본 연구는 국제 합작투자사업 참여 기업들을 대상으로 국제합작투자 사업에서의 합작사업 파트너 기업 간 유대강도가 합작투자사업참여 파트너간 지식이전 및 활용과 합작사업성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 구조방정식을 이용하여 합작투자사업 참여 파트너간 유대 강도가 합작사업참여 기업들이 보유한 지식의 이전 및 활용과 합작사업성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는 지 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 E-mail을 적용한 지능형 E-mail 지식관리시스템을 제안하고자 한다. E-mail은 사용자에게 익숙하고, 정형화된 정보로 표현이 쉽고, 이미 많이 구축되어 있는 시스템이다. 이러한 E-mail의 정보를 활용하여 사용자에 따라 지식을 평가하고, 지식그룹 생성이 가능한 지식 관리 시스템을 설계한다. 이를 위해서 클러스터링을 이용해 지식간의 유사 정도에 따라 유사한 지식을 그룹화 시키는 지식그룹(Knowledge Group) 생성 알고리즘을 제안하고 사용자의 선호도(preference)를 반영하기 위해 사용자 프로파일(User Profile)을 설계하고, 사용자의 선호도에 적합한 지식을 검색하는고리즘을 제안한다.

As information resources have become more various and the number of the resources has increased, knowledge customization on the social web has been becoming more difficult. To reduce the burden, we offer a framework for context-based similarity calculation for knowledge customization using ontology on the CBR. Thereby, we newly developed context- and intensity-based similarity calculation methods which are applied to extraction of the most similar case considered semantic similarity and syntactic, and effective creation of the user-tailored knowledge using the selected case. The process is comprised of conversion of unstructured web information into cases, extraction of an appropriate case according to the user requirements, and customization of the knowledge using the selected case. In the experimental section, the effectiveness of the developed similarity methods are compared with other edge-counting similarity methods using two classes which are compared with each other. It shows that our framework leads higher similarity values for conceptually close classes compared with other methods.

This study explored the Dis-Functional(DF) factors associated with the information and utilization of the R&D outcomes which has been left behind in the environmental & energy science research field. Of the total of 225 sample surveyed, exactly 66.2% responded to the questions about DF factors. The major factors that have been experienced by the respondents included the followings : the shortage of manpower and budget, inadequate network utilities of resource sharing, unstable policies of digitalization of R&D databases and of presenting a specimen copy(not only report itself but also experimental data), deficient knowledge resource system for the specialized sub-research areas, absence of the process of TLO and commercialization of R&D results, and underestimation of the significance of quality control (evaluation) of academic and research information. Some recommendations for utilization of the R&D outcomes were suggested according to the DF factors investigated.

우리나라는 세계 최고 수준의 IT 인프라를 기반으로 네트워크 및 서비스 융합, RFID 등 u-IT 서비스 확산 등을 통해 유비쿼터스 사회로 빠르게 진입하고 있다. 향후 디지털 융합이 가속화됨에 따라 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 원하는 정보의 획득 활용이 증가하고, u-Health, u-learning 등 IT가 타산업과 융합되면서 높은 부가가치를 창출할 것으로 전망 된다. 그러나 정보화의 급속한 진전에 따른 사회 전반의 편의성과 효율성이 향상하였으나, 해킹 바이러스, 개인정보 유출사고, 스팸 등 역기능으로 인한 피해도 확산되고 있다. 최근에는 네트워크 방어체계를 무력화시키는 지능화된 해킹, 대량의 고객정보 유출, 사회공학 기법을 활용한 피싱 등 이용자의 자산과 프라이버시를 침해하는 사이버범죄 증가 등으로 이용자자산과 권리 보호관점에서의 정보보호의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 향후 시간과 장소에 상관없이 지식정보를 활용하여 편리하고 쾌적한 생활을 누리게 하는 지식정보사회는 예측 불가능한 위험이 곳곳에 산재한 정보위험사회로의 진입을 의미 할 수도 있다. 그러므로 미래사회에서 예상되는 위협을 예측하여 효과적으로 사전에 예방할 수 있는 체계를 마련하는 것은 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 지식정보사회를 향유하기 위한 전제조건으로 작용한다. 이에 본고에서는 미래 지식정보사회에 대비한 정보보호 전략으로 안전한 u-사회 청사진 설계 및 환경조성 선도와 국제화, 사이버위협 예방 및 대응체계의 입체적 조화와 융합, 정보보호 기술 제품 산업간 선순환 촉진과 성장 등 3대 전략을 설정하고 실행방안을 제시한다.

온라인 뉴스 플랫폼의 발전은 에코 챔버(echo chamber) 효과와 정치적 양극화를 심화시키며, 이를 완화하기 위한 선행 연구로 뉴스 기사의 정치적 성향을 판단하는 연구가 필요하다. 기존 연구는 외부 지식 그래프를 활용하여 뉴스 기사의 텍스트 정보를 더욱 풍부하게 표현한다. 그러나, 외부 지식을 임베딩하는 지식 그래프 임베딩(knowledge graph embedding, KGE) 방법은 다양하며, 각 KGE 방법이 정치적 성향 예측 정확도에 미치는 효과에 대해서 충분히 연구되지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 정치적 성향 예측에 외부 지식의 활용을 최대화하기 위한 다양한 KGE 방법들의 효과를 분석한다. 실험 결과, 외부 지식 그래프 내의 개체들 간 복잡한 관계를 간단하고 정확하게 표현 가능한 ModE 방법을 활용하는 것이 정치적 성향 예측에 가장 효과적이라는 것을 확인하였다.

An aim of this study is to analyze status of information literacy and propose some ways strengthening its role as a cross-curriculum. Analyses show that information literacy is a basic competency of creative person composing the educational human figure under the national curriculum in Korea. In the school knowledge, its position is a procedural knowledge to create new ideas, also it is a interdisciplinary thinking skill under the instructional method. Therefore, information literacy instruction covering media and ICT literacy should exist as a main cross-curriculum to be a selective subject in the national curriculum. And finally, one of learning skills, its definition should be cleary stated such as information research and access, information analyses and interpretation, information synthesize and presentation.
