Parylene-C which was mainly used for industries such as electronics, machinery and semiconductors has recently been in the spotlight in the medical field due to its properties such as corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. In this study we intend to derive a plan to improve the bonding strength of Parylene-C coating with the SUS304 base material for medical use which can be applied to various medical fields such as needles, micro needles and in vitro diagnostic device sensors. Through plasma pretreatment the bonding strength between Parylene-C and metal materials was improved. It was confirmed that the coated surface was hydrophobic by measuring the contact angle and the improvement of the surface roughness of the sample manufactured through CNC machining was confirmed by measuring the surface roughness with SEM. Through the above results, it is thought that it will be effective in increasing usability and reducing pain in patients by minimizing friction when inserting medical devices and in contact with skin. In addition it can be applied to various application fields such as human implantable stents and catheters, and is expected to improve the performance and lifespan of medical parts.

This research has a goal which is suggesting the way of constructing 'Cluster' which mean scheming the commencement of an enterprise in an early stage. Now it is reorganized into a IT industry structure 'Time-to market growth' is burst as a big issue. in that point, this research analyze the core success factor which is drawing from the existing IT industrial complex, and then it will be used to draw up to the 'Idealistic growth-support Cluster' on the basis of it, we pulled out various issues about the Corporate in the early stage of its growth. Therefore, this research is focused on presenting the ideal network(net) by considering the Network that organizations and business in Cluster or the network including the factors linked organizations and business in Cluster. therefore, this research carried out three big analysis. from the case investigation we pulled out the core growth factor, and then we approached the analysis of net structure for making application to Network Analysis. and then we analyzed that the characteristics of the Network after measuring by on the basis of analyzing core growth factor. and especailly, this research carried out the Core analysis for recognition of Core- support-frame by base Centrality Test on the net which is composed of growth support organizations at each Business. Judging from this, we can help to make full use of resources for the network analysis in Cluster and establish the Network Strategy by Structure comparison between the structure of industry-Cluster and ideal Business-support networks on the basis of the analysis from the Core-success-factor

21세기 유망산업으로 떠오르는 광산업, 그러나 광산업 기술은 기술 수명주기상 개발단계에 속하는 기간이 길고 첨단기술산업이며 광제품 생산기업은 중소기업인 경우가 대부분이다. 기술집약형 중소기업에게 공통적으로 나타나는 문제가 마케팅능력 부족과 이에 따른 개발제품의 상용화이다. 따라서 광제품 전시장의 조속한 건립과 해외마케팅 지원,표준규격정보제공,마케팅 관련 교육 및 컨설팅지원 등을 통한 지원이 필요하다.

This study surveyed the subject of companies' industrial security on priorities of the government policy for the confidentiality of corporate and the necessity of expanding the government support for the industrial security. In determining the priority, we should consider all opinions of companies, individuals, societies, and governments that associated with the confidentiality. Especially in industrial security, companies are the most significant beneficiaries and consumers of security policy and it would be the basis for supporting on policy-making. As a result, we analyzed the 50 valid questionnaires collected from security personnel of Korean corporations and 'Enhance support for education and promotion of human resource (On/Off-Line)', 'Establish Security management and Security measures', and 'Enhance Security professionals status via qualifications/certifications' are shown as 1st, 2nd, 3rd priority of government policy to protect Corporate confidential information including its customer information. All respondents of the study says that the Government support for Industrial Security should be enlarged.

With regard to industrial accidents, large corporations and public institutions are continuously reducing disasters through systematic management. However, industrial accidents continue to increase in small-scale workplaces. In order to ensure the safety of workers, the government supports the purchasing of industrial accident prevention equitments through financial support projects for small business. However, despite the financial support, the effectiveness of the project is hardly verified. In this study, we analyze the policy effectiveness of the financial support program for industrial accident prevention in a small-scale workplace using the difference-in-difference method. To achieve research purposes, we used the data on the occurrence of industrial accidents, the status of workplaces by year and the data on the status of workplace benefiting from financial support program for the past 10 years. This study is significant in that it analyzed the net effect of financial support programs for disaster reduction in the small business site.

본연구는 보건관리자로서의 산업간호사의 역할을 뒷받침 할 수 있는 근무조건을 파악하기 위한 기초조사연구이며 산업간호사의 근무조건 개선에 기여코저 한다. 연구방법은 1991년 3월부터 4월까지 서울, 인천, 경기 지역에 위치한 산업장의 건강관리실에 근무하는 산업간호사 131명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 전화 또는 산업간호사회를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 조사대상의 일반적 특성 서울, 경기, 인천지역에 상시근로자수가 300인 이상에 근무하는 산업간호사 배치율은 49.3%로 나타났다. 조사대상의 지역별 분포는 서울이 61개사업장이었고 인천 경기의 순이었다. 또한 산업간호사의 교육수준은 전문대졸이 84.0%이었고, 연령별 분포는 20대가 65.7%이었으며, 규모는 500~999사이가 42.7%였고, 노조가 있는 사업장은 73.3%인 것으로 나타났으며 산업간호사 1인이 근무하는 곳이 90.7%였고 보건관리자가 간호사뿐인 곳이 63.3%이며 1000명이상 근로자를 가진 산업체중 31.9%가 전임산업의나 산업위생사 없이 간호사 혼자서 근무하는 것으로 나타났다. 2) 근로조건 산업간호사는 주당근무시간이 44시간이하인 경우가 59.6%였고, 1부제 근무만하는 경우가 93.1%였으며, 월차휴가는 94.7%가 사용할 수 있었으며, 보수는 기본급이 25~40만원 사이가 69.5%였고 면허수당은 43.8%만 받는 것으로 나타났으며 상여금은 년 600%를 받는 산업장이 42%였고 총급여액이 35~55만원을 받는 경우는 전체의 67.3%를 차지하였다. 또한 연장근로인정여부는 일부만 인정하거나 인정하지 않는 경우가 61.8%였고, 과거경력 은 34.4%가 인정하지 않았고 승진은 66.4%가 불가능한 것으로 나타났다. 산업간호사가 별정직이나 촉탁으로 취업한 경우가 35.1%였고 일반 고졸이나 전문대졸 대우를 받고 있는 경우가 68.9%였다. 또한 전문단체활동 지원정도는 대한간호협회나 산업간호사회지원이 95 %를 넘었으며 산업간호사가 원하는 것 모두 지원하는 경우가 68.7%였으며 회비와 참석 모두를 지원하는 경우가 83.7%였다. 3) 모성보호 산업간호사중 81.7%가 결혼 후 근무가 가능했으며, 94.7%가 생리휴가를 사용할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 산전산후휴가는 76.3%가 사용할 수 있었다. 그러나 결혼후 근무나 산전산후휴가는 명문화되어 있었으나 실제로 이용한 경우는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 산업간호사의 근무시간, 전문단체활동지원은 비교적 좋은 조건이나 보수를 비롯 승진이나 대우, 모성보호에 대한 개선여지가 있음을 보여주었다. 따라서 결혼후 지속근무, 산전산후 휴가제 등이 보장되어야 전문직으로서의 산업간호사 인력확보, 활용이 용이할 것으로 기대된다. 더불어 전문단체의 조직적 활동과 연구, 행동적인 지원이 계속되어져야 할 것을 제언하는 바이다.

최근 ICT/loT 기술들이 다양한 산업분야에 적용하는 사례가 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 특히 노동 집약적인 농업 분야에도 다양한 형태로 적용되고 있지만, 대내외적으로 복잡하게 얽혀 있는 농업/농촌의 활성화를 위해서는 다른 방안 제시가 필요하다, 본 논문에서는 1차 산업을 중심으로 2차, 3차 산업과 연계 또는 융복합하여 영세 규묘의 지역 농가들 및 업체들의 클러스터화를 통해 새로운 고부가가치를 창출 시킬 수 있는 6차 산업화를 지원할 수 있는 통합 지원 플랫폼을 제안하였다. 제안된 통합 지원 플랫폼은 육묘의 품질 관리 단계에서 최종 소비자에 이르는 전 과정을 지원하는 통합 지원할 수 있는 서비스 플랫폼이다. 육묘, 생산, 가공, 유통/수출, 체험/관광, 판매, 소비에 이르는 전체 시스템을 단계적으로 연결하고, 통합 운영/관리될 수 있도록 함으로써, 농식품에 대한 신뢰도 및 지역 농가 및 지역 농촌의 경제활성화에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하였다.
