최근 지식경영에 있어 특허를 통한 지식재산권 확보는 기업 운영에 큰 영향을 주는 요소이다. 성공적인 특허 확보를 위해서, 먼저 변화하는 특허 분류 제계를 이해하고, 방대한 특허 정보 데이터를 빠르고 신속하게 특허 분류 체계에 따라 분류화 시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 머신 러닝 기술 중에서도 계층적 주의 네트워크를 활용하여 특허 자료의 초록을 학습시켜 분류를 할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 제안된 계층적 주의 네트워크의 성능을 검증하기 위해 수정된 입력데이터와 다른 워드 임베딩을 활용하여 진행하였다. 이를 통하여 특허 문서 분류에 활용하려는 계층적 주의 네트워크의 성능과 특허 문서 분류 활용화 방안을 보여주고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 많은 기업 지식경영에서 실용적으로 활용할 수 있도록 지식경영 연구자, 기업의 관리자 및 실무자에게 유용한 특허분류기법에 관한 이론적 실무적 활용 방안을 제시한다.

There is growing importance for intellectual capital, so corporations are developing Knowledge Management System (KMS) for Knowledge Management. There are two way in performing Knowledge Management, that is, Information Technology(IT) approach and Non-IT approach. IT approach focuses on developing KMS, and Non-IT approach people, business process, organizational culture and policy. According to interviews with experts and people in charge of knowledge management divisions, the IT approach and Non-IT approach should be adopted simultaneously for effective knowledge management. And, more focus should be placed especially on the Non-IT approach than IT approach for successful knowledge management. This research analyzed success and failure factors in knowledge management by questionnaire for experts and employees.

This paper aims to verify how the knowledge sharing culture of hotel companies affects psychological ownership awareness and organization citizenship behavior through knowledge sharing of millennials and generation Z employees. It also assumed that two types of knowledge, such as tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, would have the effect of controlling knowledge sharing culture and knowledge sharing. This paper collected data from 138 employees working in hotels in the metropolitan area. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that the knowledge sharing culture of hotel companies influenced knowledge sharing. In addition, it was confirmed that it had a positive effect on psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior. In the case of hotel companies, it was found that the tacit knowledge was more effective in inducing knowledge sharing among employees that the explicit knowledge. If a company provides a knowledge-sharing culture using various forms of tacit knowledge strategies, it is expected to increase the organizational citizenship behavior and psychological ownership of MZ generation employees.

본 연구는 기존의 전통적인 교육훈련의 전이(transfer of training)모델을 e-Learning상황으로 재해석하여 기업이 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영함에 있어서 보다 실질적인 성과를 높일 수 있는 방향을 제시하며, 또한 오늘날 지식 정보화 사회에서 기업 경쟁력의 원천인 지식자본의 확대를 목적으로 하는 e-Learning이 되기 위해서 학습조직 요인의 중요성을 확인하고, 앞으로 기업이 학습조직의 향상 방향으로 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 기존의 전통적 교육훈련의 전이모델과 e-Learning의 성과에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 기업에서의 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 추출하는 연구모형을 통해 각 요인들 간의 상호관계와 실무전이에 대하여 학습효과를 매개로 하는 관계를 분석함으로써 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 관한 영향 관계를 보다 체계적이고 포괄적으로 밝히고자 하며, 다음으론 e-Learning이 기업 교육훈련의 학습효과와 실무전이에 영향을 미칠 때 학습조직이 상황적 요인으로 추가되면 e-Learning의 학습효과와 실무전이 성과를 Leverage할 수 있는지 각 요인별 조절효과를 검증하고자 하여 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

최근, 기업은 급변하는 비즈니스 환경 속에서 업무 효율성 극대화가 비즈니스를 수행하는데 필요로 한다고 인식하고, 이를 위한 해결책이 조직원간 정보공유를 활성화하기 위한 지식경영 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 지식경영 시스템의 근간이 되는 디지털 문서들은 복사 및 전달이 쉽고 빠르게 이루어 질 수 있다는 문제점이 있다. 이에 따라, 기업은 업무 효율성을 높이면서 동시에 기밀정보의 유출을 방지하기 위한 정보보안 정책을 세우고 있는 실정이다. 대부분 기업들의 초창기 정보화 과정에서는 네트웍 보안에 치중하여 대다수의 기업 내부 정보 유출 사레가 내부자의 소행이라는 것이 밝혀지면서 업무의 효율성이라는 측면과 기업 내부 정보 보안을 위한 보안 기술을 채택하고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 누출차단과 식별을 위한 다큐먼트 보안을 디자인함으로써, 디지털 정보보안 체계 확립과 더불어, 디지털 정보자산을 안정적으로 관리할 수 있게 되었다. 또한, 발생할 수 도 있는 디지털 정보자산의 불법유출을 사전에 차단함으로써 기업/기관의 노하우 및 정보자산을 안정적인 보호로 피해를 방지할 수 있게 되었다.

많은 기업 및 공공기관들이 지식경영을 도입하고 있고, 조직 내의 지식활동을 장려하고 있으며, 다양한 지표를 통해 이를 측정하고 평가/보상에 반영하고 있다. 그러나 지식경영을 관한 성공적인 사례가 많이 보고 되고 있음에도, 개인 혹은 단위 조직이 수행하는 지식활동들에 대한 초점을 맞추고 있지 않아서, 지식경영을 담당하는 실무자들의 관점에서 필요한 지식활동에 대한 구체적인 평가체계 및 측정 지표들이 그 중요성에 비해 제대로 알려져 있지 않은 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 지식활동 과정을 지식의 "창출-공유-가치증진" 이라는 관점으로 분류하고, AHP 분석을 통해 각 세부 지식활동들의 우선 순위들을 도출하고자 한다.

Theoretical foundations of the knowledge management(KM) have been perceived still developing in the field. And, the literature shows many key success factors for KM, but, in more conceptual and abstract term. Companies interested in knowlege management demand for practical guidelines. Based on the constituent elements of KM, this study classifies key success factors identified from thirty three success cases, domestic and in other countries. Further, fifteen propositions are suggested and discussed for future research and project management in KM.

Regional innovation cluster is closely related to promoting innovations through activities for knowledge sharing and exchanges among organizations in an adjacent regional context. However, performance of activities for knowledge sharing and exchanges are basically influenced by cultural characteristics of the industries or regions where the organization belongs to. Therefore, knowledge management strategies in a unit of a regional cluster need to consider the cultural characteristics of an industry or region and in turn different activities need to be adopted according to cultural characteristics. This study explores the relationship between cultural differences and the performance of the activities to promote knowledge exchanges in a regional innovation cluster. For this study, factors reflecting cultural characteristics of diverse industries and regions were extracted and the relationships with the performance of the activities promoting inter-organizational knowledge exchanges were analyzed through statistical method.

디지털 기술의 발달로 세계가 정보 및 지식이 주도하는 사회로 급변하고, 지식 재산권의 발전이 급속하게 진행되면서, 각 기업 및 국가들은 그들의 경쟁력을 키우기 위해 지식재산권에 대한 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 이와 같이 지식재산권의 중요성이 강조되는 현실에서 지식재산권의 확보는 기업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 요소라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 빅데이터 분석 도구인 R을 이용하여 빠른 시간 안에 사용자가 목적으로 하고 있는 특허검색 결과를 효율적으로 도출할 수 있는 검색어 추출에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 다섯 단계의 특허 검색 프로세스를 제안하였고 프로그램으로 구현하여 검색목적에 맞는 특허의 검색에 필요한 시간을 대폭 단축시키면서 목표로 하는 특허 검색을 효율적으로 할 수 있었다.
