Endocirne disruptors (EDs) can cause fertility decrease, developmental disorder, and even cancer in animals. Until 90's, EDs were used in various synthetic products including paints, coatings, detergents, plastics, and plasticizers. Currently, in several countries, the production, trade and use of EDs or EDs-suspected chemicals have been regulated while activity to screen the alternatives for EDs including bisphenol-A, phthalate and nonylphenol is active. Although various toxicity test method was developed and applied for screening of alternatives, however, the safety of alternatives has been not fully demonstrated. Some alternatives have high structural similarity with existing EDs, raising the possible risk of endocrine disruption by alternatives. In an effort to develop the safe alternatives, we reviewed the effects of EDs such as bisphenol-A, phthalates, nonylphenol and their substituents. In addition, in-silico analysis for endocrine disrupting activities of some alternatives was presented.

As the important factors to improve research performance, the researchers' capacity and the input of resources like research funds have been pointed out. As joint researches are recently vitalized, however, the scientific knowledge is produced by forming continuous mutual relations through the structural characteristics between researchers. Since the support of research funds becomes a foothold to perform researches as multiple institutions cooperate with each other, it can be considered to have influence on research performance. In other words, it can be estimated that the support of research funds has influence on research performance by generating differences in the connecting structure of joint researches. In the results of analyzing the relation between network structure and research performance in accordance with the matter of supporting research funds, targeting the joint research theses in the culture technology(CT) area for five years from 2009 to 2013 in SCIE DB, when multiple research institutes are connected to each other, the number of thesis is increased. When the betweenness centrality is increased, the number of thesis is decreased. Also, the matter of supporting research funds has influence on network structure and research performance.

The capability of the digital communication would need to be strengthened for leveraging collaborative knowledge building and problem solving skills of the middle aged people. It was developed and implemented a smart learning model by utilizing the formative intervention based on the logic of change laboratory to target learners of 'K organization', As a results, smart learning model was composited several activities and supporting systems such as learning instructions of Smart Pad, communication games and SNS, using self-diagnosis and making posters and role-playing video by the internet applications. This research is significant that it finds efficient method to fit design of smart learning and the needs of target learners by using them as testbed which is mixed with different background and digital communication experiences.

As the world economy has been changed into the knowledge-based society, all economic activities have globalized and intensified competition in the marketplace, and the forces of these changes are even more aggressively pressuring today's business. According to many businesses are focused on the core competence and various functions are outsourced by service providers, many firms pay heavily attention to business service. Although the importance of business service, domestic business service industry shows a low labor productivity. On the other hand, foreign business service companies in korea take a substantial portion of business service market. Thus, domestic business service needs to increase a competitiveness because of potential growth opportunities. This study attempts to find out the ripple effect of business service industry on other industry.

지식경제부의 청정제조기반 산업원천개발사업의 일환으로 진행 중인 "초고진공펌프 개발" 과제 중 제3세부 과제인 "고진공펌프 종합특성평가시스템 설계, 진단기술 개발" 과제에서 진행되고 있는 연구수행결과를 소개한다. 국내 초고진공펌프 개발 수준의 선진화를 위한 기본적인 초석 확립은 현존하는 모든 진공 발생 장치의 국제적 신뢰성이 있는 완벽한 성능평가의 구현에 있다고 할 수 있다. 고진공펌프개발 총괄 과제의 대명제는 "국제적 신뢰성을 가지는 상용화 제품의 완성"이며, 이를 위한 3세부과제의 추진 방향은 기 완료된 1단계 기술개발에 근거한 1세부과제 및 2세부과제와의 유기적인 infra를 통한 성공적인 지원체계 구축 및 상용화 제품 개발 단계의 모든 신뢰성 확보 전략을 수립, 수행하는 것을 골자로 하고 있다. 또한 2단계 사업 추진 동안 제품 개발 주체인 산업체에 모든 개발된 기술을 적용할 수 있는 기반 제공 및 상용화를 위한 성공적인 기술이전도 포함된다. 상용화 개발 완료 후인 Post Project 기간 동안에 발생할 수 있는 모든 지원체계의 구축도 장기간에 걸친 연구 개발의 연장선상에서 추진되어야 될 것으로 예상된다. 세부 추진내용으로 나노팹 공정현장의 고진공펌프 신뢰성평가의 기본 개념설계를 포함한 현장 데이터의 확보 및 분석 현황, 공정현장의 실제 환경에 투입하기 전 단계의 모든 신뢰성 확보 방안, 터보분자펌프의 경우 파괴실험을 포함한 over speed, shock venting, foreign debris dropping test 등 상용화 단계에 필요한 기본 시험평가 조건을 고찰하고자 한다. 상용화 단계의 내구성 및 신뢰성 확보를 위한 전제 조건은 대외적으로 공표할 수 있는 시험 평가 데이터와 개발 주체에서 기밀 수준으로 유지해야만 하는 민감한 자료의 상시 생산 infra의 구축으로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 고진공펌프개발이라는 과제의 대명제를 완성하기 위하여 추진 연구개발 방향 등 진행형인 2년간의 최종 상용화에 필요한 국제 신뢰성, 공정대응성 확보 등 핵심사업 추진내용 및 infra 구축의 상세개발 로드맵을 완성하고자 한다.

The primary purposes of this study are to find a proper model for government's selections of Mainbiz and present what are the better weights of the current indexes. We prepared three sets of models：first one using original 10 variables; second one using 9principally composed variables; third one using 7 principally composed variables. Among 3 models, the last one had higher explanation power than the other two models. Therefore, if index weights are adjusted according to the third newly developed model, the credibility in evaluating and selecting Mainbiz will be improved. When transforming the index weights and running the analysis, 5 variables(organization process, marketing management, management process, production-facility states, the level of forecasting) have more direct influences than other 4 variables(innovation strategies, knowledge management, achieving level, operational level) on selecting Main-biz.

A geographical indication is a protected trade name or mark for a product that corresponds to a specific geographic location or origin. Geographical indications have been widely used in European countries over the last three decades, mainly for wine and food products. This study investigates the consumer perception of geographical indications for agricultural and processed products and purchase experiences of consumers. It also examines consumer intention to pay more for geographical indication products. The findings from the empirical investigation showed that only 24.0% of the respondents have purchased geographical indication products whereas 49.5% of the respondents have not. Meanwhile, 26.5% of the respondents reported that they were unaware of geographical indications. Main reasons of purchasing geographical indication products were trust in quality, safety, and better taste. On the other hand, main reasons of not purchasing geographical indication products were lack of knowledge and no distinctive quality. The respondents answered that they would pay more for geographical indication products especially for luxury items such as ginseng, wine, and beef.

In this paper, we implement Microsoft COM software modules for elliptic curve cryptographic applications and analyze its performance. The implemented COM software modules support all elliptic curve key exchange protocols and elliptic curve digital signature algorithm in IEEE 1363 finite fields GF(p) and GF(2m). Since the implemented software modules intend to focus on a component-based software development method, and thus it have a higher productivity and take systematic characteristics to be open outward and to be standardized. Accordingly, it enable a software to be developed easier and faster rather than a method using C library. In addition it support the Microsoft COM interface, we can easily implement secure software applications based on elliptic curve cryptographic algorithms.

This paper attempts to explore the spatial structure of inventor networks and their determinants among 230 shi-gun-gu regions in Korea by investigating the residence of co-inventors engaged in Korean patent applications to the Korean Intellectual Office and exploiting a zero inflated negative binomial model to accommodate an estimation to the count nature of a dependent variable and its excess of zeros. Several variables are found to affect the spatial linkage of inventor networks. Spatial links extend beyond the region if it has more own R&D-related specific assets (private R&D, patent productivity, population, education); if it is physically close to and has technological similarity with the other region. The assets of the other region plays a positive role if, in a similar way, the other region has more R&D-related specific assets.

This research has been Initiated to provide an effective management tool for budget control of the public projects using EVMS. Barriers to implementing the tool for the domestic public projects are identified : no PMB (Performance Measurement Baseline) for budget control, management by BOQ(bill of quantity), no systematic planning and control. To eliminate these barriers, an integrated cost and schedule management process model using EVMS is proposed. This model is composed of six sub processes : organizing, scheduling, budget allocating, establishing PMB, managerial analysis, change incorporation.
