본 연구는 2014년부터 2019년 9월 현재 신용보증기금의 자료를 이용하여 5,521 샘플의 중소상공인의 금융실태를 최초로 광범위하게 분석하였다. 중소상공인의 비중은 남성 장년층이 압도적인데 여성의 경우 청년의 비중이 높은 편이다. 기업 대부분에서 창업자와 대표자가 동일인이다. 상시 및 비상시 직원수는 5명이하가 83%에 달한다. 역시 80% 이상의 중소상공인이 2억 미만의 금액에 대하여 대출보증 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 신보의 재무등급점수는 100점 만점 중 10점 이하의 기업이 47%에 달한다. 2018년 연매출액 평균은 17억원 정도다. 같은 기간 중 부채비율의 평균은 361%다. 본 연구는 향후 중소상공인에 대한 연구와 정책개발에 중요하게 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

김정전 대화유씨피 사장이 5대 서울상공회의소 중구상공회장에 피선, 지난 3월 21일 호텔 아카시아에서 취임식을 가졌다. 중구상공회는 서울상공회의소와 중구청이 손을 잡고 관내 중소상공인들의 경영활동을 지원하고 지역 경제 활성화에 기여하기 위해 지난 2001년 11월 26일 창립, 현재 8000여 회원사의 이익을 대변하는 단체다. 인쇄인으로서는 처음으로 중구상공회장에 선임된 김정전 사장은 향후 중구 내 많은 단체들과 협력, 중구상공인 특히 인쇄인들이 위상 제고를 위해 노력할 것이라고 말했다.

This paper analyzes the 5,521 samples of the small and medium-sized businesses(SMBs) obtained from the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund. From January 2014 to September 2019, 85% of the SMBs have 5 or fewer full-time employees. The proportion of SMBs is overwhelmed by the elderly men, and most founders are the CEO. Also, about 87% of the workplace types are rented, while 64% of the CEO's residence types are owner-occupation. 47% of the financial grade score is less than 10 points out of 100 and 80% of SMBs have less than 200 million won of the loan guarantee. In particular, the total guarantee loan amount or the days of net guarantee have significantly positive relations with the working period of the CEO in the same industry, the number of employees, the operation period of SMBs, and the corporate business type. In the case of the financial grading score which has the highest weight in overall credit rating gets higher with the higher number of employees, the longer the operation period, and the corporate business type. However, the quantified non-financial grading score has no significant relationship with other explanatory variables, except for the corporate business type. This implies that a non-financial grade score is measured by other determinants that are not observed by the Korea credit guarantee fund. The pure non-financial grade score has positive relations with the working period of the CEO. Overall, this paper would help Korean SMBs upgrade their credit ratings and expand the money supply when there is no standardized credit rating model or no publicly available evaluation criteria for SMBs. We expect this paper provides important insights for further research and policy-makers for SMBs. In particular, to address the financial needs of thin-filers such as SMBs, technology-based financial services (TechFin) would use alternative data to evaluate the financial capabilities of thin-filers and to develop new financial services.

본고는 전자업계와 전국경제인연합회, 대한상공회의소, 한국무역협회, 중소기업협동조합중앙회 등 전 경제단체들과 공동으로 저작 재산권자들 만을 위해 제도 자체의 많은 문제점을 내포한 사적복제보상금 제도를 추진하는 것은 경제발전은 물론 사회발전에도 역생한다는 점을 들어 동제도 도입을 철회할 것을 요청한 바 있으나, 이를 계속 추진하고 있어 우리 산업계는 물론 전 경제계의 심각한 우려를 가져와 동제도 도입 추진을 즉시 중지하여 줄 것을 관련업계 연명으로 본회에서 상공자원부, 문화체육부, 경제기획원, 재무부, 대통령 비서실, 국무총리 행정조정실 등에 대정부 건의한 내용을 요약한 것임을 밝힌다. This study examined the casual relationships among SMEs' market orientation, brand orientation, firm capabilities-technology and marketing capabilities, competitive advantage and financial performance in export markets based on the resource-based view. The data were collected from 286 cases of exporting SMEs. The results of path analysis indicated that market orientation of exporting SMEs increased technology and marketing capabilities. Market orientation directly increased both competitive advantage and financial performance in export markets. Brand orientation influenced technological capability and had indirect effects on both competitive advantage and financial performance through the firm capabilities. Based on the results, managerial implications and future research directions for exporting SMEs were provided.

It introduces the contents of establishing a geostationary satellite-based forest fire monitoring system that can monitor areas of the Korean Peninsula 24 hours a day for forest fire monitoring, and describes how to establish a forest fire monitoring system and use it in various ways. In order to establish a satellite-utilized forest fire monitoring system, we will describe and draw conclusions on literature research, technical principles, forest fire monitoring means, and satellite forest fire monitoring system. The satellite-utilized forest fire monitoring system can consist of one geostationary satellite equipped with infrared detection optical sensors and a ground processing station that processes data received from satellites to spread surveillance information. Forest fire monitoring satellites are located in the country's geostationary orbit and should be operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a day. Forest fire monitoring technology is an infrared detection technology that can be used in national public interests such as forest fire monitoring and national security. It should be operated 24 hours a day, and to satisfy this, it is efficient to establish a geostationary satellite-based forest fire monitoring satellite system.
