  • 인터넷과 전자상거래가 활성화됨에 따라 인터넷상에서의 보다 안전하고 다양한 기능을 수행할 수 있는 지불수단이 필요하게 되었다. 스마트 카드는 안전성과 이동성이 뛰어나기 때문에, 전자상거래상의 일들을 수행하기에 적합하다. 특히, 스마트 카드의 차세대 COS로 주목받는 Java Card는 어플리케이션의 개발의 용이성과, 뛰어난 독립성을 제공하므로, 효율적인 개발을 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 지불에 관련된 쇼핑몰 마일리지 통합 관리 시스템의 개발을 제안함으로써 다양한 로열티 서비스 제공에 대하여 연구하였다. 제안된 시스템은 Java Card 내에 저장되는 한 개인의 독립적인 프로그램으로서, Java Card의 연산기능을 이용하여 서로 다른 마일리지 체계를 가지는 이종 쇼핑몰간의 통합마일리지를 직접 계산하고, 적립할 수 있는 카드 어플리케이션을 제안하였다.

  • 모바일 지갑은 사용자의 디지털 ID 정보를 활용하여 다양한 개인화 서비스를 제공하고, 사용자의 갖고 있는 지불 수단을 통합하여 지능형 지불 결제 서비스를 제공하는 하나의 모바일 단말 어플리케이션이다. 이러한 모바일 지갑 서비스는 근거리 범위의 다양한 단말과 무선통신을 통해 이루어진다. 이때 무선통신은 사용자의 디지털 ID 정보와 지불정보 데이터를 포함하고, 모바일 지갑은 이를 통해 다양한사용자 편의 서비스를 제공하므로 이를 스마트 채널이라 부른다. 하지만 무선 통신은 근본적으로 공격자에게 쉽게 노출 될 수 있는 취약점이 존재한다. 따라서 모바일 지갑 서비스가 안전하게 이루어지기 위해서는 근거리 우선 단말간의 세션 보호 기술 연구 개발이 반드시 필요하며, 실제 이에 관련된 많은 연구가 진행되어왔다. 모바일 지갑을 위한 스마트 채널 보안 기술의 효과적인 연구를 위해 본 논문에서는 모바일 지갑의 스마트채널 보안 기술로 응용된 수 있는 기존의 근거리 무선 단말 간 세션 보호 기술 연구 사례를 조사 분석해본다.

A Micro-Payment Protocol based on PayWord for Multiple Payments (다중 지불이 가능한 PayWord 기반의 소액 지불 프로토콜)

  • one of the representative micropayment protocols. The original PayWord system is designed for a user who generates paywords by performing hash chain operation for payment to an only designated vendor. In other words, a user has to create new hash chain values in order to establish commercial transactions with different vendors on the Internet. Therefore, we suggest an efficient scheme that is able to deal with business to different vendors by using only one hash chain operation to supplement this drawback. In this proposed system, a broker creates a new series of hash chain values along with a certificate for the user's certificate request. This certificate is signed by a broker to give authority enabling a user to generate hash chain values. hew hash chain values generated by a broker provide means to a user to do business with multiple vendors.

  • For the growth of the marine leisure industry, it is necessary to estimate economic value to review appropriate profitability in advance for the opening of new routes for marine leisure ships. This study aims to analyze the willingness to pay for new marine leisure ships for users of Gyeonggi sea and estimate the economic value. To this end, the amount of willingness to pay was estimated using the conditional value measurement method, and significant factors affecting the payment of usage fees were analyzed. As a result of the study, the average willingness to pay was estimated at KRW 25,510, and it was found that the factors such as "island visit experience" and "satisfaction with means of transportation" had a significant effect on the willingness to pay.

  • 본 고에서는 전자상거래에서의 지불 방법과 전자상거래에서 사용되는 거래정보의 보안기법에 대해 살펴보았다. 전자지불의 유형으로는 전자 대금 이체, 디지털 캐시 및 이의 현실적인 형태인 E-cash등이 있다. 이러한 거래 방법과 더불어 전자상거래 시스템의 보안은 비즈니스 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 이를 보장하기 위해 non-SET 기반으로 대칭적 암호화 기법, 비대칭적 암호화 기법 및 SET을 이용한 암호화 거래 방법을 살펴보았다. 전자상거래 시스템의 구성요소는 구매자, 판매자 및 중개인으로 이루어진다[8]. 전자상거래의 보안에 관한 요소는 다른 학문적인 요소와는 달리 그 실용적인 성격과 파급효과로 인하여 세계 각국의 정부 기관이나 연구소에서 주도권 쟁탈을 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 전자상거래의 요소는 전자상거래의 기술을 연구하고 제시하는 쪽 보다는 현실적인 필요성에 의해 금융기관이나 판매자들에 의해 주도적으로 개발되는 경우가 많다. 컴퓨터와 네트워크의 급속한 발전 속도와 영역의 확장은 앞으로의 전자상거래가 국가나 사회에 어떤 영향을 미칠지를 예측하기 어렵게 한다. 다시 말하면 앞으로 전자상거래가 사회, 경제적 또는 외교적으로 미칠 영향은 매우 크리라 예상된다. 이러한 전자상거래 분야에서 주도권을 유지하기 위해서는 이와 관련된 정부부처, 연구소, 각급 기관 및 업체들이 서로 협력하고 조율하여 국제적인 표준과 보조를 맞추고, 국내 기술과의 접목을 가능하도록 협조와 자원이 필요하다. 전자상거래 관련 보안 및 지불 기술의 확보는 국가 경쟁력 확보 및 차세대 거래 수단으로서의 전자상거래 시장에서 기회를 확보할 수 있는 초석이 될 것이다.

An Analysis of Economic Value of Children's Library (어린이도서관의 경제적 가치 분석)

  • This study is intended to check economic value of and factors influencing children's library. To this end, data on a total of 614 questionnaires to which parents among users of 6 children's libraries responded were collected. The results of analysis by contingent valuation method after selecting library fee per person as payment vehicle were as follows. First, willingness to pay was estimated to be a monthly average of KRW 9,243 per person. Second, it was shown that factors influencing willingness to pay included the frequency of utilization, satisfaction, the number of children per family, gender, age, and income and so on. Third, with regard to influence according to each factor, an additional unit in all the rest of factors except gender increased probability of willingness to pay such as the frequency of utilization(1.140), satisfaction(1.335), the number of children per family(1.417), age(1.124), income(2.426). On the other hand, in terms of gender, probability of willingness to pay was lower in female by 0.364 than in male. The implication of this study is that an interview is held with actual user and specific amount of money is presented regarding the economic value of children's library, which has been little known until now.

Application of Pay Adjustment Regulation for Highway Flexible Pavements (도로 포장의 초기상태에 따른 공사비 차등지급규정의 시험적용)

  • Recently, pay adjustment regulation (PAR) has been developed to induce better performing road pavements around the country. This regulation was successfully applied during rehabilitation of highway flexible pavements for the first time, and their results are the focus of this paper. For highway pavements, a lot has been defined by typical amount of works a day. This lot was further divided into several sublots depending on field conditions. According to AASHTO Quality Assurance Guide Specification, pay factors for each lot were statistically determined with field measurements of five performance indicators. And composite pay factors were calculated by accounting for the impact of individual performance indicators on a long-term performance of pavement. In 2008, the PAR was tested with asphalt overlays conducted at all six local headquarters of Korea Expressway Corporation. Also, concerns raised during implementation are discussed in this paper. Limited data used in this study showed that if all performance indicators fall within the construction limits with less variances final construction costs may increase by 50%, whereas 10% reduction in construction costs could be necessary if key performance indicators such as density do not meet the construction quality requirements.

  • Urban rivers and their surrounding environments have been altered due to factors such as rapid economic growth and urban development. This alteration have caused the rivers to lose their original value and become exposed to various pollution, resulting decrease in citizens' quality of life. This study aims to estimate citizens' Willingness To Pay (WTP) for water quality improvement in Suyeong River in Busan. To estimate the non-market value of the Suyeong River, the WTP of Busan citizens for water quality improvement was estimated, applying Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). The WTP for improving the water quality from Grade 4(polluted water) to Grade 2(game fish like bass can live in it) was estimated using the water quality ladder concept of the US Environmental Protection Agency, assuming annual donations for five years. For the CVM, the logistic distribution and Spike Model were adopted. As a result, citizens residing in the surrounding area of Suyeong River expressed a higher WTP. Considering more than half of the Busan citizens are aware of the "conservation of nature and ecosystems" as a major function of the Suyeong River, this higher WTP could serve as a basis for improving the value of urban rivers.

  • for the low information goods which will be traded through Internet is impossible to manage with previously existed payment system. The reason is that it's not economic because the management cost is bigger than the benefit of the information goods trade. Therefore, recently, there have been micropaymentresearches such as "Milicent", "PayWord", "MicroMint", and "iKP", etc. Though these methods don't have any problem with the low cost of the mechanism and the satisfaction of adequate security, they have big problem with the use of the unnecessary account and the aggregation of payment bill. The PayHash system which has been developed in this study simplifies the system's mechanism with "one-way hash function" which is used in generation, payment, and verification of the bill. And the system removed the generation and use of unnecessary account by making one customer have one account. The system solve the problem of the payment aggregation by using the last payment hash value and its index. And the system improves its performance by reducing the use of "digital signature" drastically, as well. As the result of this study, the PayHash system made it possible for the participants of the Internet Commerce to trade the lowest cost goods through efficient maintenance.o trade the lowest cost goods through efficient maintenance.
