Exploration of Knowledge Hiding Research Trends Using Keyword Network Analysis (키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 지식은폐 연구동향 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the research trends in the filed of individual knowledge hiding through keyword network analysis. As individuals intentionally hide their knowledge beyond not sharing their knowledge in organizations and the research on knowledge hiding steadily spreads, it is necessary to examine the research trends regarding knowledge hiding behaviors. For keyword network analyses, we collected 346 kinds of 578 keywords from 120 articles associated with knowledge hiding behaviors. We also transformed the keywords to 86 nodes and 667 links by data standardizing criteria and finally analyzed the keyword network among them. Moreover, this study scrutinized knowledge hiding trends by comparing the conceptual model for knowledge hiding based on literature review and the network structure based on keyword network analysis. As results, first, the network centrality degree, knowledge sharing, creativity, and performance was higher than others in Degree, Betweenness, Closeness centrality. Second, this study analyzed ego networks about psychological ownership and individual emotion theoretically associated with knowledge hiding and explored the relationship between variables through comparing with the conceptual model for knowledge hiding. Finally, the study suggested theoretical and practical implications and provided the limitations and suggestions for future research based on study findings.

Application Effects of Organic Fertilizer Utilizing Livestock Horn Meal as Domestic Organic Resource on the Growth and Crop Yields (국내산 유기자원 우각을 활용한 유기질비료의 작물 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향)

  • Objective of this study was to develop an organic fertilizer utilizing domestic livestock horn meal and to investigate the application effect of rice and eggplant. The possibility of utilization of livestock horn meal as an organic resource to replace imported expeller cake fertilizer was examined. In order to select domestic organic resources with high nitrogen content, 8 kinds of organic matter such as chicken manure, fish meal, soybean meal, sesame meal, perilla meal, blood meal, livestock horn meal, and beer sludge were analyzed and organic resources with high nitrogen content were selected. In addition, the conditions for the production of organic fertilizers that can be used in organic agriculture were established by mixing of the rice husk biochar and the rice bran as the supplements with the raw materials for mixing ratios. The content of total nitrogen (T-N) in the livestock horn meal was 12.0 %, which was the next low in 13.5 % blood meal. The content of total nitrogen was 5.9 ~ 7.9 % in fish meal and oil cakes. Total nitrogen content of non-antibiotic chicken manure for organic farming was 3 % and nitrogen content in beer sludge was 3.5 %. Organic fertilizer was produced by using biochar, rice bran as a main ingredient of non-antibiotic chicken manure, livestock horn meal and beer sludge. Compared to nitrogen content (4.0 to 4.2 %) of imported expeller cake fertilizer (ECF), the nitrogen content of organic fertilizer utilizing domestic livestock horn meal is as high as 7.5 %. The developed organic fertilizer is met as Zn 400 mg/kg, Cu 120 mg/kg the quality of organic agricultural materials such as or less. To investigate the effect of fertilizer application on the crops, prototypes of developed organic fertilizer were used for the experiment under selected conditions. As a result of application the developed organic livestock horn meal fertilizer (LHMF) for cultivation of the rice and eggplant, the application quantity of the developed organic LHMF 100 % was decreased by 40 % compared to that of the mixed expeller cake fertilizer (MECF). The application of LHMF, which refers to the application rate corresponding to the nitrogen fertilization recommended by the soil test, was reduced by 40% compared to the application rate of MECF, but the same results were obtained in crop growth and yield. The selection of a new high concentration nitrogen source utilizing domestic organic resources and the development of organic fertilizer is the starting point of the research for substitution of imported ECF using domestic local resources at the present time that the spread of eco-friendly agriculture is becoming increasingly important. If it is expanded in the future, it is expected to contribute to the stable production of eco-friendly agricultural products.

플라즈마 표면처리시 산소 분율의 변화가 기판의 표면에너지와 코팅층과의 계면 부착 특성에 미치는 영향

  • 표면에너지는 계면특성을 지배하는 핵심인자로 디스플레이의 터치 스크린 패널 공정, 이종소재의 접합, 금속의 클래딩 등 실제 산업에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 표면에너지는 코팅과 본딩 이론에 있어서 기본이 되는 물리량으로 표면에너지가 높을수록 코팅 또는 박막 증착시 코팅, 증착이 용이하며 이종소재의 접합도 쉽게 일어난다. 본 연구에서는 플라즈마 표면처리시 산소 분율의 변화에 따른 기판의 표면에너지와 코팅층과 기판의 부착력의 변화에 대해 연구하였다. 연구의 주요 기판으로 ITO, PET 기판을 사용하였고, 표면 에너지 변화를 확인하기 위해 기판을 상온 상압 플라즈마에 노출시켰다. 플라즈마는 아르곤(Ar)의 공급량을 20 LPM으로 고정하고 산소($O_2$)의 공급량을 0 sccm에서 40 sccm 까지 10 sccm 간격으로 변수를 주었다. 표면에너지 값은 기판 위에 형성된 액체의 접촉각을 통해 도출하였다. 표면에너지 측정 액체로 증류수(deionized water)와 디오도메탄(diiodo-methane)을 사용하였다. 표면에너지는 산소분압이 10 sccm에서 최대값인 76 mJ/m2으로 증가한 후 20 sccm까지 유지하다 다시 직선적으로 감소하였다. 기판에 증착된 크롬 박막의 부착력은 스크래치 테스트를 통해 측정하였다. 표면에너지의 증가와 비례하게 부착력은 증가하였고 표면에너지가 감소하는 범위에서는 부착력도 감소하였다. 기판과 코팅층의 부착력 증가 원인 중 하나인 계면 산화물 층의 생성 여부를 알아보기 위해 auger electron spectroscopy (AES) 분석을 진행하였다. AES 분석을 통해 플라즈마 표면처리시 기판과 코팅층의 계면 산화물층의 두께가 표면에너지의 변화와 비례하게 증가하였다가 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. 산소분압이 10 sccm 이었을 경우 산화물층의 두께가 가장 두꺼웠다. 또한 계면의 화학적 결합 상태를 알아보기 위해 X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) 분석을 진행하였으며 산소 분율의 변화에 따라 크롬 산화물의 양이 증가하였다 감소하는것을 확인하였다. 이 연구를 통해 산소를 포함한 플라즈마 표면개질이 기판과 코팅층의 부착력 증가에 영향을 끼침을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한 이를 응용하여 부착력 증가가 필요한 다양한 분야에서도 쉽게 적용시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Study on Behavior Analysis of Crash Cushion Using Analysis Data of High-Speed Camera (고속카메라 영상분석 데이타를 이용한 충격흡수시설의 충돌거동 분석에 관한 연구)

  • Collision behavior of clash cushion occurs for a second of less than 0.4sec usually so that it is too hard to calculate numerically. Therefore, for development of trash cushion, it rely on full-scale vehicle crash test without any design procedure. Occupant safety indices if calculated from acquired data by data measurement system and collision behavior of vehicle and crash cushion is filming using high-speed camera in the crash test. But practical ufo scope of high-speed camera is limited and it is not using to calculated the occupant safety indices or analyzed the energy dissipated mechanism of crash cushion. This work is to estimate to be suitable or not for compare the data from measurement system with the data from high-speed camera. And also it is to grope for practical use scheme to calculation of occupant safety indices or analysis of collision behavior.

Change of S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine(SAM) Content in Material by Addition of the Kimchi (김치의 재료별 첨가량에 따른 SAM 함량의 변화)

  • 본 연구에서는 발효기간 중 SAM 생성량 증진김치의 최적조건을 개발하기 위해 배추김치의 재료별 및 제조법에 따른 발효기간 중의 SAM 함량 변화를 측정하였다. 발효가 진행됨에 따라 모든 김치군의 pH는 발효초기에는 급격히 감소하다가 후기에는 pH $4.2{\sim}4.3$으로 비슷하게 나타났다. 산도는 pH와 비슷한 경향을 보이면서 발효초기에는 급격히 감소하다가 후기에는 서서히 증가하는 경향을 보였다. SAM 함량은 가장 기본적인 재료로만 제조한 표준(A)김치는 가장 낮게 나타났고, SAM이 검출되는 원 부재료에 SAM 함량이 많은 김치가 SAM 함량도 높게 나타났다. 모든 김치군 중 I김치가 가장 높은 SAM 함량을 나타냈으며, 김치별 SAM 함량이 가장 높은 발효시점은 A, K김치는 pH $4.6{\sim}4.9$, 산도 $0.38{\sim}0.57$0.57, D, H김치는 pH 6.3, 산도 $0.24{\sim}0.27$, E, G김치는 pH $6.1{\sim}6.6$, 산도 $0.05{\sim}0.14$0.14, B, C, F, I, J김치는 pH $4.3{\sim}5.3$, 산도 $0.45{\sim}1.02$에서 나타났다. 따라서 대부분의 김치는 적숙기시점이 되었을 때 B, E, G, H김치는 초기발효 때부터 SAM 함량이 높게 나타났다. 또한 발효가 진행됨에 따라 SAM 함량은 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 따라서 연구결과 주재료인 채소류와 젓갈의 함량비를 적절히 제조하여 최적의 SAM 생산능력의 발효시점과 김치맛에 영향을 끼치지 않는 관능적으로 적합하고 SAM 생성이 보다 효과적으로 유도되는 최적의 조건에 대한 실험들이 추가적으로 필요하다고 판단된다.

  • Three-dimensional (3D) object retrieval from user-drawn sketch queries is one of the important research issues in the areas of pattern recognition and computer graphics for simulation, visualization, and Computer Aided Design. The performance of content-based 3D object retrieval system depends on the availability of effective descriptors and similarity measures for this kind of data. In this paper, we present a sketch-based 3D object retrieval system by extracting a hybrid edge descriptor which is robust against rotation and translation. The experimental results which are based on HTML5 and WebGL show that proposed sketch-based 3D object retrieval method is very efficient to search and order the 3D objects according to user's intention.

  • This study explored the police organizational health diagnosis index development. and the ultimate purpose of this study is to suggest the ways for the police to develop the police organizational health diagnosis index and then to raise the organizational effectiveness. A police organizational health diagnosis index comprises three categories; Organizational Behavior, Group Behavior, and Individual Behavior. A Organizational Behavior questionnaire comprises five categories; Organizational Structure, Organizational atmosphere, Environmental Compliance, Transformational Leadership, and Communication & decision-making. Secondly, A Group Behavior questionnaire comprises five categories; How to manage the personnel, Conflict management style, Group cohesion, Vision and Strategy, and Community-oriented & shared responsibility. Thirdly, An Individual Behavior questionnaire comprises five categories; Job Motivation, work-related factors, Trust, Vitality, and Organizational Cynicism. This author expects this study to contribute to the development of an adequate measuring instrument of the police organizational health diagnosis index.

  • In the present, as standards has been considered as a strategic method, the numerous conferences and seminars related to standards have been held. The limitation, however, of time and space and the absence of the associated schedule information prevents people who need information from them horn participating in the all seminars and conferences in which they want to take part. furthermore after having attended there, it is difficult to obtain the well-structured information about the seminar or conference, unless he or she meet the authorities concerned or the person who presided a particular seminar or conference, and in the case of a large-sized seminar, there is the problem that he or she present himself at a place cant participate in the other seminar or conference at the same time. To resolve these problems, we want to implement Virtual Seminar Service System on Web in order to provide moving picture including data related to standards with the public regardless of time and space. This paper describes the related based-technologies to develop web-based virtual seminar service system also including the basic design and the result of implementation.

  • In this study, the pervaporation separation characteristics were investigated for the iso-propyl alcohol (IPA)-water system using PDMS dense membranes. The ratio, 9:1 and 10:1, of the basic material based on RTV-655 and crosslinking agent were used to prepare dense membranes at the reaction temperatures, 40, 60, and $80^{\circ}C$. And these resulting membranes were characterized by pervaporation technique in terms of permeabilities and separation factors for the feed composition of IPA 85 wt% at the operating temperatures, 25, 35, 45, and $55^{\circ}C$. Typical results of permeabilities $148g/m^2{\cdot}hr$ at $55^{\circ}C$ for 9:1 membrane and the selectivity 17 at $55^{\circ}C$ for 10:1 membrane were obtained, respectively.

Production of Extracellular Laccase by Lignindegrading Basidiomycete Coriolus versicolor CV3 (리그닌 분해균 Coriolus versicolor CV3에 의한 Laccase의 생산)

  • The cultural conditions in shake flasks were investigated under which maximum amounts of laccase produced by a strain of white-rot fungus Coriolus versicolor CV3. The enzyme yields on potato-malt extract medium by the fungus were higher than on other media consisted of onion infusion or malt extract, with maximum activity of $1.50unit/m{\ell}$ culture or 119.5 unit/g mycelium at 11 days of incubation. Maximum yields of laccase and growth were obtained by supplementation of yeast extract or potassium nitrate to the potato-malt extract medium. Addition of 2.5-xylidine at $4{\times}10^{-4}M$ concentration to the medium induced the laccase production 3.1-fold higher than the basal level, while the mycelial growth was somewhat repressed. The pH optimum for the growth and laccase formation by the fungus was between pH 4 to 4.5.
