근래 중국정부는 자동차산업을 수시로 변경하고 있다. 또한 외국인 투자에 대한 차별적 정책도 연이어 발표함으로써 중국 진출 국내기업의 각별한 주의가 요망된다. 아직까지 자동차와 관련 산업에 대한 특별조치는 발표되지 않았지만 자동차산업이 중국정부의 전략 육성 산업이라는 점에서 중국 정부의 정책 동향을 예의 주시할 필요가 있다. 중국 정부가 자국 자동차산업의 육성을 위해서는 선진 자동차업체의 희생도 불가피하다고 보고 있기 때문이다. 본 고에서는 지난 7월 중국 정부가 발표한 11차 5개년 계획중 자동차산업 관련 조항과 근래 발표된 중국 정부의 자동차산업정책을 분석해 본 후 이들 정책이 타이어산업에 미칠 영향에 대해 평가해 보기로 한다.

최근 카자흐스탄이 러시아나 서구제국들이 아닌 중국과의 에너지 외교에 큰 진전을 보이고 있듯이, 중국은 미국이나 러시아를 자극하지 않은 채로 중앙아시아제국들과의 경제협력을 확대하고 이를 통한 성공적인 에너지안보체제를 구축하고자 한다. 그러나 역사적으로 일정지역에 중국인들의 진출이 늘어나거나 중국인들의 경제적 영향력이 제고되면, 중국정부의 대상지역에 대한 영향력도 제고되었다는 사실로 미루어, 중국의 해외투자 또는 해외이주와 연관된 중국정부의 연계전략에 대한 주의가 요구된다. 중국정부는 해외투자 또는 해외이주지원이라는 명목으로 제주도의 해군기지 주변 강정마을에 대한 부동산 구매를 시도하고 있으며, 그 밖의 한국 내 미군기지 주변에도 중국인타운을 형성하는데 보이지 않는 정부차원의 지원을 확대하고 있다. 이와 같은 현상은 일본 내 미군기지, 특히 오키나와 미군기지 주변과 사스마섬의 일본 자위대 기지 주변에서도 동일하게 전개되고 있다. 이런 중국정부의 의도는 한국과 일본에 주둔하고 있는 미군기지에 대한 견제장치인 동시에 해당지역 주민들에 대한 중국의 영향력 제고를 목적적 결과물로 노정하고 있는 것이다. 중국자본과 중국인들의 한국과 일본 현지진출은 경제적 이해를 넘어서는 외교적, 군사적 문제까지도 야기할 수 있고 이로 인한 국가간 갈등요인이 제고될 수 있는 만큼, 중국의 해외투자 연계전략에 대한 보다 철저한 관리 감독이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of government subsidies and R&D investment on the increase in profits of Chinese environmental protection companies. The research method for this was empirically analyzed using the Chinese CSMAR database for 161 Chinese environmental protection companies and using statistical data obtained from 805 samples. The analysis results are as follows. First, government subsidies had a positive effect on the increase in profits of Chinese environmental protection companies. Second, government subsidies had a positive effect on R&D investment by Chinese environmental protection companies. Third, R&D investment had a positive effect on the increase in profits of Chinese environmental protection companies. Fourth, R&D investment through government subsidies has a partial mediating effect on the effect on the increase in profits of Chinese environmental protection companies. In this study, based on the results of the study, a plan was proposed to promote the increase in profits of Chinese environmental protection companies by expanding government subsidies to Chinese environmental protection companies and focusing on R&D investment.

영화는 하나의 높은 부가가치의 문화상품이며 영화산업도 한 나라의 문화를 반영할 수 있는 전력적인 산업이다. 중국 영화는 1978년 개혁 개방 이후 빠르게 발전하여, 특히 2016년부터 중국 정부는 "중국 영화산업 촉진 법안"을 반포하여 중국 정부는 영화산업을 적극적으로 지지 및 촉진하여 미래에 대해 강한 성장세를 보일 수 있다. 그러나 중국 영화 산업의 제도가 선진국과 달라, 또한 중국의 영화 심사제도의 경직성과 영화산업 구조의 불균형성으로 인해 중국 영화공급 및 수요에 항상 불균형에 빠져있는 문제들이 있다. 이런 문제점을 극복하기 위해 본 논문은 중국 영화에 대한 수요함수를 추정함으로써 정부의 정책 수립 및 산업적 지도에 도움이 되거나 투자자에게 참고도 되는 목적이다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 논문은 Eviews 8.0 이용해 중국 통계국의 통계 데이터를 분석하여 중국 영화 상품에 대한 수요함수를 추정하는 중심으로 실시하였다. 향후 중국 영화 상품 수요함구가 좀 더 미시적인 소비자 선호별, 지역별 구분하여 엄밀한 분석을 필요하다.

중국은 한글입력 표준을 국제표준으로 제정하려는 소위 '한글공정' 작업을 시도한 바 있다. 당시 우리 정부와 업계의 자성으로 한글자판의 국가표준을 만들었지만 중국의 한글공정은 여전히 현재진행형이다. 특히 중국에서 사용하는 조선어는 중국 정부가 공식 인정한 언어이며 한글을 사용하는 한국-중국-북한 간 언어의 이질성은 매우 심각한 수준이다. 이제 우리나라가 한글의 통일과 표준화에 주도권을 가지고 세계화에 앞장설 시점이다.

E-Government provides convenient information and service, and enhances service quality to people by using new technology. E-Government now becomes representative project that many countries in the world are promoting competitively as a key method improving national competitiveness in the 21st century. With joining WTO, China is also facing a new challenge as e-Government is becoming increasingly common. In accordance with this trend china's e-Government is developing rapidly. But at the same time it also reveals many problems. Especially government and e-Government laws and policies are not integrated into one and legal basis to change management system of government is still weak. Thus, this study deals in generalities such as the concept of Chinese electronic government, the process, the purpose, related issues of the policy by comparing the current state of the Chinese electronic government with Korea electronic government. The purpose of this study is to derive implications from the comparative analysis.

China has used the Antidumping policy as a trade protection tool against Japanese products due to reduce the deficit of trade balance of payment, boost the economic growth and protect its weak industries. This paper investigates whether there is a connection between the China's macroeconomic activity and pressures for protection to Japanese products under antidumping measures with using the current data that come from the WTO, World Bank for 1997 to 2010. The result suggests that pressures for protection under Antidumping measure against exporting of Japanese products to China have increased during periods of macroeconomic weakness like high unemployment, larger deficit of trade balance and decreased during periods of macroeconomic strength.

중국이 떠오르고 있다. 지나친 산업화의 폐해로 환경오염의 장본인인 중국이 이제 친환경건축물을 통해 에너지 절약과 비용절감을 동시에 노리고 있다. 세계의 공장이라는 타이틀에 걸맞게 이제 중국은 넓은 땅과 수 많은 건축물로 몸살을 앓게 되었다. 많은 조사들이 중국의 산업화를 염려하고 있으며 그에 대한 해결책을 내놓고 있다. 그러나 최근 몇 년 사이 중국 정부에서 발표한 에너지 절감 자료들을 보면 조금이나마 안심이 되는 시점이다. 더구나 정부의 계획과 시장의 기술력의 간극 때문에 외국기업들에게 기회가 되고 있다. 우리나라와 기업들은 이러한 때를 놓쳐서는 안 될 것이다. 특히 ESCO를 통한 에너지절감 방법과 노하우가 전수되고 기술이 중국에 이전됨으로 ESCO의 저변확대를 이뤄나가야 할 것이다.

This study examines the impact of political connections of Chinese listed firms on CSR(Corporate Social Responsibilities) activities. Firms recognize the political connections as 'non-market strategy' and actively utilize various benefits obtained through them for management activities. In order to utilize these political connections, there is a need for firms to implicitly perform the government's social policy obligations in return for their benefits. In particular, CSR activities in China are one of the government-led social policies unlike in the West, and the government wants firms to solve social problems through active CSR activities. In this background, this study empirically verifies whether firms with political connections are actively carrying out CSR activities required by the government from 2013 to 2019. As a result, Chinese listed firms with political connections have a positive effect on CSR activities. Especially, those with political connections with central government carry out both government benefits and social policy obligations.
