현대사회는 지식 정보화 사회이다. 이러한 지식 정보화 사회에서는 단순한 지식의 습득보다는 문제 상황에 적절한 아이디어나 해결방법의 모색을 통한 정보처리능력이 필요하다. 이를 위해 기존의 학교교육을 벗어나 교육수요자 중심의 교육체제가 활발히 도입되고 있는 데, 그 중 하나가 바로 각 시 도교육청에서 추진하고 있는 사이버 가정학습이다. 사이버 가정학습은 시 공간의 제약을 받지 않으며 학습자들이 언제 어디서라도 스스로 학습할 수 있고 능동적인 선택을 통해 자신의 능력과 적성을 개발할 수 있는 새로운 패러다임의 교수 학습형태이다. 따라서 시대의 흐름에 맞도록 사이버가정학습의 활성화를 통해 학교교육과 사이버교육의 통한 시너지 효과를 발생시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색할 때이다. 현재 학교현장에서 실시하고 있는 사이버가정학습을 고찰하고, 앨리스(Alice)를 활용한 프로그래밍 수업을 실시하여 아동의 창의력과 문제해결력 향상에 효과가 있다는 것을 밝히고자 하며, 본 연구에서는 사이버가정학습을 활용한 프로그래밍학습을 적용한 후, 학생들의 창의력 및 문제해결력에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지 분석하여 그 지향할 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

In this study, pathfinder network analysis has been carried out to identify subject domains of documents which cited articles in the ASIST Proceedings. This represents how articles in the ASIST Proceedings are flowed and used in what subjects areas. For this analysis, 240 documents were selected through a search of the Scopus database. The complete linkage clustering method was used to draw out 16 clusters from 240 documents. Through MDS and pathfinder network analysis, knowledge networks of clusters have been produced. As a result. articles in the ASIST Proceedings relating to knowledge management, bibliometrics, information retrieval and digital libraries have been cited actively by other publications. The most frequent citation flow type of ASIST proceedings was citation from proceedings(ASIST) to reviews(ARIST), via journals, and the most popular subject areas related to documents were bibliometrics.

This study intends to analyze materials which Korea and Japan have investigated about each other during last In years(1901-2000). To the end, we collected monographs and constructed DBs('Korea-Japan Information Retrieval System'). Using it, this study analyzed a characteristic of the publication period, subjects, and producers from a bibliographical point of view. In particular, this study concentrated upon the subject of sociology, education, public administration, and law fields.

The importance of early project planning is broadly recognized for construction projects. From the planning step, If extensive historical data related with the project is applied effectively, It can be major resource for estimating cost and project scope. However, The accumulation, analysis, and application of historical data is not sufficient in Korea. So useful information of construction project has disappeared. In order to solve the problems, Project Historical Data Management Systems is need to be developed. The purpose of this study is to analyze current problems and to find the method to utilize historical data in similar project.

The purpose of this study was to explore the direction of librarianship by analyzing differences in Librarian and User perceptions of Librarianship Professionalism. Literature research was used to derive the components of librarianship Professionalism and to conduct surveys on librarians and users. As a result, librarians recognized expert knowledge as the most important factor, while users recognized service attitude as the most important factor. Users recognized that librarians have low social recognition due to their lack of enjoyment, enthusiasm, and challenging spirit and their ability to develop and provide services by understanding user needs and the flow of knowledge. On the other hand, librarians did not actively engage in communication or exchange with users due to their lack of expert knowledge.

Archival appraisal is a key area of archival science. This study aims to identify the knowledge structure of archival appraisal and propose appropriate translation terms. To this end, 34 entry terms related to archival appraisal were first extracted from 146 entries in the Encyclopedia of Archival Science, a leading encyclopedia in the field, and terminologies were categorized based on content analysis. Second, the contents described in the entries were assessed for each category, and the main concepts and flow of discussions were also examined. Third and last, suitable translations for each entry term were presented, and considerations were suggested for the translations, such as the application of appropriate principles of equivalence. Specifically, terms such as "records appraisal" and "archival appraisal" were recommended to be used separately.

지식정보화사회가 진행될수록 개인이나 기업경영인은 특정 몇 명의 전문가에게 정보시스템 서비스를 의존하는 경우가 더욱 많아진다. 이러한 이유로 클라우드 컴퓨팅(Cloud Computing)은 기존의 컴퓨팅서비스를 대체하는 새로운 패러다임으로 자리잡을 것이다. 더불어 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 확산에 제대로 대처한다면 우리나라 정보기술서비스 분양의 경쟁력을 한 단계 높이는 중요한 기회로 작용할 것으로 예상된다. 이번 9월호에는 이영로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 국가표준 코디네이터로부터 클라우드 컴퓨팅 표준화에 대해 알아보는 지면을 마련한다. 이어지는 2012년 3월호에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 구성하는 주요 기술과 국제표준화를 위한 구체적인 활동을 소개할 예정이다.

인하대학교 광기술교육센터(센터장 황보창권 교수)와 한국광학기기협회(회장 박종우/삼성전자 DM총괄 사장)가 주최하고 지식경제부, 인하대학교 광과학기술연구소, 한국광학회 광기술분과, 광기술교육연구회 등이 후원하는 제6회 산학연 워크숍이 지난 12월 23일 인하대학교 광기술교육센터에서 열렸다. '한국 광학의 미래'라는 주제로 열린 이번 워크숍에서는 각계 분야의 전문가 7명을 초청하여 최근의 광학산업의 흐름 및 한국 광학기술 동향에 대해 짚어보고 미래 유망산업 및 산학연이 함께 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 전망해보는 의미 있는 시간이 마련되었다.

정보화 시대가 발전함으로써 급속하게 변화하는 사회에 흐름에 따라 우리 교육 시스템에의 환경도 빠르게 변화, 발전하고 있다. 사회의 급속한 변화들과 더불어 정보기술의 발전은 교육환경에도 지대한 영향을 미치고, 이 환경에 발맞춰 학습교육시스템도 다양하게 발전하게 되었다. 즉, 정보통신 기술의 발달 결과로 웹을 기반으로 한 다양한 학습교육시스템들이 선보이고 있다. 웹 기반교육은 웹을 수단으로 하여 지식을 생성, 조직, 전파하는 교육방식이며, 구조화된 웹 문서를 가지고 다양한 상호작용을 통한 플랫폼을 구성하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹기반교육이 이루어지는 학습시스템의 다양한 플랫폼을 살펴보고 그에 대한 비교를 제안한다.

해양에서 입자유기물질은 생태계 내 먹이망의 중요한 요소로서 작용한다. 입자유기 물질이 생태계 내 먹이망의 에너지원으로 전환, 이용될 때 그러한 물질과 에너지 흐름 경로를 이해하기 위해서는 이들 물질의 구성 요소에 대한 지식이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 지형구조와 양식대상 생물을 가지는 여러 내만의 양식 환경을 이해하기 위하여 일차적으로 한반도 남해의 대표적인 이매패류 양식해역 3개 해역에 대한 입자유기물질의 분포와 조성을 조사ㆍ비교하였다. (중략)
