The leveling of technical internet domain term with its aim to accumulate knowledge that machine can comprehend, which has been used widely in recent years. If stratify domain term weight, we believe that machine can manage and analyze in formation on its own using the ontology. In this paper, we propose an algorithm that allows us to extract properties of ontology weight from structured information already existing in web documents. In particular by stratification of the domain knowledge that is composed of property information, we were able to make the algorithm better and improve the quality of extraction results. In our experiments with 50 thousands targeted documents, we were able to extract property information with 94% confidence.

Quality control in medical is getting very important issue so that the importance of CDS(Clinical Decision Support) System has been increased. Local clinics as well as big hospitals are required to implement the CDS System. But the cost and complexity of CDS system implementation is so high since many different activities including knowledge authoring, software development, and integrating the legacy system are necessary. In this paper, we suggest the CDS system architecture to be sharable and interoperable and evaluate the availability and efficiency of this architecture.

탁월한 성과를 내던 기업이 갑작스럽게 좌초되곤 한다. 이때 그 주된 문제점을 들여다보면 빠지지 않는 문제가 하나 있다. 바로, 소통(疏通)의 문제다. 고객과의 소통에 실패해 고객의 마음을 잘못 읽었거나, 조직 내부 소통의 장벽을 쌓고 있는 경우이다. 창의성의 시대에는 이 같은 소통의 문제가 더 중요한 이슈로 떠오를 전망이다. 아무리 좋은 품질과 비용 우위를 갖춘 제품일지라도 고객의 마음 속에 울림을 주지 못한다면 시장으로부터 외면 받을 가능성이 크다. 개개인의 창의성이 집단의 창의성으로 승화되는 것은 서로의 다양한 지식과 경험을 자유롭게 소통할 수 있을 때 가능하다. 이와 같이 소통은 고객 가치 창출의 근간, 집단 창의성 발현의 토대 등의 중요한 밑거름이 되고 있다. 집단의 창의성을 극대화하기 위해서는 다양한 경험과 지식을 가진 인재들이 서로 통섭 할 수 있게 해야하며, 이들의 창의적 아이디어가 잘 공유될 수 있는 시스템과 제도가 뒷받침되어야 한다. 또한, 건전한 피드백이 숨쉬는 상호 신뢰와 협력적 조직 문화가 구축되어야 한다. 무엇보다 CEO가 그 선봉장 역할을 할 필요가 있다. 또한 조직 내부의 집단 지성이 고객과의 소통으로 이어질 수 있도록 할 수 있을 때 진정한 고객 가치 창출이 가능하며, 지속적인 성과 창출을 하는 기업으로 거듭날 수 있을 것이다.

급속한 정보통신 기술의 발달로 인하여 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 기술, 네트워크 인프라, 3D 기술, 가상현실 기술 등 미래 콘텐츠 기술을 적용한 새로운 디지털 사용자 환경이 구축되고 있다. 교육 및 지식 분야에서도 동영상 기반이나 플래시 기반의 단순하고 일방형의 교육 콘텐츠를 벗어난 새로운 고품질의 이러닝 콘텐츠가 요구되고 있다. 또한 개인의 체험 중심의 학습경험과 지식을 스스로 구성해나가는 새로운 학습방법을 지원하는 이러닝 기술의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 대한 대안의 하나로 실재감과 몰입감을 촉진함으로써 학습효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 혼합현실기반의 이러닝 시스템의 개발이 시도되고 있다. 본 고에서는 혼합현실 이러닝 기술 개발 방향을 모색하기 위하여 국내외 혼합현실 이러닝 기술 동향, 시스템 사례, 교육적 효과에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

강건설계(robust design)는 낮은 비용으로 잡음에 강건한 고품질의 제품이나 공정을 설계하는 체계적이고 효율적인 방법이다. 그러나 강건설계의 과정 중 비표준 직교배열의 사용과 교호인자을 포함한 실험계획은 다소 복잡하고, 전문지식이 필요한 부분으로 비전문가에는 난해한 작업이다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 표준직교배열의 변형과 선점도를 이용하여 교호인자를 직교배열의 열에 자동으로 할당하는 전문가시스템 prototype을 개발하였다. 사용자가 수준별 인자수와 교호작용의 유무를 입력하면, 시스템은 적절한 직교배열을 선정하여 필요에 따라 변형하며, 제어인자와 교호작용을 직교배열표에 자동으로 할당하여 출력한다. 개발된 시스템을 사용함으로써 초보자도 직교배열을 쉽게 변형할 수 있으며 다수의 교호인자를 포함한 실험계획을 빠르게 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 이용된 지식은 문헌에서 추출하였으며, 추론 전략으로는 규칙기반추론(rule-based reasoning)을 이용하였다.

기술경쟁력에 의한 신제품 개발과 더불어 제품의 외형적인 포장 및 포장디자인도 기업의 경쟁요소로 그 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이에 포장기술의 지속적인 개발을 통해 해당상품의 특성을 충분히 살림으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 높이고 상품의 품질과 구매력을 높일 수 있도록 하기 위해 전문지식과 실무경험을 갖춘 기술인력 양성이 요구되어 포장기술사 자격제도가 제정되었다. 국내 포장산업의 최고 전문가인 포장기술사는 한국산업인력공단이 주관하고 있으며 1974년 생산관리기술사(디자인 및 포장)로 신설되어 1983년 생산관리기술사(포장)로 변경된 후, 1991년 현재의 포장기술사로 자리잡게 됐다. 포장기술사는 포장기술분야에 관한 고도의 전문지식과 실무경험에 입각하여 포장을 개발하거나 개발된 포장을 진단하며, 물류부문과 연계성을 갖추기 위해 포장 표준화 업무 및 신규사업을 조사하는 등 기술업무를 수행한다. 포장기술사 자격시험은 단답형 및 주관식 논술형인 필기시험과 구술형 면접을 통해 시험이 이뤄진다. 2013년도에는 총 10명의 포장기술사가 합격했다. 본 고에서 2013년도 포장 기술사 최종합격자들을 소개한다.

본 논문은 최근 생물다양성협약 및 전통지식보호 등 기술보호와 정보공유의 투명성 객관성 확보를 위해 사실근거 기반의 전통지식 콘텐츠 제공 방법 및 시스템을 설계하였다. GPS를 활용하여 위치, 날짜, 기상정보 등 사실근거 기반을 확보하고, 이에 맞는 식품, 식재료 정보를 텍스트, 이미지, 음성, 동영상 등 다매체 콘텐츠로 수집하여 데이터베이스화가 가능하도록 하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 우리나라 생물 자원의 조사 발굴 및 보호가 가능하고, 식재료 또는 식품의 생산, 가공, 저장 등 그 시점의 상태 확인으로 식품(식재료)의 품질관리가 용이하도록 하였다.

Forming a network, through Social Network Services (SNS), among a group of people who share the same hobby or interests could increase the information sharing among the members at an exponential rate. Moreover, SNS users' behavior extends beyond the traditional introverted consumption behavior to a proactive behavior by owning or actively sharing product information. For firms, such proactive consumer behavior translates into marketing effects such as the word of mouth (WOM) effect. Therefore, SNSs are accepted not only as a communications channel between firms and consumers but also as marketing channel, suggesting the possibility of a new revenue source. In this context, we will explore into the factors of SNS contents which conserve firms' image and product information, and effects of the factors on consumer attitude and WOM.

World-Wide Web으로 인하여 인터넷 상의 다양하고 고품질의 자료들을 교육 자료에 손쉽게 활용할 수 있는 시대가 도래하였다. 그러나 이러한 자료들은 교육적 효과를 극대화시키기 위해서 좀 더 정제되고, 교육과정에 맞는 흐름을 가질 필요가 있다. 이러한 과정의 흐름을 제공하기 위해서는 웹 상에서 분산되어 독립적으로 존재하는 디지털 문서들을 교육 목적에 맞게 새로운 순서, 즉 문맥화된 순서를 가진 자료로 재구성할 수 있어야 하며, 문서간의 부드러운 내용 전개를 위해서 부가적인 설명이나 기존 문서에 빠져 있는 내용들을 보완할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문의 연구과정에서 개발된 가상교육 시스템은 교사가 교육용 지식문서를 작성하여 면대면(face to face) 교육에서는 직접 학생들을 교육할 수 있는 교육 자료로 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 웹을 통해서는 학생 스스로가 부족한 부분을 원하는 시간에 학습할 수 있는 능동적인 교육 환경을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 가상교육 시스템에 가상문서 개념을 도입함으로써 인터넷 상의 수많은 리소스들을 인용하는 것에 대한 부하를 막을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 상의 디지털 컨텐츠를 전문적인 지식을 가진 교사가 교육과정에 맞게 쉽게 재구성해 줄 수 있도록 가상교육 시스템을 설계 및 구현한 내용에 대해 기술한다.

Recently because the IS development project is large scale and complicated, the necessity of tools that can manage effectively smooth communications and the harmonized project between the interested parties is exposed. According to this fact, many companies are investing enough to the PMS (Project Management System) for the sake of the systematic management of the IS development project, and also this PMS is emerging as one of the indispensable tools for the successful IS development project by casting off from a auxiliary means for the past project management. However, as had been expected, whether the introduction of the PMS is possible to facilitate communications within a project team, and a main motivation that can derive individual performance and organizational performance that participated in the IS development project is induced or not are not verified still empirically and apparently. With respect to this, a survey was conducted to examine how PMS quality affected user satisfaction, communication, individual performance and project performance. The effects of the data gathered were verified by structural equation model analysis.
