In Korea, a variety of policies for the regional cultural industry development have been carried out: the promotion policy of cultural industry cluster, the establishment of cultural industry support center, and the construction of cultural industry complex and the supporting works for the cultural research center. The cultural industry has a dual character of the manufacturing industry and the service industry. The cultural industry of Gyeongbuk province is mostly centered upon small manufacturing firms with low value-added. Thus, it is desperately in need of the building-up of the enterprise supporting system. However, it is difficult to expect that private business service finns can be activated. In this sense, local and regional governments seek to establish so called 'the cultural contents support center'. However, it is not clear whether the center is an organization for the production of cultural contents or an agency for the support of cultural contents industry. Also it does not prepare any major functional introduction facilities and performing programs. Most of all, it is necessary to establish a proper orientation that 'the cultural contents support center' must be not an organization for the direct production of cultural contents, but an organization supporting cultural industry by way of providing cultural industry enterprises with what is necessary for the production of cultural contents. Also, a system for the establishment of business fitting support policy that can cover the whole sectors of cultural industry must be prepared. Furthermore, a synthetic support system for the cultural business associated industries centered on specified sectors such as films, edutainment, and storytelling must be constructed. Finally an environment for the creation and inducement of cultural industry enterprises, and for the active participation of enterprises and related groups in the promotion planning and in the policies of cultural industry must be built along with on- and off-line networks.

Strategies for parks and open spaces in the 21st century have moved from focusing on specific elements, such as quantitative growth and ecological and recreational aspects, to green infrastructure, which refers to a multi-functional network of open and green spaces offering a range of benefits. In the case of London, green infrastructure is realised as an integral part of urban infrastructure, involving physical and social infrastructure as well as practical spatial planning at the local level within statutory urban planning as part of a continuously developing green infrastructure framework with a theoretical basis. Taking this perspective, the present study looks at alterations to and developments in green infrastructure policies in the London Plan, the green grid framework as detailed in the city's strategic implementation of green infrastructure. Various trends and characteristics of the policies adopted in the London Plan and some implications are deduced, with three main results being identified. The first is a clear division of roles among the national government, Greater London Authority and borough councils, with local plans established under the guidance of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and the London Plan. Green infrastructure policies in the London Plan have been applied at a high rate in the boroughs' local plans, which leads to another, linked point. Secondly, green infrastructure policies and the green grid as an implementation framework have been consistently extended and developed through consolidating the London Plan, despite the change of government. Finally, in order to achieve the London Plan, the Mayor of London implemented policies by partnership and supporting programmes for London boroughs. Recently, the Seoul Metropolitan Authority introduced a parks and green spaces development policy, but the London case remains a good example; this is because green infrastructure policies in London were not a manifesto pledge but rather have been continuously and consistently advanced regardless of party politics and thus realised as long-term planning.

한전의 신배전정보시스템(NDIS)은 지리정보시스템(GIS)을 활용하여 전국에 시설되어 있는 방대한 배전설비를 데이터베이스로 구축한 후 배전계획, 배전설계, 공사관리, 준공정산, 자산취득, 유지보수 등 배전분야 전반의 업무를 수행하고 고객정보시스템과 연계하여 영업업무를 지원하는 시스템으로 저압공급방안검토, 고압계통분석, 보호협조검토, Simulation 등 배전분야에서 필요한 다양한 기술지원 기능과 경제적인 투자계획, 효율적인 유지보수 등을 위한 배전통계 및 자원정보 등 장기적 관점의 경영정보 인프라를 구축하여 배전설계에서 준공까지 업무흐름 표준화, 업무처리 절차, 방법 등을 시스템에서 자동 지원토록하여 반복적인 배전정보 관리업무의 정확도 향상을 목적으로 만들어진 시스템이다. 신배전 정보시스템의 배전설비는 모두 위치값을 가지고 있는데 지중배전설비는 위치에 대한 측량 및 탐사를 시행하여 신배전정보시스템에 DB입력하여 사용하고 있으며 이 입력 좌표체계는 한정된 일부지역에서만 사용할 수 있는 동경측지계를 사용하고 있다. 2010년 부터는 이동 경측지계를 전 세계적으로 GPS측량값을 그대로 적용할 수 있는 세계 측지계로 사용토록 측량법에 명시되어 있어 신배전정보시스템의 배전설비를 전환 프로그램을 개발하여 전환하고자 한다.

In this study, a GIS-supported system is used to measure the effect of social infrastructure improvements. Benefit evaluation approach is based on two types of approaches -the simple hedonic approach and Rosen's two step approach. The land attribute data for both approaches are efficiently collected and generated in a GIS-supported environment. Moreover, it conveys more objective and correct data. The benefits are estimated on real locations by using GIS. The potentiality of the developed system for practical application has been verified by its application to Joban New Line in Tokyo metropolitan area. By incorporating benefit evaluation routines into GIS, the proposed system will be a useful tool for decision making on the improvements of social infrastructure.

환경디자인은 건축, 도시, 조경 등 서로 다른 분야의 전문가 및 대상 지역 거주하는 일반시민 등 많은 참여자를 가지는 특징이 있다. 이러한 협조설계 단계에서는, 시행착오를 최소화시키기 위해서 디자인 초기단계에서부터 각 분야의 전문가들이 계획에 관해서 협의하여 디자인 내용을 변경해 나갈 필요가 있다. 또한 대상지 지역을 누구보다 잘 이해하고 있으며 계획 후 이 지역에 살게 될 주민들의 참여도 환경디자인 단계에서 고려해야 할 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 여러 분야의 전문가 또는 비전문가들이 서로 커뮤니케이션하고 협조하기 위해서는 누구나가 쉽게 디자인 내용을 이해 할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 툴이 필요하다. 이러한 필요성을 만족시키기 위해서는 빠른 구축속도, 대화형 기능, 빠른 표현속도, 사실적인 표현기술 등이 필수 조건이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 환경디자인 분야의 전 분야에서 의사결정을 지원하고 디자인 안을 검토할 수 있는 3D CG 시스템을 개발하고 이 시스템을 실제 프로젝트에 적용시켜서 활용하면서 개발된 시스템의 기능강화를 추진하며, 실제 프로젝트 적용을 통한 시스템의 평가를 진행하여 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템의 유용성을 증명하는 것을 본 연구의 목표로 한다.

The aim of this study was to identify the performance and requirements of the visiting nursing care using Omaha system in public health center. The highest performance were 'personal hygiene', 'pain', 'medication regimen', 'nutrition', 'physical activity', 'sanitation', 'sleep and rest patterns', 'oral hygiene', 'mental health' in order. The lowest performance were 'sexuality', 'postpartum', 'income', 'family planning', 'pregnancy', 'spirituality', 'abuse', 'reproductive function', 'neglect' in order. Problems such as 'postpartum', 'pregnancy' and 'family planning' need to strengthen the role of visiting nurses according to the region. this result will be the basis for visitung nursing care.

본 연구는 농산업 예비창업자를 대상으로 자기결정성정도를 조절변수로 하여 창업환경과 창업역량이 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다. 창업환경을 인지된지원과 인지된장벽으로 구분하고 창업역량의 하위변수를 창의성, 문제해결, 의사소통, 마케팅 및 사업계획서를 하위변수로 설정하였다. 수집된 설문지 253부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v25.0과 Process macro v4.2를 이용한 분석결과는 첫째, 창업환경의 인지된지원과 인지된장벽은 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 창업역량의 창의성, 문제해결, 마케팅 및 사업계획서가 창업의도에 미치는 영향은 유의적으로 나타났으나 의사소통이 미치는 영향은 비유의적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기결정성정도는 창업환경의 인지돤지원 및 인지된장벽과 농산업 창업의도 간을 조절하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 자기결정의 수준은 창업 환경과 창업 의도 사이의 관계에는 그다지 큰 영향을 미치지 않음을 의미한다. 셋째, 자기결정성정도는 창업역량의 창의성, 문제해결, 의사소통, 마케팅 및 사업계획서와 창업의도 간을 조절하는 것으로 확인되었다. 구체적으로 자기결정성정도가 커질수록 창의성, 문제해결, 마케팅 및 사업계획서가 창업의도에 미치는 영향력의 크기는 정(+)의 방향으로 강하게 하는 강화작용의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 자기결정성정도가 커질수록 의사소통과 창업의도 간의 관계가 약해지는 자기결정성정도가 완화작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 후속 연구로는 창업환경과 창업역량을 설명할 수 있는 다른 요인들의 탐색과 새로운 매개변수와 조절변수가 포함된 조건부과정모형을 통해 조절된 매개효과를 분석할 수 있는 후속 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

The University of Northern iowa Rod Library has mission statement that a personalized learning environment founded on the strong liberal arts curriculum and to supporting an intellectually and culturally diverse community. The Rod Library has been developing the strategic plans by 5 years since 1987 Recently, the strategy has been faced need to measure of performance how much does make it up. This study developed the BSC model and the strategy map that analyze the strategic plan 2004-2009 of the University of Northern iowa Rod library and transfer the strategy into the four perspectives of BSC. In addition, this study presented the success performance indicators measuring the strategic goals of each perspectives and the cause-effect model driving the lead indicators of performance.

Recently, it is an important problem that combines part of sale, technical development etc.. as well as function that is the multi-item and small quantity production environment and production to computer network that supports synthetic efficiency of general corporation activity in manufacturing industry. Integration production information system is developed by these requests and globalization of production system and marketing by tough international competition of various industry product need IMS(Intelligent Manufacturing System) that cope in these change. Therefore, this paper searches analysis method, problem and development way for information system of manufacture field to construct this IMS efficiently, and develops each information strategy planning establishment step, product and integral way of products which is the systematic establishment way of essential information strategy planning in efficient manufacturing information system construction. Also, this paper presents detailed system design methods of each step and templates for efficient methodology of information strategy planning to support IMS efficiently.
