Characteristics of Photosynthesis and Dry Matter Production of Liriope platyphylla $W_{ANG}\;et\;T_{ANG}$ (차광처리에 의한 맥문동의 광합성 및 물질 생산 특성)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the influence of shading treatment on the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and its any correlations in Liriope platyphylla $W_{ANG}\;et\;T_{ANG}$. Followings were achieved as a conclusion. The net photosynthetic rate was increased as the PAR was increased and reached maximum at the $700-1000{\mu}mol/m^2/s$ of PAR in all of leaves, also this treatment caused a higher net photosynthetic rate in comparison with control. It shows the tendency of increasing stomatal conductance caused by the increment of PAR. The diurnal changes of photosynthesis, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were increased as the PAR was increased in the morning, but they indicated a decreased tendency in broad day. The relationship between net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance is well fit by the first regression linear equation. However, the values obtained from the linear equation have the different, respectively, and have highly significance. From the above results, net photosynthetic rate of shading treatment is higher than control in the same stomatal conductance. Different first regression linear equation were obtained between the transpiration rate and stomatal conductance, photosynthesis and stomatal conductance in during the control and shading treatment, too.

  • This study was conducted to investigate the influence of soil moisture on the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, leaf water content and its any correlation in soybean. Followings were achieved as a conclusion. At the soil moisture was moved from drought condition to saturation condition, the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and leaf water content were gradually increased on the period of re-watering treatment. The recovery of photosynthetic rate was faster than others. There were positive correlation with the photosynthetic rate and leaf water content, the stomatal conductance and leaf water content, the photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance respectively, but the correlation coefficient of photosynthetic rate and leaf water content was high.

  • In order to prepare allowable guidelines for weight loss for packed agricultural produces during distribution after harvest, resipration and transpiration rates were investigated for fruits such as peach, apple, pear, persimon and mandarin which produced in Korea. Respiration and transpiration rates were widely different from cultivar and harvesting season among same produces. Respiration rates were increased as an environmental temperature was increased. Moisture amount that produced by respiration in five fruits was 3.55∼107.67mg/kg/h and those moisture amounts were considered as no much influence for the strength of cartons for packing of fruits. Moisture amount produced from transpiration was 24 ∼ 1,195g for 15kg packing unit of fruits in 5 days. after harvest.

  • 증발산은 지표면과 식물의 엽면적에서 액체가 기체로 기화되는 현상으로 수자원적 측면에서는 지표의 이용 가능한 물이 대기 중으로 손실됨을 의미하며, 증발산 요소는 온도, 습도, 바람의 영향에 의한 변동이 크며 특히 토양수분의 가용성에 큰 영향을 미친다. 국내의 피복 환경은 주로 산지 사면으로 이루어져 있어 증발산량의 특성이 대체적으로 지면의 증발보다 식물의 뿌리로부터 흡수되어 잎의 기공으로 발생하는 증산작용이 지배적이다. 증산작용이 발생하는 메커니즘은 기공을 열어 광합성에 필요한 이산화탄소가 흡수하는 과정에서 물의 손실이 발생하는데 대기 중 이산화탄소의 농도가 높으면 기공이 빠르게 닫혀 증산량도 줄어들어 대기 중으로 물 손실이 줄어드는 현상이 관측된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 설마천 소유역에서 유출량, 강우량, 토양수분, 증발산량 등과 같은 수문 요소가 이산화탄소 플럭스와 상관성을 분석해보고자 한다.

  • To investigate the influence of shading materials with growing stages in Panax Ginseng C. A. Meyer, the diurnal change of photosynthesis, stomatal conductance, transpiration and its any correlation were measured. The net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of ginseng were higher in the morning than in the broad day. The net photosynthetic rate was increased as the PAR (Photosynthetically Action Radiation) was increased and it was reached the maximum at the $200\;{\mu}mol/m^2/s$ of PAR in overall leaves. Transpiration rate was increased in the afternoon compared to in the morning. The transpiration rate was higher in rain shelter shading plate than in polyethylene net. A linear equation was obtained between net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance in the morning. SPAD was higher in rain shelter shading plate than in polyethylene net through all growth stages. It may result from the decrease of growth progress. From investigating photosynthetic characteristics, we concluded that shading plate of rain shelter was more an efficient material to ginseng growth.

  • This study is to find ways to self-produce energy even in buildings through the system of trees that grow by themselves focused on literatures and case studies. It is divided into the structure, circulation and reaction system of tree. 1) In the structural system, the tree is divided into the shoot and root system, and maintains rigidity with the cell membranes. The wind resistance caused by the trunk and crown can be applied to the seismic structure principle of building, and the role of platelike buttresses of lateral roots can be applied to the horizontal truss and suspension bridge. 2) In the circulation system, the transpiration action through the fine stomata of the leaves can be a very effective cooling means because a large amount of heat is released and this method can be directly introduced into the cooling of buildings. 3) In the responsive system, the response system according to environmental changes that can be read from the leaves and flowers of trees can be applied to the roof and exterior design of buildings through the use of new sensing technologies and materials.

Theory of Temperature & Humidity Control for Air Condition (공기환경 온·습도제어의 이론적 고찰)

  • 시설하우스의 공기환경은 작물생육에 큰 영향을 준다. 특히 기공주변 공기의 상대습도는 증산작용에 크게 영향을 주며, 안개가 끼게 되면 기공을 통한 증산작용이 일어나지 않아 작물은 생육을 멈추게 된다. 이에 대한 이론적 고찰을 습공기선도를 중심으로 살펴보았으며, 그 기술을 권왕림(경기도 이천시 백사면 모전2리 192) 쌈채소 재배 농장과 정기설(경기도 용인시 백암면 석천리) 백암육계 농장에 적용한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 여름철 온실 공기의 온도를 낮추기 위하여 널리 사용하는 Pad & Fan, Mist & Fan 등의 증발냉각 방법은 사막 기후지역(온도는 높고 습도는 낮은 지역)에 적합한 방법으로 우리나라와 같이 고온 다습한 기후에는 적합하지 않다. 2. 겨울철 저녁에 온실을 보온하기 전에 따뜻한 공기의 열이 연료비를 절감 할 수 있다는 생각으로 환기를 하지 않으면 절대습도가 높아 약간의 온도가 떨어져도 안개가 발생하게 된다. 3. 겨울철 저녁에 온실을 보온하기 전에 외부 공기로 충분히 환기하여 절대습도를 낮추면 노점온도가 낮아지고, 약간의 난방으로도 온실의 안개를 방지할 수 있다. 4. 여름철 상추재배에서 시원한 바람으로 공기환경을 개선한 결과 41.6%의 증수효과가 있었다. 5. 겨울철 육계농장의 공기환경 개선으로 47,300수 기준으로 폐사율 2%와 난방연료 40%를 절감할 수 있었으며, 육계 성장의 균일도를 53%→73%로 20%정도 높일 수 있었다. ※ 정기설 백암육계 농장(경기도 용인시 백암면 석천리) (011-719-7597)
