The purpose of this study is to develop a plan to improve the status of local autonomous body ordinances applying disability grades according to welfare law for people with disabilities. The results are that First, 215 of the total municipalities applied the disability grade, and 1,071 cases were applied to the disability welfare law. Among them, 60.04% (643 cases) of the ordinance that can be divided into severe (1-3 grade) and mild (4-6 grade) were found, and 39.96% (428 cases). A new service eligibility standard that reflects factors such as the needs of persons with disabilities, social environment, etc. needs to be developed. Second, since the exemption reduction service accounts for more than 40% of all projects, it is necessary to set the standards considering the other standards within the scope of not decreasing the total service amount when revising the ordinance. Based on these results, We will provide important basic data for establishing new service provision criteria to replace the disability level at the local government level.

Objective : The study is to suggest basic data for the expansion and the necessity of the occupational therapy at the day care center for infants with disabilities through investigating actual use and satisfaction of parents who use the day care center for infants with disabilities in Daegu Kyonbuk area. Methods : From May 15 to 29, 2009, 105 parents using the day care center for infants with disabilities were surveyed. Results : Terms of age group, parents using the day care center for infants with disabilities are mostly 30s and 40s. In terms of academic background, there were 58% of secondary school graduates and 38.9% of college graduates. Parents with experiencing 3 years of the occupational theory had 37.1%, which held the largest group. 75% of the objects agreed that infants with disabilities received enough occupational therapy, while they pointed out that the financial burden for therapy would be the major factor in the therapy. Conclusion : In order to provide a qualified occupational therapy in accordance with each individual's purpose at the day care center for infants with disabilities, it would be necessary to expand occupational therapy, to increase the demand for the occupational therapy from parents, and to secure enough number of therapists and financial support from the government and municipalities.

That modem society is an information society, information society has placed a high value on information and knowledge. This paper was studied on the new developmental direction for intelligent network service. The results of this study is as follow: first, intelligent network service must be systematic development. Second, intelligent network service must be promoted, presenting the development and establishment direction in future society. This study aims to illustrate the essence of meaning through sexual minorities' participant experiences in a sexual minority community. This research intends to explore essential meaning structure revealed in sexual minorities' reasons for joining a sexual minority community and in their experience in community activities. The study participants were 8 sexual minorities, and data was collected by in-depth interview. Data analysis was described using Giorgi's analysis methodology in phenomenological research method. As a result, the sexual minorities' participation was consisted of 13 meaning units, 6 derived topics, and 3 essential topics, which were 'An unquenchable thirst', 'Another world called oasis', and 'Real estrangement' Moreover, based on the essential topics, the study participants' common meaning of essence was analyzed as 'spiritual diaspora'. Sexual minority communities shall contribute to developments of own organizations through mutual compensations by vitalizing exchanges with other communities based on this study. Also, the communities should the variety in sexual minorities to allow various people's participation. People's awareness on sexual minorities must be transformed so that closed communities can change. Comprehensive knowledge on sexual minorities should be distributed in the social welfare fields so that sexual minorities may search solutions on issues through various access not limited to certain communities.

This study analyzed the development and growth of folksonomy by examining tags associated with 40 bestsellers on LibraryThing.com in 6-month intervals. It was found that tag values do not decrease but grow in terms of quantity and quality. Accordingly, we examined the major significances of the tags and their potential utilization as an expression of subjects. Our findings were as follows. First, the motivations for tagging can be categorized into personal information for search purposes, self-fulfillment such as sense of achievement, display of emotion and sharing of one's experience with others, or an altruistic objective that emphasizes sociality with a desire that one's actions might provide social benefits. According to our analysis, 74.12% of tags had a social motivation. Second, the total number of tags and the frequency of usage increased with time. Third, the categories that showed a high increase in tag usage were dates of publication and reading, key words, main characters, and book reviews. Tags related to subjects had the highest ratio. Fourth, among Library of Congress Subject Headings (LCSH), multiple genres, key words and main characters were assigned to books, and specific key words and other properties were added as time progressed. There was also a slight increase in the number of tags consistent with LCSH. Fifth, we found that key tags could serve as a compilation of terms that reflects the knowledge base of the corresponding era. Thus, folksonomy should be continuously monitored for its quantitative and qualitative development of the tags to make improvements on its formative disadvantages, and identify internal semantic significance, be actively utilized in conjunction with taxonomy as a flexible compilation of terms that incorporate the history of a specific era.

In this paper, we propose the development of an eBook Service System based on VOD Broadcasting Contents(eBSS-VOD) which protects the illegal copy through the effective DRM strategy. Here, eBSS-VOD is composed of three sub-systems - eBook server management system, ePub Builder, and eBook App - according to the functional points of view. The eBook server management system operates to manage the eBooks, the encription keys, the VOD contents, the membership and the history of users' viewing log. The ePub Builder assists to produce eBooks by DRM strategy. The eBook App provides users with the utility services of VOD viewing and eBook purchase processing. The proposed eBSS-VOD, differently from the current eBook systems, helps to increase the users' interests in reading books and to motivate the users' purchasing needs and it also makes new distribution channel for eBooks based on VOD broadcasting contents through smart applications. We provides the differentiated eBook builder which are based on ePub3.0 and DRM strategy. Through empirical survey results on users' interests and purchase intention for eBooks, we show that the proposed eBSS-VOD has the comparative effects compared to the current systems.

피부는 항시 산소와 접촉하고 있고 자오선 조사에 크게 노출되어 있다. 따라서, 활성산소종으로 유도된 피부의 광산화적 손상 위험이 실질적으로 증가하고 있다. 활성산소종이란 한 무리로서 수퍼옥사이드 음이온과 히드록실 라디칼과 같은 산소 중심의 라디칼을 포함할 뿐만 아니라, 과산화수소나 싱글렛 옥시전과 같은 몇 종류의 비라디칼종들, 그 외의 다른 것으로, 활성산소종과 생체 성분과의 반응으로 유래된 과산화 라디칼, 알콕실 라디칼, 히드로과산화물 식세포에서 살균작용을 나타내는 HOCl등을 포함한다. 피부에는 복잡한 항산화 방어망이 발달되어 활성산소종에 대항하여 보호작용을 한다. SOD, 카탈라아제, 글루타치온퍼옥시다제 등의 항산화효소와 $\alpha$-토코페롤, 아스코르브산, 카로티노이드 등의 비효소적 항산화 물질들이 피부 항산화 방어망을 구축하고 있다. 그러나 계속된 자외선에의 노출로 생성된 과잉의 활성산소종은 실질직으로 피부의 효소적 그리고 비효소적 항산화 방어를 위태롭게 한다. 따라서 균형은 산화상태 쪽으로 유리하게 기울어진다 결과적으로 산화적 스트레스는 세포 성분들에 대한 손상을 야기시킨다. 지질 과산화, 단백질 산화, 탄력 섬유인 콜라겐과 엘라스틴의 사슬절단 밀 비장성적인 교차결합, 히아루론산 사슬의 절단, 멜라닌 생성반응 촉진, DNA 산화와 같은 생체 구성 성분들의 손상이 일어난다. 결국에는 탄력감소, 주름살 및 기미, 주근깨 등으로 특징 지워지는 피부노화가 가속화된다. 따라서 필요한 항상화제를 함유한 식품이나 화장품을 통한 계속적인 항산화제 보충으로 피부 항산화 방어망을 견고히 할 때 피부노화는 지연되고 억제될 것이다.주거를 구분하고 있는 것으로 조사되었으나, 아직까지 절반 가량(52.2%)의 상점들이 다른 사람 소유의 건물을 전 ·월세로 임대하여 사용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 고수동굴 주변의 상업적 특성은 90년대에 들어서면서 자기 고장에 있는 관광자원을 내 고향의 자랑거리로 생각하고 이를 지역발전의 밑거름으로 활용하고자 하는 인식이 늘어나고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나, 관광지로서의 특성이라 할 수 있는 다른 관광동굴과의 차별성이 부족하다고 할 수 있다. 즉 다른 지역의 기념품점에서 구입할 수 없는 고수동굴만이 갖고 있는 특징적인 기념품을 판매함으로써 관광객의 구매욕구를 높인다거나 고수동굴의 일주관광 후 관광객을 좀 더 머무르게 할 수 있는 시설의 개발이 더 필요하다.유의한 차이를 나타내는 항목이 많았으며 12주에서 vehicle과 유의적인 차이를 나타내는 항목도 많으므로 3-APPA가 APSA 보다 광범위한 피부노화 억제 효과를 갖는 물질이라고 할 수 있다.주도적 역할을 수행해야 할 것이다. 넷째, 선박금융제도의 개선과 신금융상품의 개발이 요구된다. 내수 수요인 계획조선의 지원조건을 개선하고 연불수출자금을 BBC자금으로 활용토록하여 국내 선주들의 신조를 유도해야 할 것이다. 그 외에 향후 금융개방화에 맞추어 해외자금을 활용한 리스금융, 상사금융 등의 민간신용제도를 더욱 활성화하고 선진국의 선박금융기법에 대한 연구 및 도입 등 선주들에게 다양한 선박건조자금을 제공하여 내수기반 확충에도 노력해야 할 것 이다.있었다., 인삼이 성장될 때 부분적인 영양상태의 불충분이나 기후 등에 따른 영향을 받을 수 있기 때문에 앞으로 이에 대한 많은 연구가

The purpose of this study is to grope for the improving the management in order that Korea community centers may put better welfare services to community residents. Community welfare center is a professional social welfare agency that meets welfare needs of community residents by offering synthetical and various welfare services in community according to social, economical, cultural, regional background. Community welfare center was established for clearing up the conflict between social classes after Industrial Revolution in England, for solving problems of women movement and immigration in America, for different purpose in other countries. But there is no difference between countries in the sense of welfare services activities centering around poor community though each purpose are different. It can be known that community center must perform the function as social welfare professional agency which aimed at community care program. Resource which are needed for management of community center are mostly in community and community center must strive to get resources which are in community. But all the weakness of finance and facility which community center has may not be solved by using community resources. Community welfare center is not fixated yet in Korea. And community residents has little understanding of community center. Thus national financial support is needed. Actually community has difficulty to mobilize community resource. The problem is how to carry out this national financial support effectively and going on study about this problem is needed.

This qualitative study is designed for the reconstruction of the experience of single mothers in poverty based on the bottom-up approach. Welfare dependency is identified as vital help to protect their own and children's lives, through their stories telling that welfare services provided by government and community take care of them "in place of their husbands", and "raise them up by hand." What is self-sufficiency to them is more of a process-orientation through welfare dependency than a state out of it, and a way to look through building their self-esteem and working to discover their self-worth except their economic power. Restoring their potential to self-sufficiency through dealing with their psycho-social stresses and expanding services for them related to child-care(education) and occupation ability development for long-term self-sufficiency, rather than hasty focusing on welfare exit, should be built on the foundation of helping them self-sufficient. In order for the self-sufficiency program to overcome the participant's images of "subordination and stigma" and to convey the original meaning of "welfare to work", the performance and evaluation system of self-sufficiency programs that reflects the insider's perspectives on their participation motive and process, and the self-sufficiency program customized for their needs and interests should be encouraged to develop.

The introduction of the Digital Economy has formed a new market producing and trading information. Depending on the current contexts, each user evaluates identical information differently. It is difficult, even though important, to create and deliver the information customized to individual users by using some factors as time, location, and their personal characteristics. Information value, therefore, could be influenced by the capability of information systems to delivery useful information based on individual contexts to the right user immediately at the right time. From this point of view, we argue mobile systems which are able to be aware of individual contexts and deliver contextual information in real time can improve information value easily than other systems can. This research presents the results of an empirical test about antecedents to mobile advertising value. Though context relevance doesn't influence directly mobile advertising value, it plays an important role enhancing information usefulness which has great influence on mobile advertising value. Moreover, to supply information connected with users' context overcomes the effect of irritation. Lastly, entertainment can improve mobile advertising value as satisfying user's hedonic desire beyond the information source supporting decision making.
