It is difficult to get relevant information on vast Web data. Search engines summarize and store Web information and show the ranked lists based on user queries affected by relative importance and user-adaptation. But these have limitation with showing user-intended information at the top priority. User intention is presented in general within query itself. In this paper, we propose the selective rankup methodology of user-intended search results based on weighting internal contiguity in query terms. With experimental results, we can find user-intended results with 75.8% probability using this simple method only, and efficiency of rerank proposed outperforms ordinary case by $13{\sim}20%$.

현재 국내 게임시장은 모바일게임이 주도해가고 있으면서 10조원이 넘는 시장규모를 보이고 있다. 국내의 게임업체들은 온라인게임과 모바일게임을 개발하여 지속적으로 출시하고 있는 특징이 현재 게임시장의 모습니다. 게임시장에서의 신작게임에 대한 매출은 게임 인기순위와 직접적인 관계를 갖는 요인이며, 게임시장의 현황을 파악하는데 가장 중요한 정보이며 마케팅과 홍보전략에 반영되는 중요한 데이터이다. 본 논문에서는 게임시장 파악과 마케팅 및 홍보 전략에 활용되는 게임순위와 관련해서 영향을 미치는 요소에 대해서 분석한 결과를 제시하고자 한다. 게임순위 변동에서 이벤트와 업데이트 중 효과적인 방법이 무엇인지를 제안하고 이벤트와 업데이트가 각각 게임순위 변동에 얼마나 큰 영향을 주는지에 대해 서술하고 또한 게임업계에서 주로 서비스하는 이벤트 종류와 업데이트 종류에 대해 서술한다. 이때 이벤트는 순위변동에 큰 영향이 없고 업데이트가 순위변동에 영향을 준다는 것에 대해서 분석결과를 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 진급추천 문제를 과학적이고 체계적으로 시행하기 위한 방안으로 정량적인 요소들과 불확실하고 모호한 정성적인 요소들을 고려하여 최적의 진급 대상자를 선정하는 다기준 순위결정 모델이 제시되었다. 모델은 평가요소에 대한 중요도 계산과 의사결정자들이 부여한 각 대상자들의 평가치를 통합하여 우선순위를 결정하는 방법을 제공한다. 진급추천 심사는 공정성, 객관성, 투명성의 확보를 통해 신뢰성 있는 심사 결과를 제시할 수 있어야 하며, 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 (가) 인사 관련 전문가들이 평가요소를 결정 (나) Internet을 이용하여 전자식 명목집단법으로 평가요소에 대한 중요도 결정 (다) 심사위원들이 진급 대상자별, 평가요소별로 평가 등급을 부여 (라) 심사위원들의 점수를 통합하여 순위를 결정하는 절차를 제시하였다. 평가등급의 부여는 퍼지이론의 소속함수을 응용하여 나타내었으며, Simulation을 통해 적정수의 심사위원 수를 결정하는 방법도 함께 제시되었다.

This study is based on deductions from analysis of historical changes in hydrographic surveys, the problems with the existing system in Korea and analysis of the literature, including foreign cases. Using these criteria, we created and administered a survey of marine professionals of Korea, and based on the results, established an order of priority for hydrographic surveys, as follows: changes in the seabed, quantities of marine traffic, existing performance data from hydrographic survey, consumer's demand, marine accidents, conservation of oceanic environment, and natural resources. The study also deduced, based on a survey of experts, the relative importance ranking of the major ports in South Korea and suggests policy implications and a priority decision model to conduct future hydrographic surveys in a more scientific and systematic way.

This study presented the new evaluation index which can evaluate the discrimination of DEA models. To evaluate the discrimination of DEA models, data were analyzed using importance index as suggested in previous study and the coefficient of variation as suggested in this study for the discrimination evaluation. This study selected the CCR-DEA, BCC-DEA, entropy, bootstrap, super efficiency, and cross efficiency DEA model for the discrimination evaluation and accomplished empirical analysis. In order to grasp the rank correlation of the models, this study implemented the rank correlation analysis between the efficiency of CCR model and BCC model and entropy, bootstrap, super efficiency, and efficiency of the cross efficiency model. The obtained results of this study are as follows. First, the discrimination rank of models using the importance index and the coefficient of variation was shown to be identical. Therefore, the coefficient of variation can be used the discrimination evaluation index of DEA model. Second, the discrimination of the super efficiency model was found to be the highest rank among 4 models according to the analysis of this present study. Third, the highest rank correlation with CCR model was the super efficiency model. In addition, the super efficiency model was found to be the highest rank correlation with BCC model.

현대 감사에서 한정된 자원으로 통제 및 감사의 효과(목적)를 최대로 달성하기 위해 통제요소의 상대적인 중요도 파악 및 우선순위 설정이 필요해짐에 따라, 감사인의 판단에 기초한 정보시스템 내부통제 요소의 중요도 평가가 감사에 있어 매우 중요한 관건이 되고있다. 특히 조직에 LAN이 보급되면서 LAN의 환경적 특징으로 인해 통제시스템이 취약해 질 가능성과 이에 대한 보완 방안에 관한 연구가 시작되고 있는데, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)모델을 응용한 Harper(1988)의 중요도 평가에 관한 연구는 시스템 감사인의 LAN 통제 평가의 효율화에 기여할 수 있다는 평가를 받고 있다. 그러나 Harper이 연구에서는 모델에 LAN을 고려한 시스템 감사 목적 (통제설치 기준)의 중요도를 고려하지 못하여 모델에서 결정된 통제요소의 중요도 순위가 부적절할 가능성을 갖는다. 만약 통제요소의 중요도가 부적절할 경우, 이는 LAN 통제 평가와 관련한 시스템 감사의 효율화 뿐 아니라 효과성을 해칠 가능성을 갖게된다. 본 연구는 이와같은 논의를 토대로 기존 연구가 갖는 문제점을 보완, LAN 통제요소의 적절할 평가 방안에 관한 연구를 진행할 것이다.

This study aims to measure the relative importance of trade insurance using AHP developed by Thomas Saaty of Pennsylvania in early 1970s. Moreover, it provides help in the development of a comprehensive strategy of trade insurance. To obtain priority of trade insurance in its functions, this study discovered significance and relative importance of two evaluation standards and four individual evaluation items. Of the two evaluation standards, importance of credit exposure was 63%. It was discovered that it was more important than political means (37%). Of the four individual evaluation items, importance of banking supplementation was 60%. It was more important than credit investigation of overseas traders (40%). Importance of trade promotion policy was 69%, which was more important than removal of anxiety in trade (31%). As a result of comparing priorities of the f tire evaluation items, priority of banking supplementation was 38% followed by trade promotion policy means (26%), credit investigation of overseas traders (25%) and removal of anxiety in trade (12%).

The purpose of this study is to deduct appraisal elements of audio-visual records based on the characteristics of audio-visual records and to take on the relative importance of elements by public institution's archivist and National Archive of Korea's audio-visual specialist thereby to suggest appraisal elements of priority audio-visual records appraisal. Priority of the appraisal elements analysis alternatives for the deducted audio-visual appraisal elements using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) by public institution's archivist and National Archive of Korea's audio-visual specialist. As the results of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), 'context' was decides as the most important appraisal classes, and 'subject' was decides as the most important appraisal elements.

The purpose of this research is to derive and evaluate priorities for critical factors that must be determined before an enterprise adopts a cloud computing service. AHP analysis techniques were used to reflect decisions made by experts as research methods. AHP is a decision-making technique that expresses complex decision-making problems hierarchically and derives the best alternatives through pairwise comparison between the items of the hierarchy. Compared to the existing statistical decision making techniques, the decision making process is systematic and simple, making it easy to understand. In addition, the procedure is also reasonable by providing an indicator to determine the consistency of the decision maker in the analysis process. The analysis results of this research showed that security was the first priority, reliability was the second priority, and economic efficiency was the third priority. Among the factors in the first-priority security items, the access control rights and the safety factors of external threats are the most important factors. Research results can be used as a guideline in future practice, and it is necessary to evaluate, compare and analyze the satisfaction of companies that have adopted cloud computing services in the future.

최근 중등교육에서 기업가정신 교육에 대한 필요성에 대한 인식이 확산되면서, 현장에서 이를 실천할 교사의 역량이 중요해졌다. 본 연구는 기업가정신 교육을 실천할 교사들의 역량을 탐색하고 중요도와 실행도 차이를 분석함으로써, 교육 요구도의 우선순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 TPACK(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, 테크놀로지내용교수지식) 모델에 기반하여 기업가정신 교육 역량을 개념화하고, 이를 측정하기 위한 도구를 개발하였다. 이를 활용하여 기업가정신 교육에 관심이 있는 중등교사 217명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과, TPACK의 모든 하위 요인에 대하여 중요도의 평균이 실행도의 평균보다 높아 교육적 처방이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중요도-실행도 매트릭스에서 가장 개선의 우선순위가 높은 요인은 CK(내용지식)인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 교사들의 기업가정신 교육 역량 강화를 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.
