Input impedance of the inverted L antenna which is modified from a monopole antenna varies to very high input impedance value when the ratio of vertical height to horizontal length is reduced. So its impedance matching becomes very difficult. In this paper, we analyzed the input impedance variation range depending on the ratio of vertical height to horizontal length in the normal and ferrite thin film added configuration for the input impedance control. For the exact analysis involving the permittivity, permeability and conductivity of ferrite material, FDTD numerical method is used.

In this research, an overlapped illumination model was newly proposed for designing a freeform LED lens with a uniform illuminance distribution on its illuminating plane. Based on the proposed model and conventional illumination models, freeform lenses were designed and their performances and tolerances were compared. As a result of the tolerance analysis about thickness change in lens, position, size change, central direction change of light emission and characteristic change in LED source. This proposed model and divergent illumination model are similar to the performance about central direction change of light emission in LED source. but the uniformity illumination value in this proposed model is more remarkably value than it in divergent illumination model about characteristic change in LED source.

최근 실리콘 태양전지는 점점 얇아 지는 추세에 있다. 실리콘 태양전지에 있어 실리콘의 두께를 감소시키는 것은 실리콘 소모량을 줄이는데 있어 필수적인 조건이 되었다. 이에 따라 실리콘 표면의 passivation도 더욱 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 실리콘 태양전지의 passivation막의 한 종류인 $Al_2O_3$는 다른 산화막 물질들과는 달리 negative fixed charge를 가지고 있고 charge의 양이 다른 산화막의 density보다 높아 p-type 실리콘의 경우 후면 passivation막으로 이용이 고려되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 atomic layer deposition으로 $Al_2O_3$막을 실리콘 위에 증착하여 열처리에 따른 그 특성을 비교하고 태양전지를 제작하였다. $Al_2O_3$막을 rapid thermal annealing을 통해 서로 다른 분위기에서 열처리 한 결과를 capacitance-voltage를 통해 측정하여 비교, 분석하였고 ellipsomety 분석을 통해 광학적 특성을 비교하였다. 또한 열처리 온도의 변화에 따른 $Al_2O_3$내에 charge에 변화가 있다는 것을 관찰하였다. 이러한 charge의 변화가 태양전지의 passivation에 영향을 주는지 관찰하기 위해 Quasi-steady state photoconductace를 통해 lifetime의 변화를 관찰 하였다. 이러한 실험결과로부터 열처리 분위기와 온도를 최적화 하여 태양전지 passivation 특성을 증가시킬 수 있었다.

Existing quality adaptation schemes are useful for improving network stability in a congested network, but these schemes do not guarantee the quality of experience on video streaming due to the frequent variations in playback quality for a streaming service. In this paper, we propose a network-adaptive quality adaptation scheme to guarantee the quality of experience on SVC(Scalable Video Coding) video streaming. The proposed scheme estimates the available bandwidth by bandwidth measurement scheme using media characteristic, and then smoothly adjusts the quality level of SVC video stream according to the estimated bandwidth. Through the simulation, we prove that our scheme guarantees the quality of experience for video streaming by minimizing quality variation.

Punch awakens the audience of necessity of social change related to the poverty and prejudice toward the underprivileged. However Bourdieu claims individuals such as Dong-Ju Lee can not change existing dominant order even if they struggle for social change. In particular, laughter effect and romantic gaze as a commercial strategy on Punch become mechanism for maintaining the symbolic violence. And this is soon to be recognized as legitimate victims of violence themselves, as Bourdieu has argued that maintaining social order and reproduction by collusion are possible.

Post-modern period differentiates itself from Modern period in many aspects. One of these is the emphasis on phenomena which are ephemeral and changing. This paper looks at the psychological bases of these expressions of time & change in contemporary design and their affordances on human behavior. It also analyzes the types of time & change design on the basis of the behaviors they afford. This will lead us to the understanding of how the design including time & change expresses the spirit of the age and how it can play positive roles in human psychology.

Purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cerebrovascular accident patients who divided cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction as a result of body composition. cerebral infarction patients of cerebrovascular accidents were observed the higher ratio than cerebrovascular hemorrhage patients. Experimental group were sixteen subjects who had received. We used experimental instruments such as inbody to measurement body composition. The result were as follows; 1. There was no significant difference between two groups regarding Change in body composition according to the come of onset. 2. Change in body composition according to the sex, the soft lean mass were significantly different (p<.05). But the other variations were not significantly different between two groups. 3. Regarding the change in body composition according to the region of paralysis, the soft lean mass differ significantly(p<.05). But the other variations did not differ significantly between two groups.

This paper is discussed the design on non-linear adaptive attitude controller for quadrotor UAV. Quadrotor UAV featured to have four rotor, required the special controller to compensate for the model parameter uncertainties as the unstable nonlinear system. In this research, we designed the adaptive controller to compensate for the payload changes even though it is changed with industrial applications. Especially, based on the mathematical model of UAV, non-linear adaptive controller is suggested and the stability is verified using the Lyapunov function and finally proved its performance and effectiveness of update laws with various payload by simulation.
