis of findings, this paper advocates for expanding Service Members startup Support Program of government agencies and municipalities and enhancing younger population's individual capabilities through ASSP. This research used ASSPs, such as Army Start-up competitions, mentoring, camp, and school, as independent variables. For controlled variables, this paper takes demographic elements such as status and career path of the participants. Our empirical analysis reveals that ASSP has a direct impact on the military service satisfaction, supported by the statistics from the hierarchical regression analysis. However, the research also suggests that individual' military service satisfaction from ASSP may differ from one another in accordance with the controlled variables such as status and career of the participants. This paper proves that ASSP can play a substantial role in enhancing service members' capabilities during their time in military and that Army fosters talent and connects itself to the nation and society. In addition, this research could contribute to increasing employment rate of and expanding Start-up support program of government agencies and municipalities for younger population by providing empirical results which advocates the latter's necessity.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the daily life of low-income grandparent-headed families and identify the effects of the Edu-Care program. To this end, the researcher conducted focus group interviews with ten grandparents and ten grandchildren who participated in the adjustment program, which was implemented for about five months. After participating in the program, the grandparents perceived that their skills for educating and raising children were improved and that they experienced psychological stability. Meanwhile, the grandchildren perceived that their learning competency and motivation for learning were enhanced and recognized why learning is necessary for their career. It was also found that the conditions and experiences needed for low-income grandparent-headed families are an integrative support program, a differentiated curriculum, and aid and care provided by human resources.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the integrated support program for children with ADHD tendencies and their social support system. The program, including individual art therapy, group life skills programs, culture experiences, individual counseling programs and regular network meetings between parents and teachers were carried out to children with ADHD tendencies in order to build environmental support systems. As results, the psychological and emotional behaviors of children with ADHD tendencies have changed. This study, also, was able to verify the possibility of positive changes for the children with ADHD. Based on these results, the practical guidelines for building the support systems of children with ADHD tendencies were suggested.

in order to measure business performance against the programs supporting enterprises proceeding with LINC project, we have evaluated and checked satisfaction and effectiveness of the supporting programs to the extent that how well people recognize its significance and the related influence factors. For doing this, we have utilized questionnaire method and analyzed the research models and hypothesis in accordance with the variables and then verified the hypothesis. Based on the analysis, the satisfaction and effectiveness of the supporting programs was significant, resulting that the better administration system of the colleges and the enterprises participating in the programs, the higher satisfaction. According to this study, the result of the research showed that the degree of participation in the supporting program and the administration system of the colleges are the key converged influence factors to its satisfaction and effectiveness. However, so far, we have only focused on the questionnaire measuring the effectiveness. From next time on, we insist that we have to continually conduct more precise research which analyzes revenues of the participating enterprises.

This paper discusses entrepreneurship as a mean to overcome problems that arise from economic growth with no job growth and with aging population. In particular, this paper focuses on senior (elderly) entrepreneurship based on technology. It examines and defines restraints of various public and private sponsor programs for senior entrepreneurship. In comparison, Bridge Program of Finland was studied and its success factors are presented. Some of these success factors are enterprise-driven program operation, diverse education program focused on successful senior entrepreneurship, providing networking opportunities among entrepreneurs, and increased awareness in social responsibility of private enterprises. This paper suggests CBI (Corporate Business Incubator) in order to promote senior entrepreneurship. This study is expected to foster economic growth and job creation through utilizing increased elderly population in today's aging demographics. In addition, this study will be able to identify direction for government's role in boosting senior entrepreneurship.

With regard to gaining employment for specialized high school graduates, what are the significant factors? Along with specialized high school's employment support, facility and subject support, vocational ability support, career guidance, and employment support are implemented at school. At the same time, individuals are learning career preparation behavior and job search behavior. Those factors influence the career maturity. Therefore, a question is, "Do they finally affect employment?" The independent variables were composed of satisfaction on school support, such as facility and subject support, career preparation behavior at home, pre-job search behavior, and career maturity. A structural equation was created and an analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, the satisfaction on school support has significant impacts on career maturity and career preparation behavior at home and influences on employment directly or indirectly. The career preparation behavior at home not only has a direct impact on employment, but also increases the pre- job search behavior and career maturity. In particular, it was confirmed that the career preparation behavior at home is the main factor to increase employment via the pre-job search behavior. Considering the effects among the factors in gender, the satisfaction on school support directly increases employment, particularly for women. Therefore, high-quality school support programs should be enhanced, focusing on employment support programs for women. In addition, as satisfaction on school support increases, women are more likely to undergo career preparation behavior at home. This suggests that the career preparation behavior for females, such as conversation about career, is a critical factor to increasing employment unlike males. Therefore, support programs for women that is aimed at parents should be developed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of export promotion programs (EPPs) on the export performance of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), with a specific focus on the influence of EPPs for promising SMEs in the export market. Using data on SMEs provided by the Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK), we conducted a fixed-effects model analysis from 2016 to 2019. Our study shows that EPPs have a positive and significant relationship with export intensity. Further analysis reveals that SMEs utilizing the financing support system provided by EPPs tend to improve their export growth and financial performance relative to their counterparts. While EPPs can assist SMEs with their internationalization efforts, their similarity and redundancy are recognized as potential limitations. This study complements the existing literature that has mainly focused on surveys and cross-sectional analysis by specifying the research subject to promising SMEs in export, and analyzing the effects of the export promotion program supported by IBK Industrial Bank. The results of this study are expected to provide implications for improving SMEs' export capabilities.
