A Study on the Intelligent Control Architecture for Unmanned Autonomous Vehicles (무인자율항체를 위한 지능제어 아키텍처에 관한 연구)

  • 무인자율항체는 자동차, 선박, 잠수함과 같이 인간에 의해 직접 조종되는 유인항체에 인간의 역할을 대신할 수 있는 지능시스템을 배치하여 전체적 혹은 부분적으로 무인화한 이동체를 말한다. 무인자율항체에서 사용되는 소프트웨어는 인식, 사고, 행위와 같은 인간의 지적능력을 내포한 인공지능시스템이어야 한다. 자율무인잠수정, 자율운항선박과 같은 저속무인자율항체는 무인항공기나 무인차량과 같이 빠른 판단과 제어가 요구되는 지능제어시스템과는 다른 특성을 가진다. 저속무인자율항체에서 가장 주목되는 특성은 주위 환경 변화속도와 운항속도에 따른 긴박감의 차이이다. 고속자율항체에서는 제어시스템의 처리속도에, 저속자율항체에서는 제어시스템의 신뢰성에 비중을 둔다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 저속무인자율항체의 특성과 기능별 독립성 보장, 반응형 및 인식형 인공지능 기법의 융화 극대화에 촛점을 맞춘 RVC(Reactive Layer - Virtual World - Considerative Layer) 지능시스템 모델을 소개한다.

A Checklist to Improve the Fairness in AI Financial Service: Focused on the AI-based Credit Scoring Service (인공지능 기반 금융서비스의 공정성 확보를 위한 체크리스트 제안: 인공지능 기반 개인신용평가를 중심으로)

  • With the spread of Artificial Intelligence (AI), various AI-based services are expanding in the financial sector such as service recommendation, automated customer response, fraud detection system(FDS), credit scoring services, etc. At the same time, problems related to reliability and unexpected social controversy are also occurring due to the nature of data-based machine learning. The need Based on this background, this study aimed to contribute to improving trust in AI-based financial services by proposing a checklist to secure fairness in AI-based credit scoring services which directly affects consumers' financial life. Among the key elements of trustworthy AI like transparency, safety, accountability, and fairness, fairness was selected as the subject of the study so that everyone could enjoy the benefits of automated algorithms from the perspective of inclusive finance without social discrimination. We divided the entire fairness related operation process into three areas like data, algorithms, and user areas through literature research. For each area, we constructed four detailed considerations for evaluation resulting in 12 checklists. The relative importance and priority of the categories were evaluated through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). We use three different groups: financial field workers, artificial intelligence field workers, and general users which represent entire financial stakeholders. According to the importance of each stakeholder, three groups were classified and analyzed, and from a practical perspective, specific checks such as feasibility verification for using learning data and non-financial information and monitoring new inflow data were identified. Moreover, financial consumers in general were found to be highly considerate of the accuracy of result analysis and bias checks. We expect this result could contribute to the design and operation of fair AI-based financial services.

  • Purpose: Sequence control is widely used by being applied to manufacturing, distribution, construction, and automation in the medical industry. With the development of the fourth industry, artificial intelligence convergence technology in the control field is becoming an important factor in the industry. In particular, it is required to evaluate the safety and innovation of facilities where microprocessors and artificial intelligence are fused to existing systems and develop reliable equipment, so it is intended to develop equipment for educational purposes and drive the development of the field. Method: The self-developed all-in-one artificial intelligence controller module is a device that combines artificial intelligence capabilities with existing sequence and PLC control circuits. As the performance evaluation items of this equipment, the recognition ability of motion, voice, text, color, etc. and the stability and reliability of the circuit were evaluated. Conclusion: After designing the sequence and PLC circuit, the performance evaluation items of the integrated integrated artificial intelligence controller module were all satisfied, and there was no problem in the safety and reliability of the circuit.

디저트카페 물리적환경,선택속성,모바일쿠폰 특성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향: 감성지능을 조절변수로

  • 최근 커피 전문점의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 카페와 디저트의 결합 형태인 디저트카페가 활성화 되었으며,이 또한 치열한 경쟁상황에 놓여 있는 관계로 경쟁에서 보다 유리한 위치를 확보하기 위한 고객맞춤형 마케팅전략이 필요함으로 본 연구를 수행한다. 최근, 연구방향이 디저트카페의 서비스품질, 브랜드이미지, 물리적환경 및 선택속성에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으나 고객의 감성 지능과 연계한 연구는 없었던 관계로 본 연구에서는 고객의 감성지능과 연관된 효과를 검증하고자 한다, 또한, 스마트폰의 보급으로 모바일쿠폰이 매우 활성화 되어 있음으로 디저트카페의 환경과 모바일쿠폰의 특성이 어떠한 영향관계를 보이고 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 디저트카페의 물리적환경(심미성,공간효율성,청결성,쾌적성,편의성),선택속성(서비스,맛과향,가격,다양성,독창성),모바일쿠폰(획득용이성,사용편의성,유희성,경제성)이 고객만족에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본다. 또한 고객의 감성지능이 조절효과로서 각각의 요인들에 대하여 고객만족도에 어떠한 관계를 가지게 되는지 살펴보며, 본 연구를 통하여 기존의 마케팅전략에서 고객의 감성지능 맞춤형 마케팅전략을 구사함으로써 보다 효율적이고 목표를 명확화 함으로써 마케팅 비용과 노력을 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

The Mediating Effects of Personality and Emotional Intelligence on the Relationship between Job Stress and Burnout of Teachers (교사의 직무스트레스와 소진과의 관계에서 성격과 정서지능의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of personality and emotional intelligence in the relationship with job stress of teachers and burnout to prevent the burnout of teachers and provide primary data for counseling intervention. Thus, the survey was conducted on 488 teachers and the hypothesis of this study was verified using structural equation model. The research findings are as shown below. First, the job stress, neuroticism and burnouts were positively related while the extroversion, conscientiousness, emotional intelligence were negatively related. And the neuroticism was negatively related with emotional intelligence but positively related with burnout. And the extroversion, openness, conscientiousness had positive relationship with emotional intelligence but negative relationship with burnout. However, the agreeableness did not have significant relationship with emotional intelligence and burnout. Second, the emotional intelligence partially mediated in the relationship with job stress and burnout. Third, the neuroticism, extroversion and conscientiousness partially mediated in the relationship with job stress and burnout, but the openness and agreeableness were found not to mediate. Based on these results, the practicability of counselling and further research was discussed in this study.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between emotional intelligence and job performance. Also, the study explore the effects of self-efficacy as a mediating variable and person-supervisor fit as a moderating variable on the mentioned relationships. In order to verify the assumptions related to this research, a survey of 173 sales representatives working in various organizations was conducted. Survey results supported the assumption that higher emotional intelligence resulted in higher job performance. And another assumption that job performance could be predicted more precisely through mediating effect of self-efficacy. Finally, results revealed that the relationships between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy became stronger when the scores of person-supervisor fit were higher. Theoretical and practical implication were reviewed and limitations of the study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

A Study on the Effect of Montessori-Education Program on Preschooler Multiple Intelligences (몬테소리 교육프로그램이 유아의 다중지능에 미치는 효과 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how Montessori-education program, one of different early-childhood education programs, was tied into the multiple intelligences of young children and how Montessori education program affected their multiple intelligences. It's basically meant to determine the efficiency of Montessori-education program. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, the Montessori-education program turned out to have a favorable effect on the development of the young children's multiple intelligences. Second, among the subfactors of multiple intelligences, the musical and bodily-kinesthetic intelligences of the preschoolers were little affected by the Montessori-education program, but that had a good impact on their logical-mathematical, spatial, linguistic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalist intelligences. The above-mentioned findings suggested that Montessori-education program was one of efficient teaching methods to step up the development of young children's multiple intelligences.

  • This study was conducted to analyze the characteristics of the artificial intelligence chatbot service of the library and compare the usability of the chatbot service applied to the library, and to propose a plan to improve the usability of the artificial intelligence chatbot service in the library. In order to achieve this research purpose, usability comparison factors were extracted through previous studies on the usability evaluation of artificial intelligence chatbot services, and based on case studies, artificial intelligence chatbot services applied to libraries were classified into their own website-based and SNS-based chatbot services according to the platform. Experiments, questionnaires, and interviews were conducted to evaluate the usability of website-based and SNS-based chatbot services applied to the library. Based on the results of the usability evaluation, implications and improvement plans for the artificial intelligence chatbot service of the library were derived.
