South Korea's smart factory drive is at a very important point. While large-scale funds and manpower are invested to secure international competitiveness and revitalize manufacturing, software investments that are only approached by IT suppliers may end up creating systems that do not meet the actual conditions of the field. As a result, there are problems in the manufacturing sector that can cause consumers to feel the fatigue of innovation in the manufacturing sector. SMEs should check from scratch and establish a gradual integration system so that they can reduce failures in IT investments and implement OT-oriented smart factories that are well utilized in the field. To this end, a process visualization solution was proposed and a step-by-step innovation was proposed at the basic level and the ICT unapplied level.

This study analyzes the differences in perception of cosmetic quality (safety, stability, functionality, usability) and satisfaction according to consumer characteristics, targeting 317 men and women from their 18 to 50s who use cosmetics in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and the differences in effect of cosmetic quality perception on satisfaction according to side effects experience was analyzed. Among the cosmetic quality factors, the usability was satisfied, but the perception of safety, stability, and functionality was low, so overall quality improvement was necessary. In particular, the quality perception and satisfaction by men and 40s was low, so a customized solution was needed for this. In the order of usability and functionality, to both those experiencing or not side effect, had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction level, and the improvement of usability and functional awareness was the main factor that increased satisfaction. Improving product quality and supplementing factors that positively influence consumer perception are thought to be of great help in improving quality perception and satisfaction.

In spite of various safety measures, coastal safety accidents continue to occur, so this study focused on using drones as countermeasures. Municipalities that already have coasts have begun operating unmanned multicopters for coastal safety management. In particular, by connecting an unmanned multi-copter to the currently applied smart city safety net system, it is possible to transmit real-time images of the scene in case of emergency in the coastal area to the local government safety information center. It is also expected to contribute significantly to strengthening safety management in coastal waters through a more rapid response to safety accidents. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the use of drones as an alternative to the limitations of the domestic coastal safety system by investigating the state of coastal safety accidents and analyzing the state of domestic coastal safety systems. In addition, it is expected to be a key breakthrough in the coastal area safety system by proposing a model linking the Korean K-Drone system.

This study was conducted to identify factors influencinging confidence in performing patient safety management (PSM) of nursing students. The subjects of this study were 230 nursing students in four universities in two cities. Data were collected between June 22 and June 26, 2020 using by completing structured self report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 21.0. programs. In correlation analysis, significant positive correlations were found between confidence in performing PSM, PSM knowledge(r=.321, p<.001), PSM attitude(r=.584, p<.001), and clinical decision making ability(𝛽=.460, p<.001). In multiple regression analysis, PSM attitude(𝛽=.35, p=.005) and clinical decision making ability(𝛽=.23, p<.001) were factors predicting confidence in performing PSM, which explained 34.2% of the variance in the model. Therefore, we emphasize that continuing customized convergence educational programs are required to improve nursing student's confidence in performing PSM.

This study aims to examine satisfaction of nursing students with online classes during first semester of 2020 after COVID-19 pandemic and the difference in satisfaction according to general and online-related characteristics. An online survey was conducted for all nursing students, and subsequently 627 responses were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA with SPSS WIN. Result reveals that students ability to use IT devices was above average, and most of them used laptop computers. Pre-recorded video lecture format was used the most, and improvement of online content was demanded the highest. Overall satisfaction with online classes was scored 3.0/5.0, with the highest satisfaction for anytime and anywhere learning, and the lowest satisfaction in recommending online classes to others. There were significant differences between self-evaluation on own grade, ability to use IT devices, format of online classes, and satisfaction about online classes. Through this study, it would be possible to suggest a plan to increase satisfaction of online class and basic data to establish university policy for online classes after COVID-19.

OASIS(Online Archiving & Searching Internet Sources) is a web archiving project of the National Library of Korea started in 2004 to systematically collect, manage, and preserve online digital information resources. In this study, the following problems were derived by analyzing the access log of the OASIS website and conducting a user survey. First, people's awareness of the OASIS project was very low, and there were many first-time visitors to the website. Second, active promotion and service reorganization to improve the use of OASIS was insufficient. The study suggested that the improvement point of this was to strengthen its own direct promotion and indirect promotion in connection with other agencies. In addition, it was proposed to enhance the service through user-customized services and to reinforce content that induces interest and fun.

As augmented reality technology becomes more common and prevelant, marker-based AR contents are applied in various ways. However AR contents are still hardly utilized due to the low recognition rate of marker images. In order to increase the recognition rate of AR marker images, this paper experiment and analyzed how much the recognition rate of markers could be improved when image correction and design changes was applied. The experimental result shows that the image correction task could significantly improve the number of image characteristics and the recognition grade if the image was modified in a way its saturation value is increased. Moreover, the recognition rate was improved even more when regular pattern design was added to the original marker image. In conclusion, it was possible to make the marker well recognized through proper correction of the image and additional process of pattern design in the process of producing the marker image.

The aim of this study is to design Spudsville, an immersive game environment in Minecraft that can effectively help learners acquire the English language. To create a successful learning experience using Minecraft, the researchers adopted the Agile Model and the Design Thinking approach. The researchers first conducted an analysis through an extensive literature review in order to assess the learners' needs. Afterwards, they designed and developed a Minecraft world based on the data collected during the analysis phase. The researchers learned that implementing constructivist and behaviorist approaches has benefits, even though applying a cognitivist-learning model to Spudsville could have provided the researchers with more insight on how learner processes information. Making these adjustments could improve Spudsville's effectiveness and could potentially help the ways in which gamified learning aids with language acquisition.

Since the village maintenance type public housing project was introduced in 2015, the resident needs for regional revitalization and pleasant living conditions are not being met due to the poor performance of the public housing complexes that reflect the surrounding area maintenance plan (village plan) and regional characteristics. The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan to revitalize the village maintenance type public housing project in consideration of regional characteristics as a result of analyzing the needs of local residents through the problems of the village maintenance type public housing project being promoted so far and resident satisfaction. As a result of the analysis based on the public housing project implementation status analysis and resident satisfaction, the plans to activate the village maintenance type public housing project are as follows. First, in order to secure the effectiveness of the village plan, it is desirable to promote the public housing project and the village plan at the same time. It is necessary to secure a budget according to the selection of public offering projects in the village plan, such as promoting public housing projects without setbacks by prioritizing land purchases for public housing sites and establishing specialized strategies considering regional characteristics. Second, a public housing project that responds to local demand is required. The evaluation factors such as continuous promotion of the urban architecture integration plan and strengthening of regional linkage plans such as specialization of regionally tailored designs should be supplemented so that regional resources and village plans are linked with the public housing specialization plan. Third, surrounding area maintenance plan (village plan) should be secured by the strengthen of the legal status or establishing related provisions. It is also necessary to promote system improvement for area maintenance plan (village plan) when selecting a publicly funded public project.

Recently, a situation in which a specific content service is impossible worldwide has occurred due to a failure of the platform service and a significant social and economic problem has been caused in the global service market. In order to secure the stability of platform services, intelligent platform operation management is required. In this study, big data flow management(BDFM) and implementation method were proposed to quickly detect to abnormal service status in the platform operation environment. As a result of analyzing, BDFM technique improved the characteristics of abnormal failure detection by more than 30% compared to the traditional NMS. The big data flow management method has the advantage of being able to quickly detect platform system failures and abnormal service conditions, and it is expected that when connected with AI-based technology, platform management is performed intelligently and the ability to prevent and preserve failures can be greatly improved.
