Intermediation Trend in Korea Recruiting Industry: An Exploratory Approach (리크루팅 산업에서의 중개현상 변화추세에 대한 탐색연구 - 한국구인구직시장을 중심으로 -)

  • Under the internet age, the competition among recruiting intermediaries including online and offline players has been intensified for several years. Therefore, their business processes or business models have also been transformed to be able to earn the competitive advantages. For these reasons, the traditional players like offline-based recruiting companies have willingly or unwillingly experienced the competitive disadvantages on the recruit battle ground. The online recruiting intermediaries, who newly participated in this industry and based on the internet environment, however, seized on the competitive advantages with the richness and the reach traits of online media. Under this context, the offline traditional intermediaries, who have been threatened by new online entries, must make a replacement of traditional trading mechanisms with alternative trading mechanisms like IT-enabled intermediaries. In this study by exploratory approach, we investigate the phases of transformation of the traditional recruiting intermediaries, changes in business strategies of offline-based firms, and impacts of online media in e-recruiting industry.

  • 우리들은 현재 엄청난 양과 질의 정보세상에서 생활하고 있다. 때문에 이들 정보들을 보다 효과적으로 활용하고자 하는 것은 당연한 욕심이다. 그 중 대표적인 예로 RPC(Remote Procedure Call)가 있다. 그리고 mobile code를 이용해 새로운 패러다임을 선보이는 Mobile Agent가 있다. 현재 여러 mobile agent 시스템이 Java RMI(Remote Method Call)를 활용하고 있다. 이전의 RPC는 하나의 완전한 객체가 아닌 일반 data만을 네트웍을 통해서 전송할 수 있었으나, Java RMI를 적극 활용하는 mobile agent는 자신이 하나의 객체로 구현되어 네트웍을 통해 목적지 서버로 혹은 다른 호스트로 이동한 후 원격지에서 직접적으로 자기 내부의 메소드를 실행할 수 있다[1,2,3,4]. 이는 사용자의 간섭을 배제한 agent의 자율적이고 독립된 행동을 지원하기 때문에 분산처리분야에서 새로운 패러다임을 제시하고 있다. 그리고 agent가 적합한 서비스를 제공하는 서버를 효율적이고 정확하게 찾는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. middle agent가 바로 이런 기능을 가진 모듈이다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 모빌 에이전트 시스템을 구축하기 위해 서버와 클라이언트와의 상호 연결을 담당하는 새로운 middle agent로서 MiddleMan을 제안하였으며 이것을 이용한 다중 사용방법에 대해서 연구하였다[5].

  • This paper examines the factors affecting financial exclusion, and proposes the strategies for enhancing the role of credit unions as financing source for small business startups. Credit cooperative institutions have played an important role in assisting people and communities who suffer from social and financial exclusion such as small business owners. But many of them have closed and lost their operational grounds by financial restructuring. Accordingly people with low credit scores have faced with increased financial constraints and the government has proposed various measures to assist them. Credit unions should develop strategies more actively to ease their financial constraints, expand and reinforce the operational grounds through relationship banking, enhance competitiveness by community based specialization strategies and developing models.

  • 0 동북아지역 경제의 급속한 성장과 남북경제교류 활성화로 수송 부문의 발달이 중요성을 더해 가고 있슴 0 그러나 지금까지 남북철도 연결에 관한 논의는 통일 후의 방안 만 고려되었을 뿐, 통일 전 남북철도 연결을 목표로 하는 구체 적 전략이 부재하였고, 특히 해운과의 경쟁력 비교시 철도시스 템에 대한 이해부족이 지적됨 0 남북 및 대륙연결 최적 철도망을 구축하기 위해서는 다음과 같 은 접근 방안이 효과적임 - 남북 철도연결은 순수 경제적 관점에서, 민간기업이 주체가 되어, 중국철도 등을 중개자로 하여 사업을 추진 - 단계적이며 실용적 접근전략에 따라, 1단계로는 경의선 만을 연결하고, 여객취급을 배제하며, 컨테이너 수송만으로 시작하다가, 광물자원 수송 등 확대 - 초기에는 남북간 수송보다는 한국과 중국 . 러시아 간의 컨테 이너 통과수송 취급에 중점 (북한의 수송수입 강조) - 경의선을 따라 남북 군사분계선 근처에 각측의 경계역을 만들 고, 상대촉 파견관의 검색 및 언수에 따라 열차가 휴전선을 통과하여, 반대펀 경계역에 이르면 기관차 및 승무원을 교체 하며, 화차는 일정 기간 이내 되돌려주는 방식 채택으로 남북 철도 시스댐 차이에 따른 기술적 문제 해소 0 대륙철도의 이용은 동북아 권역내 수송에 중점을 두되, E ESCAP의 활동에 따라 TCR,TSR을 이 용한 유럽 및 중동으로 의 수송도 추진하며, 남북 철도연결 추진과 병행하여 열차페리의 도입에 의한 철도- 해운 복합수송 방식의 활성화를 적극 검토활 것이 필요함

A Study on Price Competitiveness for LNG Bunkering in the Busan Port (부산항의 LNG 벙커링 가격 경쟁력 확보 방안)

  • LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) bunkering has become an important issue with the enforcement of environment regulations in shipping industry required by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). With increased attention on LNG bunkering, many studies that focus on safety, regulation, demand forecasting, and the feasibility of LNG fueled ships have been carried out. However, most of the existing research has not included considerations of the price of LNG bunkering and its competitiveness. This paper, therefore, suggests ways to increase price competitiveness in the LNG bunkering market in the Busan Port. This paper analyzes the LNG bunkering supply mechanism by investigating various LNG bunkering terminal business in the LNG supply market. Factors that determine LNG bunkering price and its elasticity are also identified. Market players who want to operate LNG bunkering terminals in the Busan Port should introduce a merchandising trade method that is able to exclude the "Korea premium" in order to increase price competitiveness. This paper also suggests adoptable strategies such as the use of TPS (Terminal to Ship via Pipeline) type of bunkering service and the importance of location for minimizing initial investment cost.

  • Recently the web service area provides the efficient integrated environment of the internal and external of corporation and enterprise that wants the introduction of it is increasing. Also the web service develops and the new business model appears, the domestic enterprise environment and e-business environment are changing caused by web service. The web service which provides the similar function increases, most the method which searches the suitable service in demand of the user is more considered seriously. When it needs to choose one among the similar web services, service consumer generally needs quality information of web service. The problem, however, is that the advertised QoS information of a web service is not always trustworthy. A service provider may publish inaccurate QoS information to attract more customers, or the published QoS information may be out of date. Allowing current customers to rate the QoS they receive from a web service, and making these ratings public, can provide new customers with valuable information on how to rank services. This paper suggests the agent-based quality broker architecture which helps to find a service providing the optimum quality that the consumer needs in a position of service consumer. It is able to solve problem which modify quality requirements of the consumer from providing the architecture it selects a web service to consumer dynamically. Namely, the consumer is able to search the service which provides the optimal quality criteria through UDDI browser which is connected in quality broker server. To quality criteria value decision of each service the user intervention is excluded the maximum. In the existing selection architecture, the objective evaluation was difficult in subjective class of service selecting of the consumer. But the proposal architecture is able to secure an objectivity with the quality criteria value decision where the agent monitors binding information in consumer location. Namely, it solves QoS information of service which provider does not provide with QoS information sharing which is caused by with feedback of consumer side agents.
