Recently in Korea, the need has increased for the systematization of the qualifications of subject specialist librarians who have both knowledge and work experience on specific subject. The purpose of this study is to analyze the domestic situation of subject special library services as well as the education backgrounds or work experience of current subject librarians in Korea. At the end, the study attempts to suggest an appropriate framework for the qualification system establishment and operation in Korea based on the supply and demand analysis of domestic subject specialist librarians.

눈에 띄는 인상적인 사진을 만들기 위해서는 명도와 색상 대비를 통해 주제를 강조하는 방법, 타이밍, 보조피사체 등을 이용한 다양한 방법들이 있다. 그 중 색상 대비란 조합된 색에 의해 주제가 시각적으로 두드러지게 나타나는 것을 말하면 명도 대비는 주변의 발기와 주제의 밝기가 대비를 이뤄 주제가 배경으로부터 돋보이도록 만드는 기법을 말한다. 특히 하나의 움직임 속에서 서로가 균형을 이루고 있는 단 하나의 순간을 찾아내는 타이밍 또한 인상적인 사진을 만드는 요건이다.

This study presents the research trends of Records and Archives Management in Korea by analyzing the articles of the Records and Archives Management in Korea according to subjects, issue periods, journals and researchers. For the study, 374 articles from 3 academic journals published between 1999 and 2009 were analyzed. As a result, several research trends in this field were discovered. The summary of the study is as follows: Firstly, it has been proven that the productivity of the articles of Records and Archives Management in Korea increases as time goes by. Secondly, there are differences in the subject fields among journals in Records and Archives Management. Thirdly, there are differences in the subject fields among researchers' institutions. Fourthly, there are no differences in the subject fields among researchers' specialized areas.

실시간 영상에서 객체 추적은 수년간 컴퓨터 비전 및 여러 실용적 응용 분야에서 관심을 가지는 주제 중 하나이다. 하지만 배경영상의 잡음을 객체로 인식하는 오류로 인하여 추출하고자 하는 객체를 찾지 못하는 경우가 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 영상에서 적응적 배경영상을 이용하여 객체를 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 입력되는 영상에서 배경영역의 잡음을 제거하고 조명에 강인한 객체 추출을 위하여 객체영역이 아닌 배경영역 부분을 실시간으로 갱신함으로써 적응적 배경영상을 생성한다. 그리고 배경영상과 카메라로부터 입력되는 입력영상과의 차를 이용하여 객체를 추출한다.

Recently, many interactive artworks produce through convergence of art and scientific technology. Artists or designers should cooperate with other areas for analysis in order to share database. According to these requirements, In this study, we analyze Kandinsky's works which are more emphasis on subject area than the emphasis to background area by using a number of colors, faces, and brightness levels. Due to this approach, it determines how to represent for stable screen composition attracting viewer's eyes. As a result, the subject area has more a number of colors, faces, and brightness levels than the background area. In addition, we produce the interactive artwork based on the analyzed data. According to the requirement of convergence and collaboration in the historical background, this study will be able to contribute to make the collaboration by sharing common information between artists and professionals in other areas. In addition, it is expected that other production makers who do not have the background of arts education will be able to configure the visual screen.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the guidelines for organizing and maintaining their subject directory search engines which serve effective search results of web documents. The methods of this study are to review and analyze some directory search engines for finding problems of them and review literatures concerned with classification theory and previous studies. As results, this study suggests the guidelines for preparing the systematic subject directory scheme that is adapted to the internet directory search engines related to general andlor special subject fields through using the above guidelines.

실시간 영상에서 객체 추적은 수년간 컴퓨터 비전 및 여러 실용적 응용 분야에서 관심을 가지는 주제 중 하나이다. 하지만 배경영상의 잡음을 객체로 인식하는 오류로 인하여 추출하고자 하는 객체를 찾지 못하는 경우가 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 영상에서 적응적 배경영상을 이용하여 객체를 추출하고 추적하는 방법을 제안한다. 입력되는 영상에서 배경영역의 잡음을 제거하고 조명에 강인한 객체 추출을 위하여 객체영역이 아닌 배경영역 부분을 실시간으로 갱신함으로써 적응적 배경영상을 생성한다. 그리고 배경영상과 카메라로부터 입력되는 입력영상과의 차를 이용하여 객체를 추출한다. 추출된 객체의 내부점을 이용하여 최소사각영역을 설정하고, 이를 통해 객체를 추적한다. 아울러 제안방법의 성능에 대한 실험결과를 기존 추적알고리즘과 비곤 분석하여 평가한다.

실시간 영상에서 객체 추적은 수년간 컴퓨터 비전 및 여러 실용적 응용 분야에서 관심을 가지는 주제 중 하나이다. 실제로 실시간 영상내의 객체 추적은 빠른 처리와 많은 연산은 요구하고 고가의 장비가 필요하기 때문에 많은 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 보안시스템에 적용될 수 있게 실시간으로 배경영상을 갱신하면서 객체를 추출 및 추적하고 추출된 객체에서 얼굴을 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 배경영상과 입력영상의 차이를 이용하여 실시간으로 배경영상을 입력영상으로 대체하여 시간의 흐름에 의한 배경잡음을 최소화하도록 적응적 배경영상을 생성한다 그리고 배경영상과 카메라로부터 입력되는 입력영상과의 차를 이용하여 객체의 크기와 위치를 탐지하여 객체를 추출한다. 추출된 객체의 내부점을 이용하여 최소사각영역을 설정하고 이를 통해 실시간 객체추적을 하였다. 또한 설정된 최소사각영역은 피부색의 RGB 영역에서 얼굴 영역을 추출하는데도 적용한다.
