Development of Green Template for Building Life Cycle Assessment Using BIM (건축물 LCA를 위한 BIM 친환경 템플릿 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develope BIM Template according to major building material for efficiently and quantitatively evaluating greenhouse gas emission at the design stage. Template users consider various environmental impacts without connecting simulation tools for analyzing environmental impact and Template users who have no prior knowledge can Life Cycle Assessment by using The green template. For this study, Database which was reflected in template was constructed considering environmental performance. and 6 kinds of environmental impact categories and PPS standard construction codes were analyzed by major building material derived from literature. Based on this analyzed data, The major Material Family according to the main building material was developed. When users conduct modeling by utilizing Family established, evaluating result can be confirmed in the Revit BIM Modeling program by using the schedule function of the Revit. Users through the modeling, the decision-making environment performance possible. In addition, we propose to create a guideline for the steps required to build an additional established family.

  • In this study, we propose a learning method that can be extended to take advantage of the knowledge of the various disciplines in the project related to the subject to perform the process of restoring stork. The development program is grade 3.4 Group 4 class hours, grade 5.6 Group 4 class hours, total 8 class hours, and in each class hour, it was designed to be extended such creativity, problem solving skills, communication skills and ability to learn, based on knowledge and concepts of the elementary curriculum related to storks. Content validity was verified using a method consisting of 12 experts to verify the validity of the program. Feasibility evaluation of Lawshe (1975) content validity ratio for the analysis: we used (Content Validity Ratio CVR) calculation formula. As a result of a feasibility study in total 8 class hours, It was analyzed that match with the development effect except for program of grade 3.4 group 4 class hours. grade 3.4 group 4 class hours program was raised this issue for the academic linkage region, was fixed. Later, It is necessary to measure the degree of learning skills improves effectiveness by applying it to the elementary school students in the proposed research program.

  • Invention Teacher Education(ITE) is composed of Invention Contents Standards(ICS) and Invention Education Standards(IES). The purpose of this study is to developing ICS of ITE. To achieve the goal, we used the methods of research; analyzing advanced research, content analysis, development, survey, verify the validity. The research results of this study is summarized as follows. ICS is composed of 10 large areas; the concept and characteristic of invention, invention and society, invetion in living, creativity development, invention and design, invention and solving problem, convergence of knowledge and invention, invention project, intellectual properties and patent application, invention and management of technology. 10 large areas has 20 core contents and 90 subordinate elements. ICS will be based on the academic of developing programming besides it will be reference of standards in the case of progressing invention education.

  • In knowledge based society of 21c, engineers require not only their own speciality but also engineering basic competency such as creative thinking, the ability of working together, the ability of communication. Engineering colleges responsible for educating engineers consider developing curriculum including Engineering Basic Competency which is reflecting the needs of the times. By utilizing the accreditation programs of engineering education, UK-SPEC of UK Engineering Council, EA(Engineering Australia) standards/handbook of the Institute of Engineers Australia, O*NET of U.S. Occupational Network, this study generates core elements of engineering basic competency to prove the capability of engineering basic competency required to desired engineers. Core constituents derived from the study were categorized into 3 major areas of the basic engineering literacy in Humanities and Social Sciences(HSS), the ability of Creativity Engineering Design, Career development and each category and constituents were surveyed and checked by engineers in the field to deduce engineering basic competency that should be educated in the engineering college.

  • The rapid changes of financial environment have increased the need and demand for personal financial advisory service from financial experts. In particular, as the individual customers want to get more customized financial services, the financial institutions created the private banking (PB) sector and have constantly expanded their PB services. However, it remains still problematic that the private banking system requires high costs so that the number of eligible customers who can have proper PB services is quite limited. To solve this problem, we propose an intelligent agent that can provides specialized and customized personal financial advisory services to the customers with low costs. The proposed agent systemizes and structures the information and knowledge of financial experts in private banking services so that individual customers can easily access to high-quality PB services when they need. On the first attempt we develop a framework of U-smart PB, an intelligent agent for personal financial management based on different scenarios related to personal financial decisions, and derive its core services. This system not only provides information simply, but also proposes to support personal investment decisions technically as an intelligent agent that embodies real-time customized financial management in a ubiquitous environment, regardless of time and place.

한국원자력연구소 방사선방어기술 개발 및 연구 현황

  • 1959년 한국원자력연구소가 창립됨과 동시에 &Health Physics&, 즉 보건물리라고 하는 명칭과 조직이 탄생되어, 방사선안전관리의 실무와 보건물리의 연구가 시작되었다. 최초 10년간은 선진제국의 보건물리분야의 연구와 기술을 추적하여 우리나라의 방사선안전관리 기술의 기초를 다지는 시기로서 개인방사선모니터링기술, 환경방사선(능) 모니터링기술 및 방사선방어용계측기기의 교정기술 개발에 중점을 두고 연구개발이 추진되었으며, TRIGA Mark-II 연구용원자로의 가동에 따라 원자로 생체차폐체의 건전성 검증에 관한 유익한 방사선량 측정자료도 얻게 되었다. 즉 이 기간은 방사선안전관리의 체제정비 및 기초기술 확립에 노력한 기간이었다. 1970년대는 원자력 연구개발에 대한 기본방향과 정책의 변경등으로 보건물리 연구조직은 방사선안전관리, 환경연구 그리고 방사화학분야로 분산되었으며, 그로인하여 연구개발활동은 거의 정체되어 겨우 방사선안전관리 실무만이 그 명맥을 유지하였다. 그 결과 우리나라 방사선안전관리 및 그와 관련된 연구개발의 기반이 흔들리게 되었으나, 그러한 환경하에서도 방사선량측정평가기술, 방사선차폐설계기술 및 원자로사고시 피폭선량평가기술의 선진화에 필요한 지식을 얻었으며, 방사선 안전관리에 유익한 실무경험도 축적하게 되었다. 1980년대는 통합된 원자력 연구개발체제의 구축으로 방사선작업종사자 및 일반공중의 피폭저감화 기술개발에 필요한 각종 최신기술을 도입하였고, 관리업무에 있어서도 측정의 정확도와 신뢰성향상 및 새로운 관리기술의 개발에 많은 노력을 한 결과, 유익한성과를 얻게된 기간이다. 특히, 이 기간은 방사선안전관리기술의 선진화를 위한 지식이 축적되어 90년대의 방사선안전관리기술자립화를 위한 전환기로서, 이와같이 축적된 기술은 원자력의 평화적 이용에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.서 dithiothreitol를 투여한 군에서는 우라늄단독투여군에 비해 cretinine의 배설이 상당히 증가하였다(P<0.05). 6. 우라늄오염에 의한 신장의 소견에 있어 우라늄단독투여군은 근위곡세뇨관상피의 공포화 및 종창, microvilli와 brush border의 손실, 세뇨관 상피의 괴사가 관찰되었으며, 간장의 충혈, 중심성 괴사 및 모세관 확장증도 관찰되었다. 그리고 sodium bicarbonate와 생리적 식염수를 병행투여한 군과 우라늄을 투여하고 30분이 지나서 dithiothreitol를 투여한 군에서는 우라늄 단독투여군에 비해 높은 방호효과가 관찰되었으나 다른 실험군에서는 큰 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 우라늄의 체내오염시에는 sodium bicarbonate와 생리적 식염수를 가능한 빨리 병행투여하거나 dithiothreitol을 체내오염후 30분이 지나서 투여하는 방법이 우라늄오염에 대한 제염에 매우 유효할 것으로 생각되며, 특히 우라늄에 의한 인체장해를 유의하게 경감시켜줄 것으로 사료되었다.내의 어떤 부위와도 관계가 되는 것으로 간주되는데 이것이 $(^3H)$ QNB가 $(^3H)$ NMS보다 높은 최대 결합능력 $(B_{max})$을 나타낼 이유이다. Semantic Fuzzy Implication Operator for Semantic Implication Relationship of Knowledge Descriptions in Question Answering System (질의 응답 시스템에서 지식 설명의 의미적 포함 관계를 고려한 의미적 퍼지 함의 연산자)

  • The question answering system shows the answers that are input by other users for user's question. In spite of many researches to try to enhance the satisfaction level of answers for user question, there is a essential limitation. So, the question answering system provides users with the method of recommendation of another questions that can satisfy user's intention with high probability as an auxiliary function. The method using the fuzzy relational product operator was proposed for recommending the questions that can includes largely the contents of the user's question. The fuzzy relational product operator is composed of the Kleene-Dienes operator to measure the implication degree by contents between two questions. However, Kleene-Dienes operator is not fit to be the right operator for finding a question answers pair that semantically includes a user question, because it was not designed for the purpose of finding the degree of semantic inclusion between two documents. We present a novel fuzzy implication operator that is designed for the purpose of finding question answer pairs by considering implication relation. The new operator calculates a degree that the question semantically implies the other question. We show the experimental results that the probability that users are satisfied with the searched results is increased when the proposed operator is used for recommending of question answering system.

Fuzzy Rule Generation and Building Inference Network using Neural Networks (신경망을 이용한 퍼지 규칙 생성과 추론망 구축)

  • Knowledge acquisition is one of the most difficult problems in designing fuzzy systems. As application domains of fuzzy systems become larger and more complex, it is more difficult to find the relations among the system's input- outpiit variables. Moreover, it takes a lot of efforts to formulate expert's knowledge about complex systems' control actions by linguistic variables. Another difficulty is to define and adjust membership functions properly. Soin conventional fuzzy systems, the membership functions should be adjusted to improve the system performance. This is time-consuming process. In this paper, we suggest a new approach to design a fuzzy system. We design a fuzzy system using two neural networks, Kohonen neural network and backpropagation neural network, which generate fuzzy rules automatically and construct inference network. Since fuzzy inference is performed based on fuzzy relation in this approach, we don't need the membership functions of each variable. Therefore it is unnecessary to define and adjust membership functions and we can get fuzzy rules automatically. The design process of fuzzy system becomes simple. The proposed approach is applied to a simulated automatic car speed control system. We can be sure that this approach not only makes the design process of fuzzy systems simple but also produces appropriate inference results.

The Short Term Effects of an Early Intervention Program for Alcoholism Prevention in Adults: A Pilot Study (성인대상 알코올중독 예방 조기개입의 단기효과: 예비 연구)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate the short term effects of early intervention on alcohol knowledge, alcohol expectancies, drinking refusal self-efficacy for alcoholism prevention in adults and to examine its applicability in the field. This study was a non-equivalent control group pre-post quasi-experimental design. The participants were currently working, and were 12-25 points on result of the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test(AUDIT). The participants were a total of 25 men: 13 in the intervention group and 12 in the control group. The intervention group participated in early intervention program once a week for 4 weeks and the control group received only a booklet of alcohol related information. A chi-square test, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test were analyzed by using IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0. The intervention group had significantly higher the alcohol knowledge(t=1.258, p= .002), the negative alcohol expectancies(t=-1.346, p= .042), and the drinking refusal self-efficacy(t=2.817, p= .010) than the control group. In the future, it is need to apply the criteria of problem drinkers considering cultural characteristics, recruitment of participants, and motivational enhancement intervention using motivational interviewing. Especially, web-based alcohol related information providing program will help raise awareness of problem drinking. Early intervention program needs to be applied in community settings where problem drinkers are easily accessible.

The narrative inquiry on Korean Language Learners' Korean proficiency and Academic adjustment in College Life (학문 목적 한국어 학습자의 한국어 능력과 학업 적응에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed to investigate the impact of scores on the Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) among foreign exchange students on academic adaptation. Recruited students, approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB), totaled seven, and their interview contents were analyzed using a comprehensive analysis procedure based on pragmatic eclecticism (Lee, Kim, 2014), utilizing six stages. As a result, factors influencing academic adaptation of Korean language learners for academic purposes were categorized into three dimensions: academic, daily life, and psychological-emotional aspects. On the academic front, interviewees pointed out difficulties in adapting to specialized terminology and studying in their majors, as well as experiencing significant challenges with Chinese characters and Sino-Korean words. Next, from a daily life perspective, even participants holding advanced TOPIK scores faced difficulties in adapting to university life, emphasizing the necessity of practical expressions and extensive vocabulary for proper adjustment to Korean life. Lastly, within the psychological-emotional dimension, despite being advanced TOPIK holders, they were found to experience considerable stress in conversations or presentations with Koreans. Their lack of knowledge in social-cultural and everyday life culture also led to linguistic errors and contributed to psychological-emotional difficulties, despite proficiency in Korean. Based on these narratives, the conclusion was reached that in order to promote the academic adaptation of Korean language learners, it is essential to provide opportunities for Korean language learning. With this goal in mind, efforts should be directed towards enhancing learners' academic proficiency in their majors, improving Korean language fluency, and fostering interpersonal relationships within the academic community. Furthermore, the researchers suggested as a solution to implement various extracurricular activities tailored for foreign learners.
