It needs to explain the relationship between influencers and consequences to use continuity of social media. To address this question, we have developed an framework and made hypotheses to explicate and analyze influencers(social presence, perceived privacy risk, perceived enjoyment, commitment, and community identification) to the attitude and continuity of social media. To test empirically, data collected from on and line survey and resolved by structural equation model. We found that social presence, perceived enjoyment and commitment influence to the attitude and continuity of social media. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of theses results are discussed also research limitation and future research directions.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among coach support, achievement goal orientations and continuous participation intention for golf participants. To achieve the goal of this study, a total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 250 copies were collected back. Out of those returned questionnaires, insincerely replied or double-replied questionnaires were excluded and finally 226 questionnaires were analyzed for this study. For analysis of the data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equating modeling were conducted using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Main findings were as follows: First coach support had a positive effect on achievement goal orientations. Second, achievement goal orientations had a positive effect on continuous participation intention. Third, coach support had a positive effect on continuous participation intention. Fourth, achievement goal orientations mediated the relationship between golf participant coach support and continuous participation intention. If golf participants improve their physical and psychological health effects through golf and achievement goal orientations increase from gaining a sense of accomplishment such as acquiring or improving golf skills, they will be able to lead a better quality of life.

The strong demand for corporate social responsibility has led to growing consumer boycotts of corporate misconduct. Although there are differences over the legality of the boycott, it is important to develop the boycott in an effective and correct way because of its positive effects in terms of consumer rights and society. This study identified the factors and their influences on the intention of continuing and stopping boycotts when the boycott was becoming popular. In addition, in accordance with the duration(low/high) and intensity(low/high) of consumer boycott participation, the relative influence of antecedent factors on the continuous and discontinuous intention of boycotts was examined. A total of 272 questionnaires were collected from consumers currently participating in the boycott and analyzed. The analysis showed that the preceding factors had discriminatory effects on the intention of continuing and stopping the boycott, and the effects of the preceding factors on the intention of continuing and stopping the boycott were different depending on the duration and intensity of the boycott. Based on the research results, this study suggested implications, limitations, and future research directions.

It is very difficult, but important, to induce and maintain voluntary user engagement in content. For example, many Internet contents provide financial rewards for the user's participation and maintenance. However, there are limitations to methods such as stimulating only external motivations, such as monetary rewards, and sophisticated design and management are needed to obtain sustained and voluntary user participation in content. For this purpose, we propose a Gamified CMS that extends the existing Content Management System (CMS) by referring to the example of the Gamified Learning Management System. This will ultimately increase the participation and commitment of users in content.

연구목적은 고령화의 사회에서 노인들이 지속적인 일을 통해 사회구성원으로 참여하도록하는 노인 일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 노인일자리 사업에 의 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 KJ지역에 거주하는 65세 이상의 노인 중 노인일자리 사업에 참여중인 노인 700명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하려고 한다. 이 논문의 주요연구내용은 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 2023년 11월부터 설문조사를 진행하여 결과를 spss 27.0을 활용하여 분석하려고 한다. 연구결과는 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 유의한 영향을 미치고 생활만족도는 매개효과가 있을 것으로 본다.

LID(Low Impact Development) facility classified as a social infrastructure can maintain landscape sustainability and functional sustainability through continuous maintenance and management. Since LID is a natural-based solution, the sustainability can be secured through the management of weeds, wastes and vegetation. The LID facility is distributed in the city and is an infrastructure that can be managed through citizen participation because of simple maintenance. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the maintenance factors affecting the sustainability of the LID facilities and to suggest measures for maintenance by investigating the participation of the peoples. The factors for landscape sustainability were derived to waste and weed management. Also the factors for functional sustainability were assessed to identification and management of dead bodies and selection of applicable soil and plant species. The citizens showed high agreement of more than 80% in the questionnaires on expanding and managing LID facilities, enacting LID ordinances, and participating in the national movement. The intention to participate in LID management linked to jobs was about 64%, indicating that LID could become a job for the vulnerable. Maintenance of the LID can easily be carried out by non-specialists, which can lead to citizen participation with low cost for each facility. The maintenance cost for citizen participation can be allocated from the social infrastructure management cost reduced by LID application of the local government and the social welfare budget of the central government.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of community characteristics of induced participants on values, attitudes, and behaviors (VAB) and intention to continue participation. Convenience sampling (n=192) was used to sample the research subjects, and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling were conducted using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results of this study are as follows. 1) Among the community attributes of the participants, reputation, enjoyment, interaction, and social connection had a significant impact. 2) Value-Attitude-Behavior (VAB) was found to have a significant hierarchical impact. 3) Behavioral intention was found to have a significant effect on continuation intention. Through this, the Judo community needs to build a participant-centered organizational culture that can create positive value in order to increase participants' participation in Judo.

This study was conducted to analyze the effects of motivation and satisfaction with continuing education on the intention to participate in college continuing education programs among adult learners. and participation of continuing education to improve the quality of Continuing education programs operated by College and to develop diverse educational programs that reflect the needs of adult learners and increase their participation rate. This study analyzed data collected from 412 adult males and females taking courses at the Lifelong Education Center in four professional universities in Gyeonggi-do from May 1 to June 20, 2017. Data analysis was performed using SPSS Version 21.0 program, and general characteristics of the subjects were used. Descriptive statistics, t-tests and ANOVA were used to identify differences in participants' motivation, satisfaction with education, and intention to participate. Participants' motivation, satisfaction with education, and intention to participate were analyzed by Pearson's correlation. Participants were analyzed by stepwise multiple regression analysis. There was a significant positive correlation between motivation for participation in college continuing education programs, intention to participate in education programs, and intention to participate. The factors influencing participants' motivation for participation were participation motivation and education satisfaction 41.2%.The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop and operate a program considering the factors that can improve motivation for participation and educational satisfaction to increase learner motivation.

The participants in an urban and housing redevelopment project were categorized as construction companies, government employees, and housing cooperatives. This study analyzed how a public management system affects the continuous participation intention using comprehensive project satisfaction. The specific factors for the evaluation items of a public management system were composed using advanced research. A hypothesis and research model was set up and verified using the PLS-SEM model to analyse how the continuous participation intention is affected by the public management system via comprehensive projects satisfaction. Setting the project plan and selecting the project tool, as well as post management and sustainability affect the comprehensive projects satisfaction meaningfully in the case of construction companies. The participation of the user, and post management and sustainability affect the comprehensive project satisfaction meaningfully in the case of government employees. The operating organization and using and participation of the user affect the comprehensive project satisfaction meaningfully in the case of a housing cooperative. The comprehensive project satisfaction affects the continuity of the participation meaningfully in the case of all of project participants.

The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationship between extroversion, cultural self-efficacy, life satisfaction, and stress of participants in culture and arts leisure activities, focusing on persistent social dance participants. The first results showed that extroversion of social dancing participants had a positive effect on cultural self-efficacy. Second, extroversion has a statistically positive effect on life satisfaction. Third, extroversion did not affect stress. Fourth, cultural self-efficacy had a statistically positive effect on life satisfaction. Fifth, cultural self-efficacy had a positive effect on stress. Sixth, life satisfaction had a negative effect on stress. At last, cultural self-efficacy and life satisfaction had negative mediator effect on the relation of extroversion and stress. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that extroversion, cultural self-efficacy, and life satisfaction were significant factors in explaining stress.
