The purpose of this study is to propose the method to develop IFC interface module with less time and effort, which can support the IFC-based data exchange of building structures. The core of the IFC interface module is that 1) the physical and conceptual objects well suited to the knowledge and experience of the building structures are exploited and 2) no in-depth knowledge about IFC is required. The proposed method is to 1) divide the IFC interface module into public part open to the external applications and the supporting private part, 2) reorganize the IFC entities related to the building structures into the public part, and 3) reorganize the other IFC entities into the private part. In this study, the IFC interface module was developed and then verified by the application of the module to visualization, member listing, quantity take-off and interface to Tekla of an IFC file.

A lot of accumulated data of many quantity exist within a institution or an organization, but most data is remained in form of standardization as each institution or organization. There are difficulty in exchange and share of information. New concept of knowledge information resource management to overcome this disadvantage was introduced, and the digitization of knowledge information resources to share and manage accumulated data is been doing. Specially, in science technic or education scholarship it, the tendency that importing XML to process necessary data to exchange and share of knowledge information resources structurally, and limitation of back for search and indexing or reusability is happened according as expression of great many mathematics used inside electron document of these sphere is processed to nonstructural data of image or text and so on. There is interest converged in processing of mathematics that use MathML to overcome this, and we require the solution to be able to process MathML easily and efficiently on structural document. In this paper, designed and implemented of XML document editing system which easy structural process of electronic document for knowledge information resources, and create and express MathML easily on structural document without expert knowledge about MathML.

The previous studies have investigated the effect of social capital on innovation performance. However, the previous studies investigating the relationship between social capital and innovation performance have assumed a black box in the linkage. According to the knowledge based view, firms with inter-dependent relationship can make innovation through sharing processes of knowledge. In other words, social capital as intangible resource results in knowledge management activities which can increase innovation performance. And increasing innovation can make relationship satisfaction promoting relationship investment gradually. Therefore, research hypotheses are made from social capital to relationship investment. From the empirical results, except for the effect of knowledge sharing on both product innovation and relationship satisfaction, almost all hypotheses are reported to be significant. And product innovation performance positively affects relationship satisfaction, and relationship investment is positively affected by relationship satisfaction. From this study, we can know the importance of knowledge management activities in strategic management view.

This study examined the peer and gender effects in knowledge-sharing behavior. More specifically, this paper examined how coworker social loafing is related to knowledge sharing and how gender differences moderate the relationship between coworker social loafing and knowledge-sharing behavior. Drawing on economic and social exchange theory, this study predicts that coworker social loafing will decrease the knowledge-sharing behavior. In addition, this paper hypothesized that men will be more likely to withdraw knowledge-sharing behavior than women when they faced coworker social loafing. To test these hypotheses, this paper conducted a hierarchical regression test with the supervisor-employee dyad samples. The empirical results showed that in the relationship between coworker social loafing and knowledge-sharing behavior, coworker social loafing decreased the knowledge-sharing behavior, and the negative effect was larger in the case of men rather than women. In the discussion section, this paper proposes the theoretical and practical implications based on theoretical arguments and empirical findings.

According to resource based view, knowledge is regarded as a salient factor to improve an organization's efficiency in the current fast-changing business environment. Knowledge management (KM) may encourage employees to share and exchange knowledge in the organization in order to improve and sustain a competitive advantage over other companies. The proposed research model examines the impacts of KM performances' antecedents on an employee's absorptive capacity. This study identifies KM performances as employee's satisfaction about KM and shared knowledge quality. This study considers KM performances as the major determinants that enhance his/her absorptive capacity. This study also investigates the key antecedents of KM performances. The research model posits extrinsic reward, intrinsic reward, and relational reward as the KM performances' antecedents. Furthermore, this study examines the difference of the antecedents' effects in terms of firm's type. The proposed research model was tested by using survey data collected from 1,103 employees of 2 public enterprises and 907 employees of 5 private enterprises. The findings of this study showed that employee's satisfaction about KM and shared knowledge quality play a significant role in enhancing employee' absorptive capacity. Extrinsic reward only significantly influences employee's satisfaction about KM, whereas both intrinsic and relational rewards serve as the salient antecedents of improving both KM performances. The results also shed light on the moderating role of firm's type. Theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.

This paper deals with mind and human nature dispute between Si-Ma guang and Han-Yu in the Northern Sung Dynasty, focused upon the "zhong-hua". The letter exchange between Si-Ma guang and Han-yu, which were the mind and human nature debate between a representative intellectually of the Confucianism and a scholar who absorbed in the Buddhism, can provide the discussion on various ideological origins that affected the development of the mind and human nature theory. Moreover, the contents of a letter from both of them can be used as an important cue to observe the discussion under what ideological foundations the mind and human nature theory could be embodied in the future and what advance it has made and what is its philosophical meaning.

In the knowledge-based economy the innovation through continuous research and development(R&D) is crucial for the economic development and competitiveness of the region or country. The role of university as an institution which creates and diffuses new knowledge and technology should be highly emphasized these days in that context. This study explores the university-industry collaboration. More specifically, technology transfer and knowledge exchange between a university and external industrial partners are examined and the influences of such activities are, then, evaluated in the aspects of innovation and competitive advantages of the industrial partners. The case study on the Chonnam National University indicates that the considerable amount of knowledge and technology developed within the university tended to transferred to local areas, namely Gwangju and Jeonnam region. It can be claimed that the university, at least Chonnam National University, has positive impacts on the regional economy through technology transfer and knowledge share.

20여년 동안 지속해 온 레이저 개발 및 레이저분공기술 분야에 대한 연구를 지속적으로 추진하고 있는 이종민 한국광학회 회장. 이 회장은 최근 주된 관심사는 고출력 DPSSL (Diode-laser Pumped Sclid-state Laser)레이저, 원적외선 자유전자레이저, 그리고 레이저의 원자력 응용에 관한 연구들이라 말한다. 특히 이 분야들은 이미 5년 전부터 착수된 연구들로서 특히 레이저의 고출력화 및 전고체화 (all-solid-state)에 집중적인 노력을 아끼지 않는다고 또한 그는 인터넷 홈페이지를 통해서 산업 현장의 어려운 목소리를 듣고 직접 해당 전문가의 자문을 받을 수 있는 창구를 개설할 계획이다. 이를 통해 광기술관련 자료의 데이터베이스를 정립하고 지식정보 교환의 장을 구축하여 기초 학문의 실용화를 앞당기며, 기술인력의 정보교환도 자연스럽게 이루워지도록 할 것이며 이러한 사업이 성공적으로 이루어지면 학회와 산업계 모두에게 보람있는 일이 될 것이라고 밝혔다.

In recently, the SNS which is the hot issue of the knowledge-based information age use various goal based on human networking. This service construct a human relationship which exchange of information and opinion freely, and can extend the human network relationship using open his profile and closeness others. But, each individual's privacy invasions and pissing based on information open and sharing are rising. In this paper we present a method of protecting the SNS group's communications and information interchangeability efficiently.

의료정보 교환을 위한 국제 표준인 HL7 메시지의 처리와 HL7의 다양한 버전 간 호환성 문제를 해결하기 위해 객체 지향적 구조에 기반한 HL7 파서(Parser)가 개발되었다. 그러나 개발된 파서를 의료정보시스템과 연동하여 사용하기 위해서는 의료분야 전문가와 소프트웨어 전문가의 협력이 필수적이다. 또한, 이들 전문가의 협업을 위해서는 각 분야의 전문지식에 대한 상호 이해가 전제되어야 하는데, 이를 위해서는 오랜 시간 상호간의 많은 노력이 필요한 과정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 버전 간 호환 가능한 HL7 파서를 기반으로 하여 HL7 메시지의 생성과 변환을 가능하게 하는 HL7 GUI 도구를 설계한다. 이를 통해, 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 언어에 익숙하지 않은 의료 분야의 전문가들도 HL7 GUI 도구를 통해 개념적으로 표현되는 그래프를 직접 디자인하여 의료정보시스템 간의 다양한 버전의 HL7 메시지를 처리하고 교환할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다.
