능동적 시간지원 데이터베이스 시스템은 시간지원 데이터베이스 시스템에 능동규칙 시스템을 통합하여 구성한 진보된 데이터베이스 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 추세 분석, 상태 관찰을 통한 경보,고장에 대한 예측, 금융 시스템 및 공정 제어 등과같은 고도의 응용에 효과적으로 대응할수 있다. 그러나 능동적 시간지원 데이터베이스 시스템은 시간 차원을 갖는 다차원 데이터공간에 대해 처리해야 하므로 그 처리비용이 매우 높으며, 규칙 처리에 의한 시스템 부하가 매우 증가할 수 있다. 따라서 효과적 규칙 처리방법에 대한 연구가 수행되어야 한다. 한편 규칙의 성능에 대한 문제는 일반적으로 조건 평가 방법의 효율성에 달려있다. 특히 데이터의 시간차원을 고려한 시간지원 능동규칙의 경우 시간 영역에 따라 규칙에 의해 처리되어야 할 데이터 량의 증가하고 이에 다라 성능의 차이가 많이 나므로 더욱 문제가 된다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 능동적 시간지원 데이터베이스 시스템을 위한 시간지원 능동규칙의 성능향상을 위해 조건 평가를 검토하고 시간지원 차분에 의한 시간지원 점진적 평가연산을 제시하였다. 아울러 이 시간지원 점진적 연산자를 적용한 조건 평가 예를 보이고 이 연산자의 효율성을 증명하였다.

개발자는 사용자인 60만 소요군을 위한 무기체계의 인구개발 사업을 수행할 때에 연구개발 초기 단계에서부터 양산배치, 운용단계까지 사용자의 작전운용 및 정비지원 요구사항들을 상세히 분석해야 한다. 그렇게 하기위해서는 소요군의 현재/미래, 작전운용/정비지원 임무, 기상조건, 지형지물 조건, 적의 무기체계, 적의 작전운용/정비지원 조건 등을 개발자가 구체적으로 분석해야만이 개발목표 무기체계의 성능설계와 사용자의 인간공학적 문제인식을 도출할 수 있을 것이다

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of project selection procedures such as information provision and transparency and project application conditions such as required documents and conditions on the satisfaction of agricultural subsidy support policy and re-application intention to support pig farmers in Jeju. The results of analysis are summarized as follows. First Need to improve the satisfaction of the business selection procedure rather than to relax the business application conditions in order to improve the satisfaction of the subsidy support business. Second, Need to improve the satisfaction of the business selection procedure rather than to relax the business application conditions in order to increase the subsidy re-application intention through the income increase effect by the subsidy support project. It is shown that the efforts to improve the satisfaction of the selection process can improve the satisfaction of the subsidy support project as well as re-application intention at the same time. Therefore, It is necessary to focus on improving the satisfaction of the project selection process, such as providing information and reflecting opinions on the subsidy project.

This study investigates the recovery of trust and provision of a contract between a franchiser and a franchisee in the food service industry. It has come to the following results after analyzing the inter-affections among the franchisers' conditions, the trust level of their support and their intention to contract. First, such factors as experience, confidence, and expertise of a franchisee have significant effects on the terms of a franchiser. Second, ad support, experience, expertise, confidence, and capital factors have significant effects. Third, such factors as history of a franchiser, the number of its franchisees, its brand have significantly influence on trust. Fourth, educational support, utilization of job instruction and purchasing of packages have significant effects on intention to contract.

공간 데이터베이스 시스템에서 객체간의 인접성을 유지해야하는 공간 객체의 갱신 연산 수행시, 이와 인접한 공간 객체들은 의미적 무결성을 상실하게 된다. 이러한 의미적 무결성을 만족하기 위해서는 수작업으로 무결성을 유지하는 수동적 무결성 유지 방법보다 사용자 편의성을 위해 자동 보정 연산의 지원이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 공간 객체의 갱신 연산 수행시 인접한 공간 객체간의 의미적 무결성을 지원하기 위한 능동적인 공간 연산 트리거를 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 무결성 제약조건 검증 단계에서 인접한 공간 객체에 대한 자동 보정 연산을 수행하여 객체간의 의미적 무결성을 유지한다. 제안한 기법의 지원을 위해 무결성 제약조건은 레이어, 공간 객체의 순서로 기술하며, 무결성 검증 단계는 공간 객체, 레이어 순으로 제약조건 검사를 수행한다. 능동적 공간 연산 트리거는 레이어 제약조건 검증 단계에서 갱신연산에 대해 공간 위상 추출연산을 포함한 확장된 SQL을 사용하여 무결성을 유지하도록 한다. 능동적 공간 연산 트리거는 레이어 제약조건 검사와 공간 객체에 대한 자동 보정 연산의 수행을 통하여 인접성을 유지해야 하는 공간 객체들의 의미적 무결성과 사용자 편의성을 제공한다.

2008년 3월 20일부터 추진되고 있는 "농가 특별사료구매자금 지원사업"이 5월 29일 관련 대책을 통해 지원규모 및 지원조건 완화 등이 발표됨에 따라 농림수산식품부에서는 "농가 특별사료구매자금 추가 지원 지침"을 마련, 각 시.도와 농협에 지침에 따라 필요한 조치를 취하고 농가에도 적극 홍보하여 사업 추진에 차질이 없도록 만전을 기할 것을 당부하였다.

인터넷 기반의 전자상거래에 참여하는 판매자와 구매자는 가격, 마진 등 다양한 거래조건들을 가지고 협상 (negotiation)을 진행하는 경우가 많다. 그러나, 기존연구에서는 대부분 가격과 거래량과 같은 두 개 미만의 정량적 (quantitative)인 거래조건을 중심으로 협상을 진행하는 방안을 중점적으로 다루었다. 그 결과, 단순한 실험적 문제에 대해서만 협상지원이 가능했고, 실세계의 전자상거래 협상과정에서 발생할 수 있는 다중 협상 요인들간의 동적인 변화를 고려하지 못했다는 지적을 피하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 점에 주목하여 전자상거래 판매자와 구매자가 웹 상에서 다차원적인 거래조건을 가지고 실시간으로 시뮬레이션을 하면서 보다 동적으로 협상을 수행할 수 있도록 퍼지 멤버심 함수와 AHP 추론기법을 이용한 전자상거래 협상지원 (Fuzzy AHP Negotiation support. FAHP-NEGO) 메커니즘을 제안하고자 한다. 실험결과, 협상에 필요한 정량적인 값과 판매자와 구매자의 주관적인 의사결정 행동양식이 반영된 보다 동적인 협상을 진행할 수 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구결과는 향후, 전자상거래 협상에 있어서 보다 현실적인 협상을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 스케일러블 멀티미디어 콘텐츠에 대한 조건적 접근제어가 가능한 암호화 방법을 제안한다. 현재 표준화가 진행중인 스케일러블 비디오 코딩방법인 JSVM(Joint Scalable Video Model)은 부호화한 동영상에 대해 공간, 시간, 품질의 스케일러빌리티(Scalability)를 지원하는데, 각 스케일러 빌리티를 고려한 조건적인 접근제어기술은 스케일러빌리티에 따라 사용자를 제한해야 하는 경우를 위해 필수적인 기술이다. 제안하는 방법은 공간, 시간, 품질의 세가지 스케일러빌리티를 지원하도록 부호화(Encoding)후 구성되는 NAL(Network Abstract Layer)을 지원하는 스케일러빌리티에 따라 구분하고, 구분된 NAL 의 종류에 따라 암호화 key 를 다르게 제공하는 방법을 통해 사용자의 접근제어 수준에 맞게 암호화 key 를 조합하는 방법을 적용하였다. 실험 결과 제안한 방법은 JSVM 에서 공간, 시간, 품질의 스케일러빌리티가 보장되고, 이때 생성되는 Key 의 조합으로 조건적 접근제어(Conditional access control)가 가능함을 확인하였다.
