Commonly to design a database system. a conceptual database has to be designed and then it is transformed into a logical database schema prior to building a target database system. This paper proposes a method which transforms a Temporal Entity-Relationship Model(TERM) into a Temporal Object-Oriented Model(TOOM) to build an efficient database schema. I formalize the time concept in view of object versioning and specify the constraints required during transformation procedure. The proposed transformation method contributes to getting the logical temporal data from the conceptual temporal events Without any loss of semantics, Compared to other approaches of supporting various properties, this approach is more general and efficient because it is the semantically seamless transformation method by using the orthogonality of types of objects, semantics of relationships and constraints over roles.

The purpose of this study was to explore the implications of the integrated support through the 'health - medical - welfare' network and the specific context of the operation through the experiences of the users who participated in the 301 network project of Seoul northern municipal hospital. To do this, In-depth interviews were carried out with 10 research participants. The data was analyzed by general qualitative research methods. As a result of analysis, users lost their willingness because of living in a vicious cycle of poverty and illness before participating in 301 network services, but through the participation of the service, they were able to receive the integrated support of 'cure-care-life stability'. These experiences ultimately led to the regeneration of the will of their lives. At the basis of this experience were operating strategies and conditions such as the formation of a diverse professional team, the establishment of a linkage system within and outside the hospital, the establishment of a treatment linkage system through the acquisition of treatment subsidies, and the linkage of resources at mediation level. As the attempt to integrate 'health, medical and welfare' with well-coordinated strategies and conditions showed the possibility of complementing the limitation of the health welfare support system in Korea, the extension of the related business was suggested. For this, it suggested the more stable stabilization of the linkage system and the improvement of the institutional aspect.

We analyze BCM, COOP and other exotic advanced cases for making supporting programs relates with Disaster mitigation management in Public area. The outcome from this study explains what are requirements for proper activating the programs and what we need. In conclusion, we could understand importances of BIA, RA, Disaster mitigation activities, Contingency plan, Training, Correspond to disaster, Management of document except for system managing functions. It will be helpful to build supporting programs by meeting most of requirements of BCM at the same time.

In this paper, we design and implement a query processor of real-time main memory database systems, which reflect the characteristics of main memory database systems and satisfy timing constraints. The proposed query processor manages real-time data that has timing constraint by exploiting meta database. It supports CLI in order to make application programs. It also supports extended CLI and stored CLI. The former can be expressed the Information on real-time transaction. The latter is designed to support frequently processed transaction. The proposed query processor is implemented as query processor of real-time database management systems. We Present performance evaluation results that illustrate ratio of transaction, which satisfy deadline are increased by the query processing ability of system and the efficient management of real-time data.

In this paper, we extended hierarchial structure of managed object class to support Role-Based Access Control, and described constraint conditions that have support dynamic temporal function as well as statical temporal function established by management process. And we defined about violation notifications should report to manager when rules violate constraint conditions. Also we presented system architecture that support RBAC with MIB(Management Information Base) of ITU-T recommendation. By access control enforcement and decision function, constraint conditions and activated translation procedure of each roles are described, our system presents dynamic temporal property systematically.

본고(本稿)는 우리 경제의 개방화(開放化) 자율화(自律化) 추세 속에서 거시경제정책수단(巨視經濟政策手段)으로서의 재정정책(財政政策)의 기능과 역할에 대해 다음의 두가지 방안을 제시하고 있다. 첫째로, 분기별(分期別) 통합재정통계(統合財政統計)를 이용한 실증분석 결과에 기초해서 안정적 경제운영(經濟運營)에 있어서 통합예산관리(統合豫算管理)의 중요성을 강조하였다. 분석결과, 기존의 연간자료를 이용한 분석에서 밝혀진 바와 같이 물가 상승률과 재정적자 변수간에 정(正)의 상관관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났으며, 총통화 변수와 재정수지(財政收支)를 포함하는 물가상승률의 추정식 결과를 이용해서 단기적인 통화(通貨) 재정변수(財政變數)의 적정조합을 모색해 볼 수 있다. 다른 조건이 일정하다면 연간 총통화 증가율 1%포인트와 재정적자(財政赤字)의 대(對)GNP 비율 1%포인트 증가가 평균적으로 비슷한 정도의 물가압력을 낳는 것으로 나타난다. 둘째로, 효율적인 거시경제운영(巨視經濟運營)을 위해 요구되는 재정의 보다 근본적인 역할재정립 방향에 대해서 논의하였다. 해외자본유입(海外資本流入) 등에 대비하기 위해서는 신축적인 통화관리여건이 조성되어야 하고, 이를 위해서는 한은대출에 의한 정책금융 지원분의 재정이관 문제가 보다 적극적 전향적으로 검토되어야 한다. 총액한도대출대상 정책금융 중 지방중소기업자금의 이관문제가 검토되어야 하며, 상업어음할인, 무역금융, 소재 부품생산자금의 경우 기존의 중소기업지원관련 기금에 대한 출연을 확대해서 단기운전자금의 대출 등을 담당하게 하는 방안을 검토할 필요가 있다. 또한 총액한도대출대상 정책금융이 중소기업에 대한 지원인 점을 감안할 때, 중소기업부문(中小企業部門)에 대한 재정지원체계(財政支援體系)를 금리자유화 일정 등을 감안하여 종합적으로 정비함으로써 총액대출한도의 축소를 유도하는 역할을 재정이 담당해야 할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 국가가뭄정보통계집 내 실제 농경지 피해 사례를 바탕으로 농경지 피해영향지수라는 새로운 개념을 정의하고, 이를 산정하기 위한 방법론을 제안하였다. 먼저, 전국 15개 광역시·도를 대상으로 2018년부터 2021년까지 실제 발생한 가뭄피해 사례들을 심층 분석하고, 대상 지역 내 전체 농경지 면적 대비 농경지 피해 면적의 비율을 대표적인 농업가뭄 피해 인자로 선정하였다. 평년 대비 영농기 강수량 및 저수율을 가뭄영향인자로 고려한 후, 실제 가뭄 발생 당시 인자들 간의 직간접적인 관계를 파악하고, 그 영향 정도를 수치화하여 농경지 피해영향지수를 정의하였다. 추가로, 가뭄피해 발생시기의 농업용수 비상지원 사례에 주목하여 농업용수 비상지원 여부에 따른 가뭄인자의 조건별 농업가뭄 발생확률을 산정하고, 그 결과로부터 대상 지역별 상대위험도 및 농업가뭄 취약 정도를 비교·평가하였다. 본 연구를 통해 산정한 농경지 피해영향지수와 상대위험도는 국내 농업가뭄 취약지역을 선정하는 기준 마련에 도움을 줄 수 있고, 지역별 농업용수 지원의 효율성을 평가하는 요소로써 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, a fabrication process for PZT preform of 1-3 type piezo-composite were studied using powder injection molding (PIM). The viscosity and the Pressure-Volume-Temperature (PVT) characteristics of the fabricated PZT feedstock were analyzed. The filling patterns, pressure, temperature distributions, and forming defects of the preform were analyzed with 3D TIMON commercial packages during PIM process. Also the fabrication conditions and the delivery system of the preform were optimized during the entire PIM process. Based on the simulated results, the preform having uniform distributions of the PZT rod was fabricated with the PIM process.

To produce alcohol from Mume (Prunus mume Sieb. et Zucc) fruits, fermentation conditions were optimized by a response surface methodology (RSM) using the fractional factorial design with 3 variables and 5 levels. The coefficient of determination ($R^2$) of response surface regression equation for alcohol production were 0.9276. Optimum conditions for alcohol production were involved with 8.39% of sugar content, 28.86$^{\circ}C$ of fermentation temperature and 3.84 days of fermentation time. Finally, predicted level of alcohol production at these conditions was 5.24%.

현재 홈 네트워크 환경은 각 디바이스들을 위한 독립적인 서비스 보다 모든 디바이스를 통합관리 지원하는 지능적인 홈 오토메이션 서비스로 발전하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자의 신원확인만으로 댁내의 모든 디바이스들을 사용자 개인의 특성에 맞게 자동 제어할 수 있는 지능형 홈 오토메이션 시스템을 제안한다. 등록된 사용자의 정의된 규칙을 이용하여 가정내의 모든 디바이스들을 자동 제어한 수 있는 조건기반엔진을 설계하여 모든 디바이스를 독립적으로 제어하는 방식을 보완함으로써 지능적인 서비스를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다.
