  • 본 연구는 최근 중대재해 처벌법 시행에 따라 관심이 높아지고 있는 근로자 참여형 위험성 평가를 위한 중요한 평가 요소를 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 근로자 참여형 위험성 평가를 위한 관련 선행연구 및 위험성 평가 지침과 같은 관련 선행 문헌을 분석하였다. 둘째로, 위험성 평가 전문가들의 대안을 통해 위험성 평가에서 중요한 상위 개층 요인을 확인하였다. 셋째로, 위험성 평가에 대한 중요한 요인을 계층화 대안 모델을 검증하기 위해 안전관리자와 근로자를 대상으로 한 집단 간의 상대적 중요도를 측정하기 위해 계층분석(Analytical Hierarchy Process) 방법을 사용하였다. 이를 통해 건설 현장에서 근로자 참여형 위험성 평가를 수행하기 위한 이행력 관리 수단 및 위험 조치 수립을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

A study on the evaluation area of academic achievement in special education basic curriculum based on importance and performance analysis (중요도·실행도 분석에 근거한 특수교육 기본교육과정 학업성취도 평가 영역 고찰)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the need for practical evaluation of special education field based on the analysis of the importance - performance of special education basic curriculum academic achievement evaluation area. The evaluation categories and areas for the analysis of importance and performance are set in 4 categories - 22 areas of life education derived from Delphi analysis and 7 categories- 27 areas in special education basic curriculum. As a result of analyzing the importance and performance of 126 teachers of intellectual disability special schools in P metropolitan city, statistically significant difference was shown between importance and performance in all areas. As a result of analysis of scatter plot with x - axis and significance as y axis based on averaging point, some elements of subject education showed low recognition level both in importance and execution. The results of this study suggest the necessity of restructuring the evaluation area and the evaluation system of the basic education curriculum of the special education and further revise the contents of the curriculum of the national level basic curriculum and the content area, It implies that discussion is needed.

  • 본 논문에서는 기업내의 지식활동 주체들이 지식경영을 실천하는데 필수적인, 지식에 대한 가치평가 기준을 제시한다. 이 평가기준은 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조에서 도출하였다. 지식경영의 궁극적 목적을 기업의 경영전략의 실현으로 파악하여, 지식의 가치를 기업의 사명, 비전, 경영목표 및 경영전략 등이 형성해내는 기업의 경영전략적 모형안에서 찾았다. 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조안에서, 업무처리 지식에 대한 가치측정은, 이 구조가 제한하는 단일지식에 대한 완성도와 복잡도로 평가하였다. 그리고 기업의 경영방향에 관련된 지식의 가치는, 그 구조요소들 사이의 중요도와 연관성으로 평가하였다.

An Empirical Study on the Relative Importance of Audio-visual Records Apprisal Elements (시청각기록물의 평가요소 중요도에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to deduct appraisal elements of audio-visual records based on the characteristics of audio-visual records and to take on the relative importance of elements by public institution's archivist and National Archive of Korea's audio-visual specialist thereby to suggest appraisal elements of priority audio-visual records appraisal. Priority of the appraisal elements analysis alternatives for the deducted audio-visual appraisal elements using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) by public institution's archivist and National Archive of Korea's audio-visual specialist. As the results of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), 'context' was decides as the most important appraisal classes, and 'subject' was decides as the most important appraisal elements.

  • In this study, we evaluated degree of importance of e-marketplace solution selection factors. Factor analysis was conducted to find out relationships among various variables which come from literature survey. The result shows that 16(sixteen) -selection variables regarding solution characteristics could be grouped into four areas 'flexibility', 'ease of use', 'security', and 'economy'. And 11(eleven) selection variables regarding to vendor characteristics could be grouped into three areas, 'vendor's support', vendor's general situation', and 'vendor's business accomplishment`. Through various analysis, we found important factors for 3 types of operational companies, buyer-biased, seller biased and neutral. 'Security for data item' was showed as the most important factor for all kind of B2B operational companies. For buyer-biased companies, additional supporting manpower, solution education, and educational cost are shown to be more important factors than others. Place of education, education hours and education level are important for 'Neutral' companies. And the factor 'market share of vendor' are important for 'seller biased' companies.

  • With the data base subject of first grade paper test of information handling technician, We proposed special method of evaluating learning ability directivity to judge that student can understand the contents of each chapter exactly or not, using assigned function and fuzzy deduction in this thesis. Using fuzzy logic, the proposed method of evaluating learning ability is dividing the presenting frequency of setting questions for examination about the subject of database into three rank and we can define this as the important. We applied the fuzzy assigned rate about the number of times of studying through the important of studying and the fuzzy assigned rate about formative evaluation to each of nine fuzzy deduction theories and than evaluated comprehension rate of learning. With the fuzzy grade about learning comprehension of each chapter and assigned rate about the score of generalized evaluation; We applied these two thing to the deduction rule of fuzzy and made it as defuzzifier and finally evaluated learning. We made that the result of eventual evaluating learning is very useful for learners to diagnosis learned contents by themselves and also it can be great material to judge that learners can get the goal of learning or not synthetically.

  • 본 연구는 소비자들의 광고평가과정을 정보처리능력의 관점인 사전지식과 정보처리동기의 관점인 관여도의 조절적 역할을 고려하여 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 인지자극과 감정자극이 동시에 제공된 광고에 대하여 소비자들의 인지적, 감정적, 행동의욕적 평가관계를 구조적으로 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 각 구조적 관계들을 사전지식수준과 관여도수준에 따라 그 상대적 역할들을 살펴보았다. 실증분석결과 본 연구는 기존의 DMH 모델을 지지하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 광고에 대한 감정적 평가(Aad)에서 상표에 대한 인지적 평가(Cb)통해 상표에 대한 감정적 평가(Ab)에 미치는 영향력의 정도는 관여도보다는 사전지식이 더 큰 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 광고에 대한 감정적 평가(Aad)에서 상표에 대한 감정적 평가(Ab) 그리고 상표에 대한 감정적 평가(Ab)에서 상표에 대한 행동의욕적 평가(Ib)로의 영향력은 관여도가 중요 조절변수임을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 동영상을 시공간적 중요도 기반으로 요약하는 기법을 제안한다. 동영상 내에서 각 프레임의 중요도를 평가하여 높은 우선순위를 가지는 구간들의 집합으로 요약을 수행한다. 화면내의 얼굴면적의 비율, 영상의 복잡도를 통하여 각 프레임이 가지는 공간적 중요도를 분석하고 인접한 프레임간의 비교를 통해 밝기 히스토그램과 움직임(motion)의 양을 추정함으로써 시간적 중요도를 구한다. 에지 보존 스무딩 필터를 밝기 히스토그램에 적용하여 장면 전환을 검출한다. 분리된 장면들로 과분할 구조를 가지는 계층적 트리를 생성하여 사용자가 요구한 재생길이를 가지는 동영상을 자동으로 저작한다. 본 논문에서는 동영상 분석 및 저작을 제한적인 환경인 스마트폰에서 효과적으로 작동하도록 구현 및 최적화를 수행하였다.

Secondary mathematics teachers' perceptions on assessment (중등학교 수학교사의 평가에 대한 인식 조사)

  • This study aimed to investigate and compare perceptions of middle and high school mathematics teachers on assessment. For the purpose, we developed and used a survey consisting of two parts(importance/performance on assessment and general opinion on process-based assessment). We gathered data from 188 middle school and 125 high school mathematics teachers in Incheon area. An Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) method was used for data analysis. As results, middle school mathematics teachers showed higher perception on both importance and performance in almost all area on assessment than high school teachers. In addition, research results based on teaching experience indicated that mathematics teachers having more teaching experience seemed to perceive high importance-high performance and low importance-low performance tasks more than mathematics teachers having less experience. In particular, middle school teachers recognized many low importance-high performance tasks according to their teaching experience. The IPA gave us different results depending on the school size. The larger the school, the more diverse opinions appeared tasks in low importance-high performance. From the general opinion on process-based assessment, the middle school mathematics teachers also seemed to have more positive perspectives and to be more active in assessment than high school mathematics teachers. Finally, we discuss implications for future policy formulation and implementation on process-based assessment.

  • The form of travel has been changing to dynamic, experience and family. Festivals are popular, specially the historic culture festivals, whose themes are a history event, a time and the people, are preferred to families because they give visitors opportunities of education and experience. Evaluation of festivals is important that it diagnoses the problems and enhancement One of the evaluation methods, Importance-Performance Analysis is useful which it is easy to find priority with visual matrix without complex statistical technique and a technical terminology. This research used IPA to evaluate The Yeoncheon Jeongok Paleolithic Festival which is one of the popular historic culture festivals. From the result 'unique food', 'rest facility', 'other convenience facility', 'hygiene', 'crowding' were included in selected to 'concentrate' territory of the IPA matrix. Therefor the festival manager should put his efforts to develop unique food, build more rest and other convenience facilities, enhance hygiene, and lowered crowding.
