  • 공장자동화를 추진하기 위한 중요한 구성요소는 설비기기들이다. 작업관련 설비기기들의 관리를 효율적으로 함으로 현장에서의 작업이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있다. 이러한 설비기기들의 현 상황을 지금까지는 대부분 작업자에 전적으로 의존하여왔는데 작업자가 일일이 확인하고 관리하기에는 시간적 낭비와 관리의 일괄성이 없어 효율적 관리가 힘들다. 본 연구에서는 자동창고, 무인반송차등 물류설비와 수평형, 수직형 Machining Center와 같은 공작기계들의 정지, 가동, Set Up상태등 기기 현황정보를 수신받아 컴퓨터 화면으로 항상 확인하므로써 보다 편리한 상태감시를 할 수 있다. 또한 컴퓨터 그래픽을 이용해 외부 정보데이타를 시각적으로 나타내고 관리하기 때문에 컴퓨터에 대한 전문적 지식이 없는 작업자라도 기기상태를 용이하게 파악할 수 있고 설비기기들의 수리 및 교체상황등 이력관리를 데이타베이스화하여 정확하고 체계적으로 관리한다.

  • 서비스 경제의 확산과 경쟁심화라는 현 시점에서 서비스품질은 조직의 장기적인 핵심 가치로 판단되는 것이 타당하며, 조직은 서비스품질을 확보하여 재무성과를 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 조직의 성과는 유/무형의 재무적 요소로 표현되나 이러한 재무성과의 성공과 실패는 리더십, 전략, 고객만족, 정보와 지식, 인적자원, 프로세스 등의 유기적인 체계에 의해 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 한국표준협회 한국서비스대상의 평가지표를 기본 구조로 하여 평가 지표가 실행과제의 내용을 구성할 수 있도록 지표를 세분화 하고 서비스품질의 개선을 통해 경영성과의 증진을 도모하는 일련의 방법론과 프로그램을 개발한다. 연구의 결과는 기업이 전사적 측면에서 서비스품질 활동을 위한 지표개발로부터 실행계획수립까지의 과정에서 필요한 가이드라인 혹은 실질적인 평가 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

  • 4차 산업혁명의 본격화로 과거 효율성과 생산성이 중점이 되던 경영 패러다임에서 벗어나 혁신, 창의성, 유연성이 대두되는 경영 패러다임으로 변화되고 있다. 이러한 변화된 환경 속에서는 조직 구성원들의 창의적인 업무수행이 조직에게 경쟁우위를 가져다주는 새로운 지식과 아이디어의 원천이면서 동시에 기업이 지속적으로 성장하고 살아남기 위한 필수 요소가 된다. 조직 및 상사의 강제적 견인보다는 구성원들 스스로 목적의식을 가지고 업무를 수행하는 과정에서 창의적 업무수행은 가장 잘 발현될 수 있으며, 본 연구를 통해 창의적 업무수행 과정에서 가장 핵심이 되는 내재적 동기부여의 관점에 초점을 맞추어 게이미피케이션 메커니즘과 접목시켰을 때 조직구성원들에게 동기부여를 발현시킬 수 있는지에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

A Study on The Effect Quality Innovation of Convergence Management (융합경영이 품질혁신에 미치는 영향)

  • The biggest change in modern society because we will transition to a ubiquitous environment. Changes in the environment has become a crucial instrument that finally opens the era of convergence management through integrating the various fields in their own business. The desire of consumers to new innovative products appears to be a constant thing companies are constantly trying to respond to these changes, there may not be a problem for the convergence of sustainability management company in the end. In this study, based on the convergence of corporate management need to be a fusion component of corporate management to examine whether any impact on the quality of innovation. Results showed that the fusion management components that affect both internal factors and external factors, core factors quality improvement. Internal factors detailed in the convergence management leadership, risk management factors showed a positive external factors affecting appeared to affect positively the knowledge-sharing factors, infrastructure factors. Finally, core factor is technology factors, educational learning factors showed a positive impact. This results suggest that be a big impact factors of competitiveness of enterprises through convergence management in the future and will serve as the strategic basis for the convergence of future corporate management.

  • This raises the question of how competitive advantage can be created, prompting firms to enhance their capacity for change. In this context, the role of knowledge creation becomes increasingly vital. This research aims to explore the role of intellectual capital and how to improve knowledge cration ability through absorptive capacity framework. It examines the links among knowledge acquisition, learning of new knowledge, knowledge creation, intellectual capital, and competitive advantage, drawing from both internal and external sources. The study focuses on small and medium-sized supplier firms in Korea, with data collected from 15 industries, totaling 106 responses. The research model employs structural equation modeling (SEM) and utilizes AMOS 22 for analysis. As anticipated, all hypotheses were supported. The study provides robust evidence that absorptive capacity is a pivotal factor in cultivating suppliers' competitive advantage. Furthermore, it posits that intellectual capital should be viewed as a criucial component of suppliers' knowledge stock, significantly enhancing the impact of absorptive capacity on their competitive edge. Future studies should aim to validate the research model in different international settings or across multinational corporations to enhance its generalizabulity.

R&D Investment and Firm Value: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure (연구개발투자와 기업가치: 소유 및 지배구조의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • In this study, the relationship between R&D investment and firm value was approached from ESG's G(governance) perspective to verify the moderating effect of the corporate governance and ownership structure. To this end, a panel analysis was conducted on a total of 2,825 samples of 405 manufacturing companies listed on the KOSPI market during 2013~2020. The main analysis results are as follows. First of all, we found that R&D investment has a negative impact on firm value, at least in the short term, and that these relationships are moderated by corporate governance and ownership structure. When professional CEO with high level of expertise in business and management does lead R&D investment, the negative impact of R&D investment on firm value is mitigated compared to owner-manager. Also, the stronger the power of outside blockholders, the more transparent the management and disclosure of information, alleviating the information asymmetry between internal and external shareholders, which mitigates the negative impact of R&D investment on firm value. The findings suggest that the factors of ESG may not only have a direct impact on firm value, but also have a moderating effect on firm value.

  • We extract the symptom of panic disorder from the context awareness environment. It extracts body context information through natural movement that exists in everyday life and uses a component of panic disorder. The ontology theory can be used to provide information on the degree of symptoms of panic disorder through inference process. For the components of panic disorder to the information processing based on ontology are defined as Classes. Panic disorder index is expressed through ontology modeling so that the condition of panic disorder can be known. The derivation of panic disorder component and panic disorder index will enable context awareness based information service for panic disorder. The context information is periodically synchronized with the context awareness on based device. Panic disorder can be used to improve the lifestyle of panic disorder.

The Effects of Hedonic Aspect of Consumer Involvement on Purchase Behavior (소비자관여의 감성적 측면이 구매행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The level and motivational basis of consumer involvement have been recognized as having important effects on purchase behavior. To explore the importance of hedonic aspects of involvement upon consumer purchase behavior, survey data on involvement degree and type concerning 8 product classes from 388 respondents was analyzed. Major findings of this study are summarized as follow. First of all, hedonic factor is evidenced as an important component of consumer involvement. In addition, hedonic dimension of involvement is proved to have significant effects on consumer purchase behavior in general. Secondly, analysis of the difference in behavioral tendencies between purchasing product with hedonic value(coffee) and utilitarian motive(washing machine) shows that consumers have relatively high in degree of brand differentiation, brand commitment, product knowledge in purchasing product with hedonic value. This means that hedonic aspect of product and thus hedonic involvement has not less important in predicting consumer behavior. Finally, several interactive effects, which suppot to and conflict against the previous research findings, between level and type of involvement upon purchase behaviors are detacted. This implies that hedonically induced involvement has moderating roles in the effects of consumer involvement on purchase behavior.

A Study on Importance Level & Present Level Analysis of ISO Auditor' Competency Factors (ISO 심사원 역량요소의 중요도와 보유도 분석에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the priority of the ISO auditors' specialized knowledge and job skills required to perform their duties, along with their personal characteristics, in order to enhance field-based auditing capability. For achieving the objectives of the study, the questionnaire consisted of a total of 50 competency factors, adding personal characteristics area to the ISO 19011-based specialized knowledge and job skills areas and the survey was conducted on the currently active ISO auditors with a five-point recert scale. Based on the results of the survey, the importance and present of ISO auditors in 3 competency areas were verified statistically significant difference through a t-test. The top priority and next priority competency factors for the overall competency and each competency areas were obtained through the Borich coefficient and the Locus for Focus Model. Considering the top priority competency factors in each competency areas identified from the study results, it can help develop related auditing curriculum. for improving the auditors' competency, and furthermore, it is expected to help strengthen ISO management system including quality, health & safety, environment and business continuity for companies.

Study on Corporate Facebook Posts and User Engagement of the KOSPI 100 Companies in Korea: Difference between B2B and B2C Companies (국내 100대 기업 페이스북 콘텐츠 전략과 인게이지먼트 연구: B2B·B2C 기업 간 차이를 중심으로)

  • Companies actively engage with the public through social media to enhance sales and promote brand awareness, which was further encouraged by the pandemic. However, previous studies tend to consider companies as a group of identical features. This study focuses on the differences between B2B and B2C companies' social media content strategy in relation to user engagement. This study categorized KOSPI 100 companies that manage Facebook corporate fan pages into B2B and B2C, and then analyzed the contents they posted from January 1 to December 31, 2020. The result showed that B2C companies tended to use videos over images, prefer hashtags, and comment its product name more often compared to B2B companies. B2B companies preferred images, used more hyperlinks, and mentioned its company name more often. In B2B companies, images and length of text had positive effects on user engagement, while hyperlink and URL had negative effects. B2C companies' text length had positive effect on user engagement. This study provides practical implications to PR practitioners for establishing a social media strategy which enhances user engagement.
