  • 본 논문은 향후 인터넷 사용의 많은 부분이 현재의 인간 사용자에게 에이전트로 옮겨져 갈 때 정보 검색과 상거래 활동을 중심으로 하는 현 인터넷 비즈니스 모델에 영향(Impact)으로 작용할 수 있는 요소들을 분석하고, 이로 야기되는 새로운 비즈니스 모델의 출현 및 현 비즈니스 모델의 변화에 대하여 고찰한다. 지능형 에이전트로 인한 현 인터넷 비즈니스 광고모델의 변화 및 새로운 광고모델의 등장 가능성, 인터넷상에서 제공하는 서비스에 대한 가격의 변화, 소비자/공급자간 관계의 변화, 중개업자(Intermediary)의 소멸(Disintermediation)가능성, 각 웹사이트들이 가지는 명성 및 브랜드 효과에 대하여 지능형 에이전트가 끼치는 영향 및 이로 인한 Facilitator의 출현 가능성, 에이전트를 활용한 새로운 서비스 등장으로 인한 현 기업조직 및 전략에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하고 그 시사점(Implications)을 도출하였다.

  • Wired and mobile Internet has led to increase in online broadcasting content market size. In particular, the fast-growing smart devices like smart phone and tablet PC in mobile Internet market has accelerated the growth of online broadcasting content service market. Meanwhile, the illegal distribution of online broadcasting content has been widespread in this market. There are also significant transaction costs, search costs, contracting and coordination costs in online broadcasting content market. MCP(Master content provider) which is a content distributor has been playing a critical role in preventing illegal content distribution, reducing costs and removing inefficiencies of online broadcasting content market. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the competency of MCP to streamline the online broadcasting contents market from the resource- based view. And this study conducted a case study to explain the status of online broadcasting content market and define what kinds of problems and issues are there in the market in a systematic way. The case study also showed how MCP competency plays an important role in reducing administrative and transaction costs and in solving illegal content distribution and other inefficiencies of the online broadcasting contents market.

  • Our country has made every efforts to develop Real Estate Transaction culture with emphasis on Licensed Realtors by introducing Real Estate Transaction Law in 1983. Also, MOLIT(Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) designated several organizations including KAR(Korea Association of Realtors) as Real Estate Transaction Information Network Licensees for data credibility enhancement and transaction transparency. Nevertheless, the level of law abiding spirit and transaction culture are still similar to those of the old 'Bokdeokbang' era. The under-developed transaction behaviors prevent the social capital of people's credibility on Licensed Realtors from advancing, and results in the outcomes of unnecessary social cost. That is, very low credibility on the data on Sales Items in the market and the fear of speculative real estate price uprise and market distortions are continuing on. In this context, the purpose of this study is to propose the model of GIS-based Modernized Real Estate Transaction System and its execution policies to support credible Real Estate Information to the general public for efficient transactions in the market. Accordingly, the study aims at contributing to the modernization of Real Estate Transactions, fostering competitiveness of Realtors in the Real Estate Market.

Review of Responsibility in Case of Medical Tour Disputes (의료관광 분쟁시 책임주체에 대한 검토)

  • Medical tour can be said to be a new high added-value tour industry of 21st century. The development of varied and distinguished medical tour products by each country will further vitalize the medical tour industry. As the interest in such medical tour increases, it is necessary to analyze the demand and interests of tourists accurately and prepare medical tour products to be provided in order to develop and promote medical tour products. The government considers the medical tour industry as an industry with high expected effects in job creation through promotion of experts in global healthcare industry and national economy development through high added-value creation, and has expanded aid policies in medical tour field with improvement of medical tour immigration system, one-stop service system for medical tourists, and medical tour labor force promotion system. Nevertheless, there are disputes between foreign patients and medical tour inviting businesses, along with medical accident disputes between foreign patients and medical staff and disputes with those working in the tourism industry. This article reviews the types of disputes occurring around the inviting businesses related to medical tours and tried to review the resolutions. Through this, it was found that medical tour inviting businesses have the responsibility to connect the mediated benefits and risks and also the responsibility to process the tasks. Thus, in case dispute occurs due to passive actions from establishing agency agreement to active mediation results, it is difficult to escape the liabilities. Also, in a medical tour agency contract, the inviting business must be aware that it bears the responsibility to explain and advise the details on benefits and risks to foreign patients. The "Guide to arbitration system for resolution of medical disputes with foreign patients" by Korea Health Industry Development Institute Act presents a method to resolve disputes according to the [laws on medical accident damage relief and medical dispute arbitration] in case a dispute due to medical accidents occurs to foreign patients when the foreign patients prepare diagnosis agreement, Whether such method is sufficient to protect foreign patients, however, is thought to require discussions from more diverse perspectives. In order to vitalize medical tourism, the development of diverse products is also important, but the countermeasures against related disputes should also be prepared. Such is expected to contribute to a greater advancement based on trust of foreign medical tourists alongside excellent medical technologies.

  • The whole world enters into the financial revolution called crowdfunding. The United States, Italy, the United Kingdom and Japan have already legally allowed equity crowdfunding. South Korea also enacted equity crowdfunding in July 2015 for the purpose of efficient financing for startups and SMEs. This study reviews their crowdfunding regulations in terms of offering and investment limitations, requirements for intermediaries and requirements for issuers. And then, we raise several points about Korean crowdfunding and suggest amendment of regulations to promote fund raising through crowdfunding.

Measuring Purchase Price of Apt. Complex Household (아파트 가격조사를 위한 측정방법)

  • A usual method to measure purchase price of apt. complex household is to survey the minimum and the maximum purchase price. However, this method may cause some bias when we are to estimate the average purchase price of a apt complex household. In this paper, we suggest a new measuring method, which inquires the general purchase price in addition to the minimum and the maximum purchase price. A survey result executed on some realtors shows that the proposed measuring method is an applicable and reasonable one.

채권 전자거래 제도에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 미국과 유럽의 채권 전자거래에 대한 제도를 분석한 후, 우리나라의 채권 전자거래에 대해 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 미국과 유럽에선 채권 전자거래 시스템(Electronic Trading System, 이하 ETS)의 영업행위가 원칙적으로 증권 중개업의 관점에서 규제된다. 이러한 방향의 규제 체계는 다양한 형태의 채권 ETS가 등장할 수 있도록 하여 채권시장의 발전에 기여한다. 둘째, 우리나라의 $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$ 15조 2항 및 $\ulcorner$증권거래법시행령$\lrcorner$ 84조의27 6항은 다양한 형태의 채권 ETS의 등장을 원천적으로 봉쇄함으로써 채권시장의 발전을 저해하고 있다. 셋째, 현행 $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$ 15조 2항은 주식 및 선물거래에 대해서 계속 적용하되 채권거래에 대해서는 그 적용이 유보될 필요가 있다. 이를 통하여 $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$은 주식시장을 활성화 시키는 순기능을 유지하면서 채권 ETS의 등장을 원천적으로 봉쇄하는 역기능을 피할 수 있다. 넷째, $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$ 15조 2항이 채권거래에 대해서 적용되지 않는다면, $\ulcorner$증권거래법시행령$\lrcorner$ 84조의27 6항은 삭제되어야 하며, 대신에 증권거래법은 채권 ETS의 활동 범위와 요건을 정의해 주어야 한다. 채권 ETS의 활동은 원칙적으로 증권업자의 중개활동으로 간주되어야 한다. 채권 ETS의 중개 규모가 일정 수준을 넘어설 경우 거래소에 준하는 보고, 공시 및 감시 요건이 부과되는 것이 바람직하다. 다섯째, 채권시장의 효율성을 강화하기 위해서 채권 ETS에 대해서 적용되는 투명성 강화, 시장분할 방지, 공정거래 등에 대한 규제는 거래 대상의 특성에 따라서 탄력적으로 조정될 수 있어야 한다.

  • In this paper, we have studied the technical contribution of internet as a computer mediated communication(CMC) tool for collection management. A new communication process is appearing due to the development of information technology and telecommunications technology which enable users to have an access to information without the help of librarian. Also, internet makes collection management possible in the absence of vendors. This study found out that internet reinforces the traditional functions of collection management and enables librarians to better perform their roles. The future library manager should become actively involved in the development of technology in order to manage resources of internet focusing on the needs of user. Also, we have concluded that collection management should be modernized and transformed with its emphasis on the new evaluation method and assessment of quality when offering resources of internet in the communication process using computers.

A Study on the Current Status and the Results of the Equity Crowdfunding Film Project (증권형 크라우드펀딩 영화 프로젝트 현황 및 결과에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzes the status and results of equity crowdfunding film projects from 2016 to 2018. The film project is conducted in the form of general corporate bonds and participating bonds, and 41.5% of the total bonds were issued, 9.5 billion won. In addition, a t-test analysis of the movie's the breakeven point and audience numbers showed that statistically significant and the average number of audience members was low. Therefore, this study suggests the following for the sustainable growth of the equity crowdfunding film project. Equity crowdfunding brokers should reinforce the review of the possibility of achieving the breakeven point of the film and the factors affecting the box office in the investment manual, and should also actively attract projects on the big films that are likely to be successful. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes the equity crowdfunding film project, which has not yet been widely studied in Korea, and is expected to provide implications in the subsequent research and system improvement process.

  • In recent years, O2O services for real estate sales are widely distributed in web platforms and apps. This allows sellers, buyers, and real estate brokers to quickly and conveniently conduct real estate sales and charter contracts. However, in the O2O-based real estate sales information system, it wastes time and money for real estate buyers due to the posting of fake information, partial correction of the sales information, and intentional non-posting of the sales information. Therefore, we propose a method of detecting the false or not of real estate property information that can occur on the web platform, and design and implement a proposal system for this. To this end, we propose a method of detecting personal identity and property information based on DID, a distributed identity authentication protocol. The false real estate sales information detection system proposed by us can determine the existence of real estate sales information, partially correct the false sales information, or prove whether or not intentionally unpublished in three steps.
