Construction delays are a common occurrence of most construction projects and difficult to analyze. there are some techniques to analyze delays, such as using CPM, Bar Chart but they are not enough to analyze concurrent and productivity lost delays. Productivity lost delays are different to interruption delays in computing the number of delays and analyzing concurrent delay. This paper describes the delay analysis method considering productivity including concurrent delay analysis.

현대 사회에서 휴대폰은 더 이상 문자 메시지를 송수신하거나 통신을 위한 매개체가 아니라 이동 중에도 인터넷 검색 또는 대용량 데이터를 전송하는 용도로 쓰인다. 특히 통신사에서 제공하는 서비스를 통한 모바일 인터넷 뉴스 기사 검색은 현재 효율성과 주관적 만족도가 떨어진다. 이에 본 연구는 목록 제시 방식이 모바일 브라우징 사용성에 미치는 영향을 보고자 하였다. 따라서 정보 제공의 완전성과 정보 제공의 지연 여부의 2 가지 측면으로 목록 제시 방식을 구분하였다. 탐색 과제를 통한 목록 제시 방식 효과를 비교한 결과 정보 제공이 완전하면서 지연이 없는 레이어드 팝업 조건에서 사용성과 지각된 사용성이 가장 높았으며 정보 제공이 완전하나 정보의 지연이 있는 동적 제시 조건, 정보 제공이 불완전하나 지연이 없는 ‘…’ 조건 순으로 나타났다. 그러나 레이어드 팝업 조건과 동적 제시 조건 간의 유의미한 사용성 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 이 결과는 정보의 지연 여부보다 정보 제공의 완전성이 모바일 브라우징에 더 큰 영향을 준다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과는 상이한 디스플레이 방식들 간의 차이만을 살펴보는 수준을 넘어서 현재 적용되고 있는 WAP 서비스의 한계점을 보완하여 사용성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 구축하였음에 의의가 있다.

본 논문에서는 이산 제어 시스템의 작업 수행 시, 특정작업에 있어서의 불규칙한 시간 지연 때문에 시스템이 불안정해지는 것을 막기 위해 시간 지연을 갖는 시스템의 안정도를 분석한다. Soft real time OS인 Windows NT 운영체제를 갖는 PC-based 이산 제어 시스템에서는 하드웨어적으로 인터럽트를 사용하여 시간 제한성이 있는 작업을 수행한다. 그러나 인터럽트와 함께 수반되는 DPC(Deferred Procedure Call)의 불규칙한 수행 시간 때문에 다른 작업이 수행되어야 할 표본시간이 길어지게 된다. 이러한 현상으로 다른 작업의 시간 지연이 발생하게 되며, 시간 지연은 시스템을 불안정하게 하는 요인이 된다. 안정성 분석 면에서 보면, 시간 지연을 고려하지 않은 시스템의 극점은 안정한 위치에 존재하게 되는데 반해, 시간 지연을 고려한 시스템의 극점은 불안정한 위치에 존재하게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시간 지연이 존재하는 제어 시스템의 안정성을 보장하기 위해서 시스템의 안정성을 분석한다.

정부는 방폐장 부지선정에 19년을 소요하였다. 이 후 방폐장 특별법에 따라 주민투표를 실시하였으며 그 결과 2005년 12월에 경주로 결정되었다. 2008년 8월 실질적인 공사가 시작 되었으나 2009년 6월 방폐물공단에서는 30개월의 추가적인 공기가 필요하다며 준공지연을 발표하였다. 이 준공지연발표 직후 방폐장 안전성 논란이 불거졌다. 감시기구에서는 안전성 논란의 출발이 준공지연으로 야기되었음을 인식하고 준공지연 원인분석을 하였다. 그 결과 감시기구에서 확인한 준공지연의 원인은 당초 실현하기 매우 어려운 공기를 설정한 것이며 또 이를 실현 가능한 공기로 수정(준공지연)하는 과정에서 과거의 오류를 인정하지 않고 공사의 어려움을 검토한 내부문서가 유출되어 시민들을 혼란스럽게 한 것이 주된 이유임을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the immediate effects of kinesio taping on upper extremity pain and muscle activation of lateral epicondyle DOMS. This research is randomized controlled designd study and conducted as a single-blind. Twenty four subjects were participated in this study, All the patients were divided two group, were kinesio taping applied group, placebo kinesio taping applied group. The participants were tested pressure upper extremity pain threshold and muscle activation, pre-post intervention. After raining, the change values of the pain and muscle activation in KT group were significantly greater than PKT group(p<0.05). This findings show that kinesio taping training convergence interventions for lateral epicondyle DOMS pain and upper extremity. Continued development on convergence interventions for lateral epicondyle DOMS with pain and upper extremity in the practice are suggested.

Purpose: Here we present tardy ulnar nerve palsy cases that were caused by the anconeus epitroch-learis muscle. Materials and Methods: A 37 year old female patient presented with tardy ulnar nerve palsy findings for the elbow. During surgery, an atypical anconeus epitrochlearis muscle was observed, which originated from the triceps aponeurosis and inserted into the medial intermuscular septum. Muscle resection, nerve decompression and ulnar nerve anterior transposition were done. A 35 year old male patient presented with tardy ulnar nerve palsy findings for the elbow. During surgery, a typical anconeus epitrochlearis muscle was found. Muscle resection, nerve decompression and ulnar nerve anterior transposition were done. Results and Conclusion: Tardy ulnar nerve palsy can be associated with and caused by either an atypical or a typical anconeus epitrochlearis muscle.

This study analyzed the effects of situational factors and perceived uncertainty on purchase delay behaviors of internet consumers. The survey was conducted from internet consumers in the Seoul Metropolitan areas, and 394 responses were used in the data analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the negative experience and avoid regrets of the situational factors had a positive impact on overall purchase delay. The time pressure, changeability about purchase, negative experience and avoid regrets had a positive impact on payment stage delay. Also, the time pressure, negative experience and avoid regrets had a positive impact on shopping cart abandonment. Second, all factors of perceived uncertainty had a positive impact on overall purchase delay and payment stage delay. In addition, the information uncertainty and psychological uncertainty had a positive impact on shopping cart abandonment. Therefore, this study is contributing to the diversification of internet study, and it is provide useful information on the customer management and marketing strategy of internet shopping malls.

Haptic systems help users feel a realistic sensation when they manipulate virtual objects in the remote virtual environment. However, there are communication time delays that may make the haptic system unstable. This paper shows the relationship between communication time delay, properties of a haptic device, and the stability of the haptic system with the first-order hold method in a simulation. The maximum available stiffness of a virtual spring with the first-order hold method is larger than in the zero-order hold method when there is no time delay. However, when the communication time delay is much larger than the sampling time, the maximum available stiffness to guarantee the stability becomes the same, irrespective of the sample-hold methods. Besides, the maximum available stiffness increases in inverse proportion to the communication time delay and in proportional to the damping coefficient of the haptic device.

최근 무선네트워크의 급속한 확대로 무선인터넷 접속 또한 크게 증가하고 있다. 무선인터넷을 이용하는 Voice over IP 서비스는 IP 기반의 인터넷과 셀룰러 네트워크를 합쳐 놓은 것과 유사하며 모바일 노드의 이동성 확보가 핵심 기술이다. 특히 VoIP 서비스 이용자는 지연이나 끊어짐에 대하여 매우 민감하므로 가급적 지연시간이 적은 핸드오프 기법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 무선네트워크를 이용하는 VoIP 서비스 프로토콜 중 하나인 SIP를 기반으로 이동성 관리를 위한 신호의 흐름을 도시하여 발생 가능한 지연의 구성요소를 분석하였으며 핸드오프 지연을 줄이기 위한 Prediction Shadow Registration을 제안하였다.
