Proportion and importance of knowledge & information provision through the web are increased continuously. Equivalent accessibility focused on universal service is highly demanded especially for public institutions, such as national libraries. In this study, web accessibility of sixteen national libraries were compared and analyzed by KADO-WAH, web accessibility tool. Characteristics of libraries were investigated and future directions were suggested based on the analysis and results.

In the context of an increased demand in universities' expansion of networks between other innovation actors, this research attempts to make a comparison on university-centered SCIE knowledge networks between regions. Using regional comparison, we have looked into these networks in regards to their characteristics, the importance of regional boundaries, and the effect of the regional industrial policy. As a result of this comparative analysis, we discovered that the point universities and research universities hold high centrality in regional knowledge networks, and that the characteristics of regions are reflected into this network. For instance, the Gyeonggi province had a preeminent level of industry-academy relationship, while for Daejeon it was public research institutions and academy, and Gangwon province it was between academy between academy. As a network analysis based on journals above SCIE levels, regional boundaries were not very clear in the network structures. However, within these boundaries, the impact of regional industrial policies were proven to be stronger in the Gang-won province where the academy-academy network was most prominent. The implication of this research outcome is that for regional innovation, government should more actively implement policies that can link academic institutes' knowledge to industry by expanding knowledge networks. In addition, we emphasize on the necessity of a regionally-appropriate policy, rather than a generalized industrial policy. And fundamentally, in regards to innovation, establishing a sound industrial infrastructure for regional development and efforts to link relevant actors are required.

In this study is investigate analyzed the effect of hotel employees' kindness activity, previous knowledge of the customer, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The study shows that hotel employees' kindness activity perceived by hotel employees are positive, customer show a friendly attitude toward hotel employee, and very influence on hotel employees' kindness activity and customer satisfaction in the hotel. And then the customer satisfaction is effect on customer loyalty. Also, it was suggested that hotel employees' kindness activity include service qualities.

In knowledge-based economies, the facilitation of knowledge diffusion among R&D performing actors has become the most important factor for the growth of national science and technology. Korea has strived for revitalizing R&D partnerships between public and private sectors since 1970, but results of KIS (Korean innovation survey) data analysis show that R&D cooperation with public institute or academic sector are not a great help to Korean firm's innovation on the whole. Especially, in small and medium sized firm, R&D partnerships with public sector do not have positive influence on their innovation. This implies policies of activating R&D partnership should be formulated based on firm's cooperation demand. In addition to this, discriminatory cooperation plans between large firms and small and medium sized firms are needed to raise the effectiveness of R&D partnership.

본 연구에서는 산학협력의 관계를 통해 발생하는 장애를 파악하고 이를 극복할 수 있는 요인을 대학행정의 노력과 신뢰에서 찾아본다. 기존 산학협력의 연구에서, 산학간의 관계는 경로의존성에 의해 지속적인 상호작용과 지식의 흡수역량을 키움으로써, 양자간 협력에 대한 누적된 경험과 다양한 채널의 폭을 가진다. 하지만 상호간 인식의 차이와 제도적 장벽과 같은 산학협력의 장애는 필연적으로 발생한다. 이러한 장애를 극복해야만 좀 더 효과적인 성과를 유도하고, 지속적인 산학협력의 관계가 유지될 수 있을 것이다. 연구결과, 대학행정의 노력수준과 산학간의 신뢰가 높을수록 산학협력 장애요인인 상호인식의 차이와 제도적 장벽은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 산학협력장애를 극복할 수 있는 이 두 가지 요인의 수준을 높이기 위한 산학연관 주체의 관심과 실행 및 제도적 뒷받침이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

경관특성평가(Landscape character assessment)는 지속가능한 경관생태학적 설계 및 계획을 찾는데 있어 점점 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이 연구는 농촌경관(Rural landscape)평가방법의 잠재성에 초점을 두고 전문가에 의한 쉐필드 그린벨트의 경관가치 평가가 그린벨트 안이나 주변에 사는 거주자들의 의견을 반영했는지를 연구하였다. 쉐필드 그린벨트지역을 대상으로 경관특성평가를 하였고 설문지 조사 결과는 경관에 전문지식을 갖고 있는 전문가에 의한 평가와 일반인에 의한 평가결과를 서로 비교하는데 이용하였다. 결과를 통해 두 그룹사이의 유사점들과 차이점들을 판단할 수 있었고 경관생태학적 설계 및 계획을 위한 경관특성평가 과정에서 일반인의 참여의 가능성을 제시할 수 있었다. 앞으로 지속가능한 경관생태학적 설계 및 계획의 중요한 수단으로서 진보된 경관특성평가의 접근방법이 개발되어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구의 목적은 예비 초등교사의 수학 수업에 대한 자기효능감을 조사함으로써 예비 교사를 위한 수학 교육프로그램 개선에 도움이 되고자 하는데 있다. 기존의 문헌 분석에 의하면 수업에 대한 교사들의 자기효능감은 수업 수행 능력과 학생들의 학습에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려졌다. 뿐만 아니라 최근 우리가 지향하고 있는 교사들에 대한 학습자 중심 수학 수업으로의 개선과 변화된 수업 방식의 지속성에 매우 유효한 요인이 된다. 예비 초등교사들을 대상으로 한 본 연구 결과에 의하면 이들의 수학 수업에 대한 자기효능감은 보통의 수준에 머물러 있으며, 특히 상당수의 예비 교사들은 자신의 수학 수업에 대한 자신감이 매우 부족한 것으로 들어났다. 이러한 결과는 아마도 현재 교육대학교에서 예비 교사들에게 제공하는 수학 교육과 관련된 과목을 수강할 수 있는 기회가 매우 제한적인 데서 그 원인을 찾을 수 있으며, 이는 또한 수학 교육 프로그램의 초점이 예비 교사들의 수학 수업 능력의 측면에 초점이 맞추어져야 한다는 것을 시사한다. 예비 교사들의 수학 수업에 대한 자기 효능감은 그들이 이해하고 있는 수학 교수법적 지식과 매우 관련이 깊은 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of CPR education programs on seafarers and the retention period of the knowledge. The subjects of this study were 40 seafarers who took safety training courses at the Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology. The seafarers were tested for their knowledge and attitude before, immediately after, 1 month after, and 3 months after the CPR education program. Data were analyzed for frequency, percentage, ${\chi}^2-test$, and t-test, and ANOVA was measured repeatedly using an SPSS statistical program. Knowledge, attitude, and performance ability were significantly increased post-education as compared to pre-education. Knowledge, attitude and performance ability were consistent when tested after 1 month, but knowledge, attitude, and performance ability were significantly decreased when tested three months later. Therefore, to maintain knowledge, attitude, and skills in performing CPR, appropriate renewal times are necessary in regular seafarers' safety training centers and sailing vessels.

The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy of pair/group work on the improvement of receptive and productive vocabulary knowledge. One hundred and twelve university students participated in the study and they were divided into three groups. Pair work group(n=42) performed three vocabulary activities in pairs as extra-class works, and Individual work group(n=38) did them alone. On the other hand, Group work group(n=32) did the activities in groups consisting of four or five people during the class. Data were collected from one pretest and two posttest scores. The results showed that collaborative group work was conducive to the growth of both receptive and productive vocabulary knowledge. In contrast, pair groups who do not work collaboratively gained least vocabulary knowledge among three groups. From collaborative group work, participants in higher proficiency levels made greater vocabulary gains than those at lower levels. Based on these results, pedagogical implications are discussed.

ESG Investment is emerging as a trend and common sense in the financial market. ESG Investment is an investment method that simultaneously pursue social sustainability and investment returns from a long-term perspective by reflecting non-financial factors such as environment, society and governance in addition to corporate financial performance in investment decisions. This study checked how the characteristics of ESG investment have been changed after Covid-19. Afterwards, it was confirmed that Covid-19 actually acted as a negative factor in the securities market by applying VAR model. At the same time, it was demonstrated that ESG indices of the US and Korea outperformed their benchmark in terms of return and risk during the pandemic regime. The result of this study hints that the importance of ESG investment will be unchanged after Covid-19. At the same time, it suggests that managers should avoid passive ESG management and engage in strategic ESG management based on knowledge management.
