The purpose of this study was to explore ways to revitalize the community-based child care community by identifying the factors that are hindering and activating the operation and use of this community by elementary school students. To this end, an in-depth interview survey was conducted of operators of child care communities in Jeollabuk-do and users of caring communities. Detailed themes, sub-ranges and upper ranges were determined through a qualitative research method. As a result of the study, it was determined that the basic environmental weakness of the caring community and its lack of power are the things hindering the operation and use of rhe communities the most. On the other hand, the main activation factors for community-based child care community activities were the stabilization of the environment and the strengthening of the internal capacity of the care community. This study is meaningful as basic data for the safe establishment and activation of a community-based child care community, which is emerging as an alternative to the child care gap due to the prolonged effects of COVID-19.

해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트는 사용자에게 해외지역 관련 기본정보 및 전문정보를 다국어기반으로 지원해야 하며, 해외지역 다국어 기반이라는 사이트의 특성에 맞는 메뉴, 콘텐츠 등을 제공해야 한다. 또한 다국어기반의 웹사이트 특성상 유니코드 기반의 다국어서비스 기능이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트 비교 평가와 표준모형에 관한 선행연구를 기반으로 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트를 설계 및 구현한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide implications for regional development policy, especially peripheral regions, by investigating the agglomeration process of regional resource-based industries. In the process of globalization, the region emerges as an actor which participates in competition in the global market. Developing regional resource-based industries is an important tool to develop regional economy. This study examines the agglomeration process of the fermented soy products industry in Sunchang in historical approach and finds out success factors of regional resource-based industries. Then policy implications for regional development by developing regional resource-based industries are drawn and suggested.

해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트는 사용자에게 해외지역 관련 기본정보 및 전문정보를 다국어기반으로 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 또한 해외지역 다국어 기반이라는 사이트의 특성에 맞는 메뉴와 콘텐츠의 제공이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 특성을 고려하여 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트의 표준모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 국내에서 운영 중인 해외지역 관련 웹사이트들을 대상으로 정보구조, 사이트맵, 용어 등을 분석한다. 그리고 이 분석 결과를 기반으로 하여 향후 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트 구축 시 참고할 수 있는 표준 모형을 제안한다.

This paper aims to examine the characteristics of social enterprises in Jinju City, Korea and to provide policy recommendations for promoting the competitiveness of local social enterprises. There are 11 social enterprises in Jinju City that are certified by central and local governments. The survey shows that the majority of social enterprises in Jinju City are based on the local community and their activities are public in nature, including supporting the self-reliance of local under-privileged class or contributing to local socio-economic development. However, it is also revealed that local social enterprises have a great deal of difficulty in making a profit. Particularly, they have much trouble with sales of their services and products, largely due to the vulnerability of marketing and financial ability. This means that the local social enterprises are not capable of being viable in a severe market competition. Thus I suggest some important policy recommendation for invigorating local social enterprises, including the reform of governance system, expansion of public purchase of the products made by local social enterprises, and the facilitation of inter-organizational networking among local social economy agents.

충북 청원군 미원면 금관-원룡리 일대를 따라 발달된 화전리층(상층)과 구룡산층 분포지역에서, 기반암에 따른 지하수 및 지표수의 수질특성의 차이를 규명하고자 하였다. 화전리층(상층)지역의 경우 Ca-(HCO$_3$+.CO$_3$) 유형을, 구룡산층 지역의 경우 (Ca,Mg)-SO$_4$ 및 (Ca,Mg)-HCO$_3$ 유형을 보였다. 지하수의 경우, 화전리층(상층) 지역은 주고 탄산염광물의 풍화에 의해, 구룡산층 지역은 주로 규산염광물의 풍화에 의해 수질특성이 결정됨을 보였으며, 이러한 차이는 통계분석 방법으로 확인할 수 있었다. 지표수의 경우, 한 지점을 제외하고는 대부분이 암반 기원으로 도시되어 기반암의 영향이 수질특성을 좌우하고 있음을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는, 지하수ㆍ지표수 각각의 수질 특성이 지역적인 기반암 종류에 따름을 확인시켜주는 바, 국가적인 수질관리정책은 지역적인 지질매체의 차이를 고려하면서 수립 ㆍ시행되어야 함을 보여준다.

해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트는 사용자에게 해외지역 관련 기본정보 및 전문정보를 다국어기반으로 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내에서 운영 중인 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트들을 선정하여 콘텐츠, 서비스, 인터페이스, 시스템 등의 세부 항목들을 기준으로 비교 평가한다. 세부적으로 평가 항목 도출에 있어서 해외지역 특성과 다국어기반 서비스를 충분하게 반영할 수 있도록 한다. 그리고 사이트들에 대한 평가 결과를 통하여 향후 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트 구축 시 참고할 수 있는 표준 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

Despite efforts to expand public care services as social demands increase, the problem of the after-school self-care of elementary school students who were in the situation of care cliff remains. Thus, this study focused on community-based childcare to solve the issue of school-age childcare in Korea. The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of community-based childcare of participants who had school-aged children who lived in Seoul and GyeongGi province (Korea). Focus group interviews were conducted with ten married working mothers among clients of a community-based childcare provider that has been operating for more than five years. Based on the findings of this study, it is clear that community-based childcare is a useful welfare resource. In addition, the results of this study can be used as data for developing policies and programs for school-age childcare or the after-school self-care of elementary school students. Furthermore, it may broaden the horizons of research related to community-based childcare.

Geographic information systems are the crucial means in local governments to improve the diverse internal operations or service to citizens. A eat number of local governments have introduced GIS. However in spite of the rapid spread of GIS projects in local governments there are severe level differences of Geographic Information Infrastructure between medium or large cities and small cities or counties(Gun), especially in non-capital area. The differences are one of the main reasons of regional inequalities in local governments'administrative services. Thus this article suggested that the central government should place policy emphasis on improving the levels of geographic information infrastructure in small cities, counties(Gun) and especially non-capital areas.

스마트 폰과 스마트 패드등 스마트 디바이스를 이용한 다양한 앱 응용 프로그램이 배포 되고 있다. 특히 위치 정보를 이용한 다양한 앱용 응용 프로그램이 많이 개발 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위치 기반 지역 정보 시스템에 기반된 스마트폰용 고객 마일리지 관리 시스템 구축 방법을 소개 한다. 제안 시스템은 위치 기반으로 지역에 특정 상점을 찾고 해당 상점에 방문하여 이용하면 해당 상점에서 마일리지 또는 쿠폰 등을 단순히 전화 번호 색인을 이용하여 입력하고 해당 정보와 연관하여 지속적인 고객관리를 하는 전체 구조 이다. 제안 시스템을 이용하면 상점 운영자는 종이 또는 프라스틱 카드를 이용하여 고객 관리를 할 필요가 없으며, 고객은 다양한 상점에 다양한 마일리지와 쿠폰을 관리하기 위한 카드를 보관할 필요가 없어진다. 본 논문에서는 위치기반 지역 정보 시스템을 구축하고 해당 지역 정보 시스템과 고객관리를 연결하여 효율적으로 고객을 관리하는 전체 시스템을 설명 한다.
