  • 본 논문에서는 기존 고층주택단지를 대상으로 승강기가 전부하 상태로 상승할 때 실제로 전동기의 인입간선에 흐르는 최대전류, 즉 가속전류와 이로인해 생기는 전압강하를 실제분석했다. 이 결과에서 나타난 승강기의 가속전류 오용범위는 그 전동기의 규격전류에 대해 5.5㎾가 380%이하, 7.5㎾는 350%이하 11㎾는 330%이하이며, 간선의 전압강하는 5% 이내로 유지되고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구는 1992 Health and Retirement Survey(HRS' the Beta Release)를 사용하여 유산상속 결정에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하였다 조사를 위해 사용된 표본은 55세이상의 노 인 2,208명이었으며 표본 특성을 파악하기 위해 평균과 빈도를 분석하였고 유산상속 결정에 미치는 영향요인을 조사하기 위해 Probit 분석을 수행하였다 분석결과 주택지분액이 클수록 저축.CD.채권.주식보유액이 많은 노인일수록 유산상속을 할가능성이 높게나타났다 또한 교육수준이 높거나 백인 노인의 경우는 교육수준이 낮거나 백인이 아닌 경우보다 유산상속 을 할 가능성이 높았다 반면 건강상태가 나쁘거나 자녀수가 많은 노인은 유산상속을 할 가 능성이 낮게 나타났다.

  • 건설현장의 특성상 굴착공사는 필수공정이고 비록 말뚝공사가 없다할지라도 암반굴착 등 진동소음 발생여지는 언제나 존재하고 있다고 할 수 있다 이에 대한 국부적인 암반발파, 파쇄에 따른 소음감소 또한 큰 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 건설현장 자체적으로 민원 발생에 대비하여 인접 주택 지점에서 소음 계측을 하고 허용값 초과 여부를 판단하는 실행을 하고 있으나 주민이 느끼는 체감 소음은 조금 다를 수도 있어서 민사소송으로까지 확대되어 현장경영 및 공정에 큰 타격을 가하고 회사 이미지 실추로까지 이어질 수 있고 막대한 보상비 지급이 뒤따를 수도 있는 상태로까지 확대될 수 있다.(중략)

Effect of Tumor Hypoxia on Efficacy of Tirapazamine Combined with Fractionated Irradiation in Mouse Tumor (마우스종양에서 분할방사선조사와 병용된 Tirapazamine의 효과에 미치는 종양 저산소상태의 영향)

  • Purpose : Tumor hypoxia can be overcome with hypoxic cytotoxin. In mouse tumor, tirapazamine's efficacy of the potentiating radiation effect was tested by the tumor oxygenation status combined with hype facti on ated rad iotherapy .:The control and hypoxic mouse tumors we established by inoculation of RIF-1 tumor cells into the normal or previously irradiated back and thigh of C3H mice. When the tumors reached a proper size, both the control and hypoxic tumors were given hypefractionated treatments (8fractions/4 days) with saline (0.02 ml/g), tirapazamin (0.08 mM/0.02 ml/kg), irradiation (2.5 Gy), irradiation combined with tirapazamine given 30 minutes prior to each irradiation. The response was evaluated by the growth delay assay by measuring tumor size from day 0 (12 hrs prior to the first fractionation) to the day when the volume had 4-fold increase or cross sectional area had 2-fold increase. Results : Overall growth pattern showed that tirapazamine Potentiated radiation effect in back and thigh tumors grew in the normal and preirradiated tumor bed. With growth delay assay using reference point of initial tumor volume or cross sectional area, tirapazamine potentiated radiation effect 1.9 times for the control and 2.4 times for the hypoxic tumors in back, and 1.85 times for the control and 1.6 times for the hypoxic tumors. With reference of 4-fold increase of the initial volume or 2-fold increase of the cross sectional area, tirapazamine potentiated radiation effect 1.48 times for the control and 2.02 times for the hypxic tumors in back, and 1.85 times for the control and 1.6 times for the hypoxic tumors. Conclusions : Present result indicated that radiation response of hypoxic tumors was potentiated by tirapazamine in the back or thigh tumors grew in the control or preirradiated tumor bed, and potentiation of the hypoxic tumors was eDual to or greater than that of the control tumors in the back or thigh.

The Land Use-Transportation Model with Taste Heterogeneity (행태의 다양성을 고려한 토지이용 - 교통모형의 개발)

  • 1960년 초부터 토지이용과 교통의 상관관계를 계량적으로 설명하고자 하는 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 이러한 연구는 경제이론을 배경으로 하여 개발된 McKinnon-Type 모형과 Mills-Type 모형, 그리고 경제학이 반영되어있지 않은 Lowry-Type 모형으로 크게 대별할 수 있다. 이제까지의 이러한 연구는 각 가정의 주거입지선정과 직장선정에 있어서 취향의 다양성(taste heterogeneity)을 고려하여 있지않고 있어 본 연구에서는 로짓모형을 이용하여 Alonso(1964) 모형을 더욱 발전시켜 토지이용-교통의 일반균형 모형(general equilibrium model)을 개발하였다. 이 통계적 토지이용-교통모형은 완전 경쟁하의 일반균형상태에서 주택임대료, 노동력임금, 상품가격이 내생적으로 산출되어지며, 동시에 효율적인 교통체계하에서 일반균형상태의 생산량과 생산부지 그리고 주거수와 주거부지가 어떻게 분배되는지를 내생적으로 결정한다. 이논문에서 효율적인 교통체계라함은 해당 죤에서 도로에 사용된 토지의 임대료가 교통체증비용의 전통행량에 대한 합과 동일하도록 하는 최적교통체증정도(optimal congestion level)을 유지할 수 있는 도로체계를 뜻한다. 또한 비효율적 교통체계하에서는 토지 이용에 왜곡이 생겨서 전체적 비용의 상승으로 각 국민 혹은 각 주민이 생활에서 얻을 수 있는 효용가치가 떨어짐을 분석할 수도 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to consider improvement performance to prevent condensation and draw the optimum insulation design method for building using simulation tool. In this study, the three corners, weak part in condensation, were conducted by three-dimensional steady state simulation. From the results, it is required to strengthen insulation design, and it is founded that existing insulation system typically applied to most Korean apartment buildings has serious insulation defect that insulation is disconnected by structural components at the joints of wall-slab and wall-wall in envelope. So, it is considerate to need a concrete technology improvement.

Comparative Analysis on National Housing Survey of Six Countries: Policy Implications and Recommendation for Korean Housing Survey (해외 6개국의 주거실태조사 비교 분석 및 국내 시사점 : 미국, 영국, 프랑스, 네덜란드, 호주, 일본을 중심으로)

  • The aim of this study is to discuss ways to improve Korea's housing survey by comparatively analyzing the housing surveys being carried out in six other countries. The subject countries are the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Australia, and Japan-the countries that conducts large-scale surveys for more than 20,000 households on a national level and where data collection is easily available. The comparative analysis items include survey history, purpose, subject, project owner, survey item, data collection method, and the use of survey outcome. The comparative analysis results showed that each of the six countries are conducting national housing condition surveys on a regular basis considering each nation's characteristics of housing stock and policy goals, and the survey results are being used as the basis for setting policy guidelines including the selection of policy targets and the determination of appropriate rent standards, and the basis for housing assistance budget planning. Korea's housing survey has been conducted three times up until now since 2006. There should be efforts to systemize and standardize the survey components, establish standards for monitoring the changing trend of national housing stock, standards for determining policy targets, and measures to open data and provide feedback considering the preceding studies of overseas countries in order to better utilize the housing survey data for policy development.

A Study on the Seasonal Survey of the Indoor Air Quality in New Apartment Houses (신축 공동주택의 계절별 실내공기질 실측조사에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of the indoor air quality by season. The surveyed houses were 48 new apartment complex in 2012 across the country. The houses were carried out the bakeout before the test. The measuring method was "Indoor air quality testing standards process" and the measured items were formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, styrene average emissions. All the items were more emitting during the summer. From June to September the average concentration of formaldehyde emission was higher than other seasons. The average emissions of benzene concentrations in all seasons were released in small quantities. Average emissions of toluene and ethylbenzene concentration from April to August showed slightly higher emissions. Xylene and styrene concentration showed the highest emissions at April, but without large deviations throughout the year.

Influence of Housing Market Changes on Construction Company Insolvency (주택시장 변화가 규모별 건설업체 부실화에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • The construction industry has strong ties with other industries, and so construction company insolvency also has a strong influence on other industries. Prediction models addressing the insolvency of construction company have been well studied. Although factors contributing to insolvency must precede those of predictions of insolvency, studies on these contributing factors are limited. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of changes in the housing market on construction company insolvency by using the Vector Error Correction Model. Construction companies were divided into two groups, and the expected default frequency(EDF), which indicates insolvency of each company was measured through the KMV model. The results verified that 10 largest construction companies were in a better financial condition compared to relatively smaller construction companies. As a result of conducting impulse response analysis, the EDF of large companies was found to be more sensitive to housing market change than that of small- and medium-sized construction companies.

A Study on Factors that Improve Waterfront Satisfaction: Targeting Residents of Apartment Houses in the Tokyo's Coastal Area (수변 만족도를 향상시키는 요인에 관한 연구: 도쿄 임해지역 집합주택 거주자를 대상으로)

  • This study examines the factors contributing to waterfront satisfaction among different generations, utilizing a survey on the use and perception of waterfront areas by residents of apartment houses in Tokyo's coastal region. The variables used in this study are developed through a review of existing literature, focusing on factors related to waterfront usage. Specifically, we select the proximity to the waterfront, duration of stay at the waterfront, and frequency of visits to the waterfront as key variables for investigation. In addition, the study further incorporates aspects related to waterfront recognition, such as the space, user behavior, and management status of the waterfront. Utilizing these variables, we carry out a correlation analysis to investigate the association between generational use and perception of the waterfront and their satisfaction with water-related experiences. The results identify three key factors to enhance waterfront satisfaction: First, to increase visits from both younger and older generations, improving pedestrian access to the waterfront is essential. Second, for middle-aged and older generations, creating waterfront areas closer to their residences can reduce travel distance and time, encouraging more frequent use. Third, maintaining clean and well-kept waterfront spaces is fundamental for all generations to enjoy relaxing experiences, thereby improving overall satisfaction.
