This paper deals with an agent-based decision-supporting system for Taguchi experiment planning. Among the four major parts of Taguchi experiment, the planning phase includes the most important decision-making issues such as determination of experiment objectives, quality characteristics, and control factors. The planning phase, however, has not been paid proper attention by experiment designers. In this research, an agent-based decision-supporting system for Taguchi experiment planning has been developed to facilitate the planning tasks of experiment designer. The decision-supporting system is composed of two agent-based mechanisms. The first employs an Internet agent that collects the domain knowledge from knowledge providers who may be distributed in remote places. Another agent then visualizes the collected knowledge and reports it to the experiment designer. Engineers who would normally have difficulties in collaborating because of limitations on their time or because they are in different places can easily work together in the same experiment team and brainstorm to make good decisions. The second agent-based mechanism offers context-sensitive advice generated by another intelligent agent during the experiment planning process. it prevents the experiment designer from making improper decisions, which will increase the feasibility of the experiment and minimize the unnecessary expense of time and resources.

최근 대체수자원 개발, 도시 비점오염과 물순환 체계의 효율적 관리를 위한 분산식 빗물관리기술에 대한관심이 급증하고 있다. 이수 목적의 빗물이용시설, 치수목적의 우수유출 저감시설, 택지개발사업의 재해저감시설 등 다양한 목적으로 시설들이 도입되고 있다. 그러나 치수용 시설에 있어 설계강우에 따른 홍수량 산정방법을 제외하고는 이수 및 물순환 건전화를 위한 계획, 설계기술은 현재까지도 부족한 실정이다. 특히 이수목적의 경우 집수면의 토지이용 특성, 용도별 사용수량 및 경제성에 대한 검토 없이 집수면적이나 대지면적의 일정비율 이상을 설계하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서의 빗물관리시설 계획 설계를 지원하기 위해 공동주택 빗물관리 의사결정지원 모형(RainCity v1.5 Beta)을 개발하였다. 강우자료는 5분 간격의 설계강우, 시우량 및 일 강우자료를 DB나 사용자 파일로부터 호출하도록 하였으며, 토지이용 특성에 따라 유출계수를 고려한 수문학적 집수면적을 산정하여 적용하였다. 현재 버전은 이수 및 치수용 저류조, 침투통, 침투트렌치, 침투블럭 등 장치형 침투시설과 투수성포장 등 지표면 침투시설을 대상으로 하였으며, 각 시설조합의 설치에 따른 유입/유출량, 침투량 및 사용수량 등 물순환 과정을 모의할 수 있다. 특히 선택된 시설조합은 규모 시나리오에 따라 목표 기능에 맞는 시설규모들을 선정하고, 비용-편익분석을 통해 경제적인 시설규모를 결정할 수 있다. 향후 지속적으로 GUI를 개선하여 사용자 편의도를 높이고, 식생형 침투도랑, 생태연못, 중수이용시설과의 연계 등 기능을 확대할 계획이므로 국내에서의 빗물관리시설의 계획 설계 시 활용도가 높을 것으로 기대된다.

지구 온난화로 인해 여름철 북극해의 해빙이 점차 감소함에 따라서 북극항로를 이용한 선박의 화물운송이 점차 증가하고 있다. IMO에서는 극지해역운항선박의 안전성과 해양오염방지를 위하여 2014년에 Polar Code를 개정하였으며, 2017년 1월부터 SOLAS협약과 MARPOL73/78협약에 추가되어 시행되고 있다. 본 연구는 해양수산부 해양안전 및 해양교통시설기술개발 사업으로 1) Polar Code 강제화에 따라 '극지해역 운항선박용 항해안전지원시스템의 개발'의 필요성과 2) 북극항로에 대한 국적선의 안전 운항 확보를 위한 '북극권 국가와의 국제협력 및 공조체계 구축'과 '극지 구난, 구조 및 환경보호 관련 국내법 및 규정 제정'을 위한 기반 연구의 필요성에 의거하여 2014년 11월 10일에 시작되었으며 2018년 12월 31일에 종료될 예정이다. 연구내용은 1) 고정밀도 북극항로 빙상정보 수치예측 시스템 개발, 2) 북극항로 안전속도 예측, 평가, DB구축 및 항행 모델 개발, 3) 북극항로 안전운항을 위한 항해계획 기술 개발, 4) 북극항로 운항선박 건조 및 안전항해 가이드라인 개발이다. 본 논문에서는 개발 중인 KRISO Arctic safe Routing System (KARS)에 대한 소개와 활용 결과 및 향후 계획에 대해서 설명하고자 한다. 본 KARS는 향후 지속적인 수정보완 작업을 통해서 완성도를 높여갈 예정이며, 검증단계를 거쳐서 최적하고 안전한 항로와 운항 관련 정보를 선사와 해기사에게 제공함으로서 북극항로 중 단기 운항계획 수립과 안전 운항을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of family-friendly policies on married female managers' desire for an additional child and the mediating effects of family-friendly supervisor support and work-family conflict. The analysis included 480 married female managers from the 7th survey of the 2018 Korean Women Manager Panel. Family-friendly policies were found to have an indirect effect on the desire for an additional child via family-friendly supervisor support and work-family conflict. These findings emphasize the importance of not only implementing family-friendly policies, but also creating a culture that supports them. Based on the results, approaches to interventions in the workplace to reverse the current trend of low fertility are discussed.
