This study was conducted to establish scores according to the importance levels of each HACCP evaluation item in cattle farm. The importance levels and score of each HACCP evaluation item was derived through the non-compliance rate and severity levels of hazard. In order to change the score criteria according to the importance of each HACCP evaluation item, we analyzed the importance of each HACCP evaluation item by using the portfolio mapping method according to the occurrence frequency and severity levels of hazard. The scores were classified into 3 point, 2 point, and 1 point, respectively, by classifying the importance of each category as 'high', 'middle' and 'lower'. Accordingly, we have established a now scoring system of each HACCP evaluation item through this study. Through the result of this study, the objectivity of the comparative evaluation was verified by implementing the currently used HACCP evaluation item to the cattle farm. In conclusion, Implementation of the result of this study to cattle farm may help to increase the objectivity and also improve more safety and hygienic cattle management and raw milk production.

현대 기업은 경영 전략의 방향 및 평가를 위하여 고객만족도를 조사한다. 특히 서비스업에서는 많은 경우 SERVQUAL 점수를 이용하여 고객만족도를 평가한다 SERVQUAL은 고객의 기대와 지각의 차이를 조사하여 고객만족도를 평가하며 22 개의 평가항목은 5가지의 품절특성 (유형성, 신뢰성, 대응성, 확신성 공감성)에 대한 SERVQUAL 접수로 산출된다. WSERVQUAL 접수는 SERVQUAL 점수에 단순평균방식과 상대적 중요도를 가중한 가중접수로 계산되는 방법으로 상대적 중요도를 파악하기 위하여 기존에서는 중요도에 대한 고객의 의견을 파악하여 적용하였으나 본 논문에서는 임성욱의 잠재적 고객만족 개선지수 (PCSI Index)를 적용하여 고객의 향후 잠재적 만족개선정도에 관한 내용을 포함한 가중치를 산정할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하였다.

현대의 시스템들이 가지는 고기능화와 자동화로 인하여 인간의 운용 능력이 점점 더 중요한 능력으로 부각되고 있으며, 이는 사용자가 경험하게 되는 인지넉 복잡도를 제어하는 것을 요구한다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 인터페이스에서 사용자가 경험해야 하는 인지적 복잡도를 스키마 구조를 반영하여 정량화하는 엔트로피 모형(윤완철, 1992)을 적용하여 사용자가 겪게 될 인지적 복잡도를 예측하는 척도가 제안되었으며 실험적으로 검증되었다. 엔트로피와 시스템 크기-조작의 수와 상태의 수-가 각각 다른 세 가지 인터페이스 (엔트로피가 낮고 작은 크기의 인터페이스, 엔트로피가 높고 작은 크기의 인터페이스, 엔트로피가 높고 큰 크기의 인티페이스) 중의 하나를 사용하는 것을 피험자이 학습하고, 이에 대해 검사를 받았다. 제안된 척도인 시스템 엔트로피는 사용자 수행도를 잘 설명하였지만, 시스템의 크기는 그러하지 않았다. 본 연구는 사용자가 겪게 될 인지적 복잡도를 평가자의 주관이 개입하지 않는 방법을 통하여 평가할 수 있음을 보인 것으로 가전제품이나 스프트웨어의 디자인의 평가와 개선 등 인간의 인지적 복잡도가 사용성에 중요한 영향을 미치는 분야에서 유용하리라 여겨진다.

To assess the risk of marine traffic environments, with high confidential level, the risk factors comprising it should be identified and the risk acceptance criteria should be also provided. Furthermore, the relative importance of each risk factor(the weight of each risk factor on total risk) should be analyzed because the risk is expressed as the sum of risk factors comprising it. The twenty kinds of risk factors and its assessment criteria were suggested for the domestic marine traffic environments by an examination of the existing risk assessment models on the previous studies. The relative importance of each risk factor was also analyzed through the questionnaire using analytic hierarchy process by the marine traffic experts on the same studies. Based on these previous studies, the risk was evaluated at the port of Mokpo and its approaches on this study. The port of Mokpo and its approaches were divided into four sectors for the comparative evaluation, the result of the comparative evaluation on four sectors showed that the risk of the Jeongdeung-hae passage is the highest due to higher risk level of some risk factors(water movements, complexities, tug boats, pilotage, VTS) than the other sectors. The result of this evaluation is in accord with the analysis results of the other studies using various qualitative or quantitative risk analysis methods at the same sea areas.

The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the key indicators and drivers of forest thinning. The research for this study was designed in two-phases: 1) sequential, exploratory, mixed methods research that was initiated with a qualitative phase (Delphi technique), and 2) the quantitative phase (Analytic Hierarchy Process technique). Results indicated that management and planning were the most important factors in the first level of criteria among the "management and planning," "directing and monitoring," "supervision," and "quality of thinning work." On the sub-criteria level, "the quality of forest management planning" was indicated as the most important factor among the ten sub-criteria. Our results have shown that the developed forest thinning evaluation factors were a well-represented characteristic for a variety of forest thinning work in Korea.

본 논문에서는 중요도를 반영한 긴 회의록 요약 모델을 제안한다. 제안한 모델은 먼저 회의록을 일정 크기로 구분한 후 구분된 텍스트에 대해 중간 요약문을 생성하고 각 요약문의 중요도를 계산한다. 다음으로 생성된 중간 요약문과 중요도를 함께 사용하여 최종 요약문을 생성한다. 제안 방법은 최종 요약문을 생성할 때 중간 요약문을 다르게 반영하므로 중요한 중간 요약문에서는 핵심 내용을 중점적으로 생성하도록 한다. 실험에서 제안한 요약 모델은 BART기반 요약 모델과, 중요도를 고려하지 않는 요약 모델(SUMM^N)보다 핵심 내용을 포함한 요약문을 생성하였고, 평가 데이터에 대해 ROUGE-1 기준 1.37, 0.29 향상된 성능을 보였다.

수학 교육평가에서 고사 타당도의 측정은 매우 중요하다. 그것은 평가자가 목적하는 바의 준거에 따라 수험자들의 문제해결력 변별을 위한 고사들 간의 타당도 크기 측정과 또는 고사 문항의 선정, 배치를 통하여 한 고사의 타당도를 높이기 위한 문항별 타당도 계수를 측정 계산하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 이 두 가지 고사 타당도의 크기 측정법을 이용하여 수학교육 평가 현장에서 직접적으로 적용할 수 있는 고사 타당도의 제고에 유효한 연구 결과를 제시한다.

Sport commentators play an increasingly influential role in commercial sports broadcasting. Public trust is regarded as one of the most significant qualifications for sport commentators and this study used a Fuzzy AHP method in deciding the relative importance of professionalism, reliability, dynamic, and narrative skill. Based on the results, we conducted an evaluation of the public trust for the four SBS sport commentators for the 2010 South-Africa World Cup. The conclusion showed that professionalism and narrative skill were regarded as the most important factors for sport commentators to gain public trust. Among the four commentators evaluated, commentator # 1 got highest score overall, the soccer expert group highly appreciated commentator # 2, and the non-expert group highly appreciated commentator # 3.

In this study, I tried to provide the basic data for planning the public library space to meet the new needs of the users in digital generation by survey and literature review on factors in planning the digital space of public libraries. In 2000, a separate space for digital materials has been prepared at the most of the libraries as a part of informatization program of public libraries. However, it is not sufficient to provide a number of different needs of the users due to the identical design of all the libraries. For the prioritization, 50 factors have been deducted by review of preceding studies, evaluation factors and criteria of library of each institution. Factorial analysis was performed on the factors with the importance which was higher than average. Also, the relationships among the factors with similar properties were understood to categorize the factors in space planning by each factor. Based on these factors in planning the digital space, further space evaluation of the public library and user satisfaction survey could be followed to provide a fundamental basis for the specific space planning.

고수준의 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 소프트웨어의 고품질화를 추구하여야 한다. 기존에 개발된 품질측정방법들은 모듈 내에 포함되어 있는 요인항목들을 서로 다른 관점에서 개별적으로 측정하고 있어 통합적인 평가방법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다수의 측정 방법들을 모두 수용할 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 모델은 비율척도들을 선택하고, 러프논리를 이용하여 그들의 중요도를 산출한다. 다음으로 모듈의 품질도를 측정하기 위해서 퍼지적분을 이용하여 척도들의 중요도와 측정값을 종합한다.
