Sharing knowledge is an important factor in the discourses on the knowledge management on the campus. This article analyzed the impact of organizational context on faculty's perceptions of knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university. As a result, perceptions of knowledge-sharing capabilities and performance-based reward systems were found to significantly affect faculty knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university studied. Also, results from multivariate analysis showed that the faculty's perception of knowledge-sharing more significantly affected knowledge-sharing than reward system.

품질이 낮은 정보는 이용자의 호응을 얻지 못할 뿐 아니라 여러 측정하기 힘든 직·간접적인 손실들을 초래할 수도 있다. 따라서 질 높은 지식정보자원의 구축이야말로 국가경쟁력을 넘어 국민의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 기본 요소이다. 지식기반시대에 지식정보의 창출-가공-전달-활용보전을 위한 제반요소의 구축뿐 아니라 질적인 향상을 위한 노력은 지식정보시대를 앞서나갈 수 있는 일로 매우 중요한 일이라 할 수 있겠다. 이러한 이유로 인해 근래에 정보 유동·서비스 분야의 품질향상을 위한 품질경영시스템의 도입에 대한 연구가 진행되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지식정보의 유통과 서비스에 있어서 질적인 향상을 위한 노력의 일환으로 지식정보 유통·서비스 야의 품질체계를 확립하는 ISO 9001:2000 인증제도의 도입과 운영에 대한 방향 및 사례를 제시함으로써 지식정보 유통·서비스 품질향상에 도움이 되고자 한다.

Since 2000, the Ministry of Information and Communication has spearhead the so-called Knowledge Information Resource Management Project to turn South Korea into an information-knowledge powerhouse. With the project, the ministry has digitalized major information content in various fields such as history, education, culture and science, enabling many people to benefit through the Internet. During the period,12 institutions have participated in the history fields, The participants are as follows: Muncheongak at Gyeongsang National University, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, National Institute of Korean History, Independence Hall of Korea, Korean Classics Research Insitute, Korea Democracy Foundation, Gyujanggak Archives, Seoul National University, Jongyeonggak, Sungkyunkwan University, The War Memorial of Korea, Korean Studies Advancement Center, Korean Women's Development Institute, and The Academy of Korean Studies. Because the 12 information systems have different functional user interfaces, it is confusing for people to utilize them effectively That requires us to standardize the interfaces, which would improve the overall improvement in effectiveness. This paper compares each user interface of the 12 information systems to determine their similarities and differences in terms of how to search information and present results. This work will pave the way to build a standardized user interface .

Grid 컴퓨팅에서 실제적이고 특정한 문제들은 자원공유, 동적인 문제 해결, VO등과 같은 것들로서, 이는 단순 파일 공유 뿐만 아니라 컴퓨터, 데이터, 소프트웨어 그리고 다른 자원들에 직접적으로 접속하는 것이다. 이러한 공유는 고도의 제어가 요구되는데, 자원 공급자와 사용자들은 공유할 자원이 어느 것이고, 공유는 누구에게 허용할 것인지 그리고 공유가 일어나는 상황에서 조건은 어떠한 유형인지 명확하게 규정하여야 한다.

In this paper, I presented that transformation of library from the collection management to knowledge contents management along with paradigm shift under the web-based multimedia information environment is required. Effective web contents management call maximize users'satisfaction with personal customizing services for library users. Especially, contents customizing service using the metabrowsing service contributes to maximize the user'satisfaction by supplying core contents that the user seeks. In this paper, I studied the scheme of knowledge contents management to increase of user'satisfaction, concentrating on the management factors of web-based multimedia knowledge contents and service strategy.

XML의 출현으로 메타데이터를 이용한 개념수준의 지식 모델링 토대가 구축됨으로써, 추론 기능을 부가하여 실질적인 개념화를 실현하는 온톨로지 기술이 정보시스템의 핵심요소로 부각되고 있다. 온톨로지를 적용함으로써 기존의 정보처리를 지식 처리로 고도화할 수 있으며, 다양한 지식처리 기능을 실현해 낼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업이나 기 관 간의 지식 자원 관리 및 공유, 협업 등이 가능한 JSR 168과 WSRP 기반의 포탈 프레임워크를 구축하고 온톨로지 기술을 응용하여 포틀릿 정보를 의미 수준에서 관리하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문의 온톨로지 기반의 로틀릿 관리 기능을 갖은 엔터프라이즈 포털 시스템은 깁업의 정보 자산 관리와 정보 서비스 향상에 기반 시스템으로 활용될 수 있다.

재난정보시스템은 재난에 대하여 예방, 대비, 대응, 복구 단계별 활동을 지원하기 위한 정보시스템이다. 재난정보시스템은 여러 형태의 재난에 대하여 여러 수준의 다양한 정보자원을 이용해야 하고 여러 임무를 맡고 있는 다양한 인적자원과 다양한 물적 자원을 활용하여 준비하고 빠르게 대응해야 한다. 재난은 지역별로 대응하게 되는데 기존의 시스템은 해당 지역에 대한 정보만을 파악할 수 밖에 없으며, 통합적인 상황 분석이 부족하고, 지역재난상황에 따라 표준행동에 의한 자동적 실시간 임무부여와 실시간 보고의 처리, 재난관리자의 경험적 지식을 활용될 수 있는 정보시스템화는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 지역단위 홍수대응을 위하여 지역별 재난정보시스템이 P2P 분산연결체제로 재난과 유관한 다른 지역의 재난정보를 공유할 수 있고, 국방, 경찰, 보안 분야에 적용되어온 정보융합(Information fusion)기술과 비즈니스 룰(BRMS)의 규칙기반 지능형 기술을 활용하여 여러 수준의 다양한 정보를 종합 분석하여 통합적인 상황정보를 제공하고, 표준행동(SOP) 요령과 지역 재난관리자의 지식을 활용하여 인적 자원과 물적 자원에 대한 대응계획을 제시하여 대응조치를 선택할 수 있도록 하며, 현장 상황에 따른 실시간 임무 부여와 상황 보고를 처리할 수 있는 지능형 지역 홍수대응 재난정보시스템 프레임워크를 제안한다.

지식 기반 사회에서 경쟁 우위의 원천은 우수 인재 확보를 통한 이익의 극대화임을 감안할 때, 전문가를 적극적으로 개발하고 관리하는 것이 최우선 전략이다. 한민족과학기술자네트워크(KOSEN,www.kosen21.org))는 과학기술 전문인력 자원을 활용하여 다양한 분야의 지식정보 서비스를 제공함으로써 국내 유일의 과학기술인들의 전문정보창구로서의 역할을 담당하고 있다. 장단기적 지식정보 수요에 대응하기 위해 내외부 인력을 적극적으로 발굴하고 있으며, 적절한 평가 기준을 마련하여 성과에 대한 객관적인 평가 결과를 바탕으로, 전문가의 지속적인 참여를 유도하기 위한 다양한 보상 프로그램을 운영중이다.

지식관리시스템은 효과적으로 지식 프로세스를 지원하고, 다양한 비정형의 지식들을 처리하기 위한 다양한 시도를 하고 있다. 그러나 지식 검색, 정보 추출, 관리 등에서 근본적인 약점을 갖고 있으며, 다양한 지식 자원들을 통합하고 연동하는데 어려움이 있다. 이 한계들을 극복하고 지식관리 방식을 개선하기 위한 다양한 연구들이 시도된다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 웹 기술을 적용함으로써 지식관리시스템이 직면한 한계들을 극복하여서 새로운 사업 기회를 가질 수 있는가를 연구하였다. 그리고 기존 지식관리시스템 아키텍처와 비교하여 변경되는 부분을 방안을 제시하고, 새로운 차세대 웹에 의한 지식관리시스템 아키텍처의 미래기술에 대하여 연구하였다.
