Service Model Research of Bicycle-sharing based on Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) (MaaS(Mobility-as-a-Service)기반 공유자전거 서비스 모델연구)

  • Mobility as a Service is a service conception to achieve the intelligent transportation system. Its aims to improve the travel experience. In one platform, it connects various transportation modes to offer service and users only need to pay in one time for the whole travel. But the single MaaS platform easily faces the problems such as low user traffic, low retention rate and the access to markets of the this service is still unfound. From the perspective of bicycle-sharing, this research makes the MaaS concept into bicycle-sharing to build a better service model. The bicycle-sharing combine with the MaaS concept is innovative in business model, travel model and service architecture. In addition, this research also tests users' expectations for service model. The research shows that MaaS-based bicycle-sharing could offer flexible and convenient travel experience in the aspects of combined transportation, travel, transfer and payment, and it also makes it possible to make travel services according to need, and sustainable transport.

  • The demand and production for mobile music increases as the number of smart phone users increase. Thus, the standard of selection of a user's preferred music has gotten more diverse and complicated as the range of popular music has gotten wider. Research to find intelligent techniques to ingeniously recommend music on user preferences under mobile environment is actively being conducted. However, existing music recommendation systems do not consider and reflect users' preferences due to recommendations simply employing users' listening log. This paper suggests a personalized music-recommending system that well reflects users' preferences. Using AHP, it is possible to identify the musical preferences of every user. The user feedback based on the Bayesian network was applied to reflect continuous user's preference. The experiment was carried out among 12 participants (four groups with three persons for each group), resulting in a 87.5% satisfaction level.

  • In today's era of media convergence, users can watch a drama by choosing a story like a game or enjoy a game directed like a movie. These two media material interactive storytelling, and there have been discussions about them for many years. The purposes of this study are to propose a new branch structure for interactive storytelling and find a new perspective for the method of proceeding with a branch structure. The main research targeted a game that materialized interactive storytelling best. Based on the findings, the study proposed a volume branch structure including a plot border and adjuster concept for interactive storytelling to keep the story narrative and help the users feel interactions freely. This structure can be materialized only with real-time edited videos in the game media and will be possible in the application cases of a physical engine that continues to develop and artificial intelligence that has not been introduced in games actively.

  • Currently, the amount of containers is growing up continuously. However, they still depend on humans checking or validating. In this situation, humans must participate in the systems. Situation-awareness technologies allow human participation to be minimized. The situation-awareness technologies provide data or service appropriate to the object's current state, and the state is recognized automatically by the system. They can automatically execute working processes without human intervention. We suggest a middleware system based on situation-awareness technologies using an ontology for the safety transportation of containers. The middleware is aware of the current state and sends the data required by an application. It can help build new applications by enhancing agility, and it can also support automated service processing by invoking the service required like fire-fighting, fixing container, and so on. Improving transportation of containers process automation with situation-awareness technologies reduces manpower requirements for checking and validating containers, and so saves logistics costs of container transportation.

Win-win cooperation for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in food industry (식품산업에서 중소기업의 발전을 위한 상생협력)

  • The need for win-win cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises and large corporations is emphasized. For the sustainable growth of a healthy industry, the attractive parts of large companies and the capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises must be harmonized and shared. It was also examined what items large companies should consider in selecting small and medium-sized enterprises as a partner. In the case of food producers, when considering safety issues, a comprehensive safety system should be established, not just a single factor. And cooperation is expected between small and medium-sized enterprises and other partners with new technologies such as AI, IoT, 3D printers and 5G technology. It is suggested that corporate development can be achieved by various models through win-win cooperation between large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises.

  • As various services are linked to IoT(Internet of Things) and portable communication terminals, cyber attacks that exploit security vulnerabilities of the devices are rapidly increasing. In particular, cyber attacks targeting heterogeneous devices in large-scale network environments through advanced persistent threat (APT) attacks are on the rise. Therefore, in order to improve the effectiveness of the response system in the event of a breach, it is necessary to apply a data enrichment mechanism for the collected artifact data to improve threat analysis and detection performance. Therefore, in this study, by analyzing the data supplementation common elements performed in the existing incident management framework for the artifacts collected for the analysis of intrusion accidents, characteristic elements applicable to the actual system were derived, and based on this, an improved accident analysis framework The prototype structure was presented and the suitability of the derived data supplementary extension elements was verified. Through this, it is expected to improve the detection performance when analyzing cyber incidents targeting artifacts collected from heterogeneous devices.

  • There are two unique characteristics of the datasets from a manufacturing process. They are the severe class imbalance and lots of Out-of-Distribution samples. Some good strategies such as the oversampling over the minority class, and the down-sampling over the majority class, are well known to handle the class imbalance. In addition, SMOTE has been chosen to address the issue recently. But, Out-of-Distribution samples have been studied just with neural networks. It seems to be hardly shown that Out-of-Distribution detection is applied to the predictive model using conventional machine learning algorithms such as SVM, Random Forest and KNN. It is known that conventional machine learning algorithms are much better than neural networks in prediction performance, because neural networks are vulnerable to over-fitting and requires much bigger dataset than conventional machine learning algorithms does. So, we suggests a new approach to utilize Out-of-Distribution detection based on SVM algorithm. In addition to that, bagging technique will be adopted to improve the precision of the model.

  • 해양쓰레기는 해안의 심미적 가치 저하뿐만 아니라 생태계 파괴, 유령 어업에 따른 수산업 피해 등의 사회적·환경적 문제를 발생시키며, 그중 70% 이상은 육상 기인으로 플라스틱 및 기타 쓰레기가 주를 이루는 해외와 달리 국내의 경우 다량의 초목류를 포함하고 있다. 다양한 부유쓰레기에 대한 기존의 해양쓰레기량 추정의 한계와 하천·하구 쓰레기 수거의 효율화를 위해 해양으로 유입되는 부유쓰레기 방지를 위한 실효성 있는 대책 수립이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구는 해양 유입 전 하천의 차단시설에 차집된 부유쓰레기의 수거 효율화 및 지속가능한 해양쓰레기 데이터 구축을 위해 AI기반의 기술을 통해 부유쓰레기 성상 분석 기법(Object Detection)과 차집량 분석 기법(Semantic Segmentation)을 활용하였다. 실제와 유사한 데이터 수집을 위해 다양한 하천 환경(정수조, 소하천, 급경사수로)에 대해 탁도(녹조, 유사), 광량, 쓰레기형상, 초목류 함량, 날씨(소하천), 유속(급경사수로) 등의 실험조건에 대하여 해양쓰레기 분류 기준 및 통계를 바탕으로 부유쓰레기 종류 선정하여 학습을 위한 데이터를 수집하였다. 학습 목적에 따라 구분하여 라벨링(Bounding box, Polygon)을 수행하고, 각 분석 기법별 전이학습을 통해 Phase 1(정수조), Phase 2(소하천), Phase 3(급경사수로) 순서로 모델을 고도화하였다. 성상 분석을 위해 YOLO v4를 활용하여 Train, Test DataSet(9:1)을 구성하고 학습 및 평가는 Iteration마다의 mAP, loss 값을 통해 비교하였으며, 학습 Phase에 따라 모델 고도화로 Test Set의 mAP 값이 성상별로 높아짐을 확인하였으며, 차집량 분석을 위해 Unet을 활용하여 Train, Test, Validation DataSet(8.5:1:0.5)을 구성하고 epoch별 IoU(intersection over Union), F1-score, loss 값을 비교하여 정성적, 정량적 평가 모두 Phase 3에서 가장 높은 성능을 확인하였다. 향후 하천 환경에서의 다양한 영양인자별 분석을 통해 주요 영향인자 도출 및 Hyper Parameter 최적화를 통한 모델 고도화로 인해 활용성이 높아질 것으로 판단된다.

Unity Engine-based Underwater Robot 3D Positioning Program Implementation (Unity Engine 기반 수중 로봇 3차원 포지셔닝 프로그램 구현)

  • A number of studies related to underwater robots are being conducted to utilize marine resources. However, unlike ordinary drones, underwater robots have a problem that it is not easy to locate because the medium is water, not air. The monitoring and positioning program of underwater robots, an existing study for identifying underwater locations, has difficulty in locating and monitoring in small spaces because it aims to be utilized in large spaces. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a three-dimensional positioning program for continuous monitoring and command delivery in small spaces. The proposed program consists of a multi-dimensional positioning monitoring function and a ability to control the path of travel through a three-dimensional screen so that the depth of the underwater robot can be identified. Through the performance evaluation, a robot underwater could be monitored and verified from various angles with a 3D screen, and an error within the assumed range was verified as the difference between the set path and the actual position is within 6.44 m on average.

A Design and Demonstration of Future Technology IT Humanities Convergence Education Model (미래기술 IT인문학 융복합 교육모델 설계 및 실증)

  • Humanities are as crucial as the technology itself in the intelligent information society. Human-centered convergence information technology (IT), which reflects emotional and human nature, can be considered a unique technology with an optimistic outlook in the unpredictable future. Based on this research background, this paper proposed an education model that can improve the IT humanities capabilities of various learners, including elementary and secondary students, prospective teachers, incumbent teachers, school managers, and the general public, through analysis of previous studies on convergence education models. Furthermore, the practical aspects of the proposed model were closely examined so that the proposed education model could be stably incorporated and utilized in the educational field. There are seven strategies for implementing the education model proposed in this paper, including research on textbooks, teaching and learning materials, activation of research results, maker space creation, global joint research, online education operation, developing living lab governance, and diversification of self-sustaining platforms for sustainable and practical education. In the future, validity verification through expert Delphi is required as a follow-up study.
