Domestic and foreign tourists to visit the Baekdudaegan are increasing every year. The purpose of this study is to promote regional development in the Baekdudaegan and to improve the satisfaction of the people who visit the Baekdudaegan area recognized in underdeveloped area. It surveyed the age of 19 years old. Analysis of the factors of selection attributes importance and satisfaction, and the group was separated through cluster analysis. It analyzed a significant difference in the degree of revisit intention and intention of recommendation by cluster groups. They were divided into four groups, according to the selection attributes importance and satisfaction. Groups showed significant differences in the degree of revisit intention and intention of recommendation. The environment elements importance and satisfaction have affected revisit intention and intention of recommendation. It has found out that environment elements have an important factor in selecting the destination and these selection attributes satisfactions have a positive influence on future behavior intention.

In this paper, an image segmentation method which is based on edge salience map and region merging is presented. The edge salience map is calculated by combining a texture edge map with a color edge map. The texture edge map is computed over multiple spatial orientations and frequencies by using Gabor filter. A color edge is computed over the H component of the HSI color model. Then the Watershed transformation technique is applied to the edge salience map to and homogeneous regions where the dissimilarity of color and texture distribution is relatively low. The Watershed transformation tends to over-segment images. To merge the over-segmented regions, first of all, morphological operation is applied to the edge salience map to enhance a contrast of it and also to find mark regions. Then the region characteristics, a Gabor texture vector and a mean color, in the segmented regions is defined and regions that have the similar characteristics, are merged. Experimental results have demonstrated the superiority in segmentation results for various images.

우리나라는 현재 개발되어 적용되고 있는 홍수피해잠재능(Potential Flood Damage, PFD) 산정방법은 잠재성요소(인구, 자산, 사회기반시설, 도시화율)와 위험성요소(홍수피해액, 확률강우량, 외수방어능력, 댐 및 저수지, 내수방어능력)로 산정 후 지역평가를 통해 그룹(A,B,C,D)별로 평가하고 있다. 하지만, 홍수피해잠재능(PFD) 산정인자가 많아 자료조사 및 구축에 많은 시간이 소요 되며, 인자별 다양한 공간적 범위로 인해 실무 적용에 어려움이 있다. 또한, 소구역 단위 평가로 인해 하천의 침투 특성을 반영하지 못하여 하천 주변의 중요도 평가가 미흡한 실정이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 중요도 분석 인자 단순화를 통해 자료 조사 및 구축 시간 단축과 더블어 위험성요소를 내포하는 홍수위험지도 사용을 통해 작업을 간소화하고, 하천 주변까지 고려하여 중요도 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 낙동강권역을 대상으로 홍수위험지도 및 중요도 분석 인자(인구, 자산(공시지가), 시회기반시설(도로,철도), 도시화율(시가화지역)) 공간정보를 구축하였고, 점수할당법에 의한 인자별 중요도 분석 및 상관성 분석을 통해 피해우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 인구·자산(공시지가) 인자가 높은 구역이 대체로 사회기반시설 연장 및 도시화 면적이 높게 나타났으며, 하천의 치수단위 구역별 중요도 분석시 인구·자산(공시지가) 두가지의 인자로도 치수안전도 결정에 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this research is to find individual user's preference for cloud storage service such as Daum Cloud, Naver N-Drive, GoogleDrive, Dropbox, SkyDrive and iCloud. Through literature reviewed and pilot tests, 6 attributes of cloud storage service (storage capacity, perceived cost, collaboration, accessibility, social influence and perceived security) were selected and all 6 attributes had significant effects on the preference of cloud storage service by conjoint analysis. The results shows that the user's willingness to pay is estimated 10,553 won for the free storage, 4,646 won for the function for mobile accessibility, and 2,443 won for more reliable cloud computing service provider. This study has significance to apply conjoint analysis with economic, technological, and environmental factors to cloud storage service (SaaS) and shed light on policy promotion of next generation of cloud computing ecosystem by user perception with willingness to pay on the storage service.

The objectives of this study was to analyze the importance and satisfaction (ISA) of forest healing instructor training program, targeting on the students educated in 2018. As a result, it was found that students older than forties are the majority as 81 %, and they preferred forest healing instructors as their second future job. When comparing the importance and satisfaction, the students evaluated satisfaction with low grade compared to importance with high grade in all questions. In ISA analysis, it was needed to improve the updated textbook information, to list the example problems by subject, to expose the test subjects in the textbooks, to disclose the test questions and answers, to control the test difficulty, to adjust the test pass rate, to expand the number of test and test sites, to increase the effort for making students understand, to prepare lectures appropriate to practice for forest healing instructor training program by priority.

CCTV 기술은 실시간으로 영상을 수집하여 저장소에 보관하는 기술을 의미한다. 이러한 환경에서 데이터 저장소의 가용성은 매우 중요하다. 데이터가 축적될수록 스토리지 공간의 확장은 매우 중요해지며, 이를 위해 최근에는 클라우드 스토리지를 이용하여 저장 공간을 비교적 수월하게 확장하고 이용할 수 있는 환경이 제시되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 환경에서도 데이터의 지속된 저장은 저장 공간의 추가 이용을 위한 비용의 증가로 직결되기 때문에 데이터를 효율적으로 저장하기 위한 방안의 논의되었다. 데이터 중복제거 기술은 이러한 기술 중 하나로 데이터의 중복된 저장을 방지하여 스토리지 공간을 보다 효율적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하는 기술이다. 하지만 CCTV 환경에 클라우드 스토리지와 데이터 중복제거 기술을 적용하면서 추가적인 보안 이슈가 발생하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 연구를 수행하며, 이를 통해 보다 효율적인 데이터 저장을 수행하는 동시에 안전하게 데이터를 보관하는 방법을 제안한다.

오늘날 관광업은 나날이 한 도시의 중요한 경제 수입 업종이 되고 있으며, 관광업은 지방의 경제 발전에 대체적인 작용을 한다. 사인시스템에서 중요한 공공시설로서, 없어서는 안 되는 작용을 하고 있다. 관람객들은 사인시스템을 통해 목적지를 찾는 데 필요한 시간을 단축할 수 있고, 관광지에 대한 전반적인 인상도 높일 수 있다. 고대 고성 안내 사인시스템에 대한 연구와 완벽을 통해서 옛 고성로 하여금 더욱 좋은 개발 기회를 얻게 하다. 이곳을 찾은 사람들이 역사와 문화에 대해 더 잘 알게 해 준다고 말했다. 본 논문의 연구 대상은 중국 남북의 역사문화관광지 중에서 선발한 AAAA급 이상의 관광지이다. 본 연구의 연구 대상으로 선정된 4개 관광지는 리장고성, 관도고성, 선양고궁. 첫째, 관련 문헌을 통해 사인디자인과 관련된 요소를 파악, 이들 요소를 바탕으로 설문 조사의 관련 문항을 제작했다. 둘째, 관광지마다 현장조사를 하고 관련 사진을 수집해 설문조사의 기초 자료로 활용했다. 네 개의 관광지의 사인시스템에 대해 설문조사를 실시하다. 셋째, 설문조사 결과를 집계한다.

The academic journal is a very important means for science communication, and it is critical for academic development. Most of Korean academic journals are not doing their fundamental roles because of the researchers' perception about their quality. A fundamental thing for Korean academic journals to contribute effectively to science communication would be the effective evaluation on the Journal. The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation model for Korean academic journals. This model will be effective for quality measurement, manifestation of the strength and weakness, and for the improvement of journal quality. It was developed through analysis on evaluation activities of two institutions, and through interviews and surveys on Korean researchers.

한국학술지의 국제 색인ㆍ초록 데이터베이스 등재 여부를 추적하는 것은 한국학술지의 국제적인 위상을 파악하는데 중요하며, 학술지의 구체적인 평가자료로서도 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 세계최대의 데이터뱅크중 하나인 DIALOG 데이터베이스에 등재되는 한국학술지와 그 학술지들이 등재되는 데이터베이스에 대해 계량학적 측정을 통하여 그 특성을 분석·규명하였다.
