등부표는 항로표지 중 유일하게 해상에 설치되는 항로표지이다. 등부표의 중심은 침추이지만, 항해자에게 시각적으로 확인되는 등부표의 실제위치는 외력에 의해 지속적으로 표류한다. 이러한 등부표의 위치를 확인하기 위하여 지난 5년간(2017-2021년) 전국 255기의 등부표 위치를 분석하였다. 분석결과 Data 오류는 17.94%였으며, 위치는 집중형, 이격형 등으로 구분되었다.

Humanity's sustainability issues have long been discussed, and the World Commission on Environment and Development (WCED) in 1987 proposed the concept of sustainable development and became a global issue. In September 2015, we announced the latest goals for sustainable development at the UN's 70th General Assembly to address social problems and achieve mature economic growth. In order to achieve social, economic and environmental sustainability goals, parallel development of various disciplines is required. However, existing disciplines are limited in supporting sustainable development due to inherent nature. This study proposes to revitalize service science research as a way to overcome limitations of existing studies, and suggests that sustainable development goals can be achieved through convergence with service science and existing disciplines. Modern economic societies need the evolutionary development of individual disciplines because the paradigm shifts from the existing tangible environment to the intangible environment, the boundary between industries is dismantled, and the boundaries between disciplines disappear. In particular, sustainable development goals require a convergent approach, so convergence service science research is useful. In this study, we analyze economics, business administration, pedagogy, sociology which are representative of related to sustainable development and suggest the necessity of introduction of service science. Through this study, the development of service science and interdisciplinary research in existing academic fields will be activated.

우리나라의 조선산업은 2000년 2월 수주잔량에서 일본을 추월한 이후 세계 1위 조선 강국의 자리를 지키고 있으나 고부가가치 창출을 위한 핵심 기술력은 아직도 일본, 유럽 등에 비해 뒤쳐져 있다. 또한 정부의 대대적인 지원과 값싼 노동력을 바탕으로 한 중국의 거센 도전에 직면하고 있다. 향후 국내 조선산업이 글로벌 리더로서의 위치를 지속적으로 유지하기 위해서는 조선산업과 IT산업의 융합을 통하여 새로운 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있어야 한다. 본 고에서는 조선산업 현황을 통하여 조선-IT 융합의 필요성 및 융합 전략을 제시하고, 조선-IT 융합기술 개발 현황을 살펴본 후 조선-IT 융합기술방향에 대해 전망해 본다.

This study was identify the awareness and ethical attitudes of DNR in nursing college students and use it as basic data to help patients with DNR. The results of the questionnaire were collected from June 1, 2016 to July 10, 2016 and analyzed using SPSS 23.0 program. As a result of the analysis, the recognition of DNR was in favor of the necessity of DNR, the decision of DNR by patient and family will, and the need for documented guidelines. Ethical attitudes favored decisions made by the patient's will, range of treatment, explanation, and guidance, and opposed decisions made by the primary care physician and reduced provision of basic care. Ethical attitudes according to general characteristics were significantly different according to grade, clinical practice experience, educational experience on ethical values, educational experience on DNR, satisfaction with life, and values for death. Based on the results of this study, more follow - up studies are needed to establish the criteria for DNR.

Biological neurons generally have chaotic characteristics for permanent or transient period. The effects of chaotic response of biological neuron have not yet been verified by using analytical methods. Even though the transient chaos of neuron could be beneficial to overcoming the local minimum problem, the permanent chaotic response gives adverse effect on optimization problems in general. To solve optimization problems, which are needed in almost all neural network applications such as pattern recognition, identification or prediction, and control, the neuron should have one stable fixed point. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the chaotic dynamic neuron and the condition that produces the chaotic response are analyzed, and the convergence conditions are presented.

최근 선정적이고 폭력적인 뉴스 기사 제목의 여과 없는 노출로 인하여 유해한 언어 접촉이 빈번히 이루어지고 있다. 자극적인 단어에 지속적으로 노출되는 것은 인지 능력에 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 이를 사전에 판별하여 정보를 수용하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 KoBERT를 기반으로 한국어 뉴스 기사 제목에서 선정성과 폭력성을 검출하고자 한다. 학습을 위한 뉴스 기사 제목들은 인터넷에서 무작위로 총 9,500개의 데이터를 크롤링 하여 수집하였고, 모델의 말단에 NLNet을 추가하여 문장 전체의 관계를 학습했다. 그 결과 선정성 및 폭력성을 약 89%의 정확도로 검출하였다.

본 논문은 디지털 플랫폼과 헬스케어 서비스를 통합한 병원 애플리케이션(병원 앱)의 개발 및 활용에 초점을 맞춘다. 목표는 환자와 의료 제공자 간의 의사 소통과 효율성을 향상시키는 것이다. 이 연구는 병원 앱의 주요 기능과 이점을 탐색하고, React Native를 사용하여 기술적 측면과 디자인 원칙을 제공하고, 적절한 사용 및 보안을 위한 지침을 검토한다. 이 연구는 병원 앱의 잠재력과 장점을 평가하고 의료 서비스 효율성과 품질을 향상시키기 위한 실용적인 지침을 제공하고 있다. 병원 앱의 통합으로 환자 치료, 커뮤니케이션을 개선하고 의료 프로세스를 간소화할 수 있다. React Native와 같은 기술을 활용하여 약속 일정, 예약 확인, 의료 정보 액세스, 의료 전문가 디렉토리와 같은 기능을 구현하여 포괄적인 사용자 경험을 제공할 수 있다. 지침과 규정을 준수하는 것은 의료 데이터의 적절한 사용과 보호를 보장하는 데 필수적이다. 향후 연구에서는 인공 지능 및 원격 의료와 같은 신기술을 병원 앱에 통합하고 장기적인 영향을 평가할 수 있다. 이 분야의 지속적인 개발과 혁신은 디지털 시대에 의료 서비스를 변화시킬 잠재력을 가지고 있다.

In this paper, in order to obtain the optimization of the RNN model used for sentiment analysis, the correlation of each model was studied by observing the trend of loss and accuracy according to hyperparameter tuning. As a research method, after configuring the hidden layer with LSTM and the embedding layer that are most optimized to process sequential data, the loss and accuracy of each model were measured by tuning the unit, batch-size, and embedding size of the LSTM. As a result of the measurement, the loss was 41.9% and the accuracy was 11.4%, and the trend of the optimization model showed a consistently stable graph, confirming that the tuning of the hyperparameter had a profound effect on the model. In addition, it was confirmed that the decision of the embedding size among the three hyperparameters had the greatest influence on the model. In the future, this research will be continued, and research on an algorithm that allows the model to directly find the optimal hyperparameter will continue.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of stress on oral health and health behaviors. The study was conducted on 72,060 people using 11th Youth Health Behavior Online Survey in 2015. The study shows that In general, female students, high school students and students with high performance ranking are more stressful than male students, middle school students and students with low performance ranking respectively. Studies have shown that students who do not exercise a lot and have not breakfast get relatively high stress. Plus, the stress index was also high and statistically significant. (p<0.001). The study also shows that students who have got symptoms of "tooth pain when eating" and "bleeding gun" at the questionnaire of "Self-assessed Oral health status"get high stress relatively. And the study tells us that students who have bad breath get high stress relatively as well. And, the stress index was also high and statistically significant. (p<0.001). The implications of this study are that psychological stress among adolescents has a close relationship with oral health and health behavior.

'뉴 IT전략'은 이러한 변화된 경제적 사회적 환경에서 IT산업이 치열한 글로벌 경쟁에서 살아남고 우리 경제의 지속적 성장동력이 되기 위해 마련한 IT산업의 새로운 성장전략으로서, IT산업 자체의 고도화를 바탕으로 전(全)산업과 IT가 융합하여 제조업을 고부가가치화시키고, 친환경 고령화 등 경제사회 문제해결에 IT산업이 기여하는 전략을 담고 있다. 기술간 산업간 융합을 통해 IT산업 성장의 한계를 극복하고 타산업 발전에 기여하는 '뉴 IT전략' 추진을 통해, 오늘의 경제 위기 상황을 극복하고 우리나라 산업 선진화에 핵심적 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다.
