기계설비관련대학 탐방(14) - 에너지와 환경으로 미래 첨단성장 동력산업 주도 -동명대학교 공과대학 냉동공조학과-

  • 국내의 기계 및 설비관련 학과는 모든 산업의 기초가 되는 기계를 다루는 기술인이 반드시 알아야 할 기계관련 이론과 다양한 실기를 통해 산업현장에 필요한 전문직업인 양성에 교육 목표를 두고 있다. 또한 오늘날 첨단 기계 산업의 발달 및 다양화에 따라 생산 및 생산시설 관리, 제품 설계 및 제작, 엔지니어링 마케팅, 컴퓨터 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 관련 업무를 충실히 담당할 중견 전문가 양성도 담당하고 있다. 본지는 지난해 3월호부터 이번호까지 총 14회에 걸쳐 전국의 기계 및 설비관련 학과를 소개했다. 건축물이 첨단화 다양화 되면서 기계설비의 비중이 점차 커짐에 따라 각 대학들은 다양한 커리큘럼을 마련해 전문성 향상은 물론, 개별 경쟁력 확보를 위해 자격증 및 어학 등을 강화함으로써 21세기가 요구하는 미래의 기계설비인 양성을 위해 노력하고 있음을 엿볼 수 있었다. 본지는 이번호를 끝으로 기계설비 관련 대학 탐방을 마친다. 그동안 취재 및 원고 작성에 협조해주신 대학 관계자 여러분께 감사드린다.

  • 본 논문은 휴대용 테스트 시스템을 개발한 논문으로 스마트폰의 기반에서 언제, 어디서나 문제를 풀 수 있는 응시시스템으로 활용 가능하며, 자기 개발을 위한 1일, 1주일, 1달 단위의 학습프로그램으로 이용할 수도 있다. 본 휴대용 테스트 시스템을 개발하기 위해 안드로이드폰에 대한 상식문제테스트 앱을 개발하였으며, 4지선다형의 문제를 탭메뉴와 콤보상자를 배치하여 사용자가 편리하게 터치로 입력할 수 있도록 하였다. 학교에서 전공이나 자격증에 대한 학습을 이렇게 앱으로 개발하여 학생들에게 배포하여도 적합할 것이다. 사용자그룹에 대한 수요도 조사 후 다양한 응시시험과 학습에 확장하여 구현한다.

Contribution of Emotional Labor to Burnout and Work Engagement of School Foodservice Employees in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province (대구·경북 일부지역 학교급식 조리종사자의 감정노동이 직무 소진 및 직무 열의에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in emotional labor strategies, burnout, and work engagement according to general characteristics of school foodservice employees as well as verify differential effects of two emotional labor strategies on burnout and work engagement. Our survey was administered to 400 school foodservice employees in Gyeongbuk from March 3 to April 25, 2014. A total of 358 completed questionnaires were returned, and 350 questionnaires were used for final analysis. For verification of mean differences, the mean scores for surface acting, deep acting, burnout, and work engagement were shown to be 2.38/5.00, 3.46, 2.67, and 3.41, respectively. The mean surface acting was significantly different according to cooking certification (P<0.001), turnover number (P<0.001), salary (P<0.001), and school level (P<0.01). The mean deep acting was significantly different according to educational background (P<0.001), cooking certification (P<0.001), employment status (P<0.001), salary (P<0.001), school level (P<0.01), and meal service time (P<0.05). The mean burnout was significantly different according to educational background (P<0.01), cooking certification (P<0.05), employment status (P<0.001), school level (P<0.001), and meal service time (P<0.001). The mean work engagement was significantly different according to cooking certification (P<0.001), employment satus (P<0.001), salary (P<0.001), school level (P<0.01), and meal service time (P<0.05). Verification of causal models found that surface acting and deep acting increased burnout and deep acting, respectively (research model). Additionally, surface acting did not influence work engagement, and deep acting did not influence burnout (alternative models). In other words, we identified that emotional labor strategies have differential influences on burnout and work engagement. Finally, implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

Development Plan for the Identity and Future of Security Science (경호학의 정체성과 미래에 대한 발전 방안)

  • In 2015 the Department of Education announced that it will make downsizing efforts by recommending classified downsizing ratio according to the evaluation of universities for active support toward autonomous efforts of universities with the possibilities of reform and qualitative structural reform for customized human resource cultivation according to the social demands. This is the preemtive structural reform preparing against the rapid decrease of the number of students, and the preparation for changing into competitive universities so that customized human resource that is needed in the society can be trained. Security Science Departments of Korea, first established in 1996, need changes in curriculum in order to prepare for the fourth revolution of the future, and are stagnant on the education goal and employment course. Therefore the adoption of related certificates, curriculum, NCS, and professional curriculum is needed. For example, Hansei University, Chung-Ang University, and Far East University have established the Department of Industrial Security, and Kyonggi University and Sungshin Women's University have established the Department of Convergence Security. Also, Konkuk University has established the Graduate School of Security and Disasters, the Graduate School of Information and Policy, the Graduate School of Criminal Justice, Gachon University the Graduate School of National Security, Sungkyunkwan University the Graduate School of Strategic Studies. This shows that the field of Security Science should not settle for itself. This article analyzes current curriculum and subjects of security, police, industrial security, military related academic departments of key universities. It is necessary to prepare for the future by predicting the change from the merge of academic departments and the demands of the times. As technical colleges are adopting NCS, this is the time to seek for systematic collaboration between universities and technical colleges and between industry, government, and academida.

  • 본 연구에서는 사회복지시설에 근무하고 있는 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인과 조직요인의 주요변수를 검증하여 사회복지사의 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 방안을 모색하기 위해 진행되었다. 분석자료는 2017년 사회복지 종사자의 보수수준 및 근로여건 실태조사 패널데이터 중 사회복지사 자격증을 갖고 근무하고 있는 사회복지사 8,075명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도는 보통이상(3.40점)이었다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인으로 성별, 연령대, 결혼지위, 이직의도로 나타났고, 조직요인으로 총 보수액, 노동강도 대비 보수수준, 인권보장정도, 시설안전도, 시설유형 변인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • Purpose - The purpose of the paper is to show that the Effects of graduate wages on support program of UIC is the main topic, due to point of view of the need for change from school-level to student-level. UIC support program is divided into four areas: infra, education, Commercialization, start-up. Design/Methodology - Data were collected three survey from a University UIC Survey(2012) and Self-diagnostic research(2012), and Employment Training Panel(2012). UIC support program is divided into four areas, and graduate wages is researched Average monthly wage, bonuses, additional duty allowance. Statistical methods is used basic statistics, crosstabs, regression analysis Findings -There is was much higher effects in total wages of three variable, first on much Intellectual Property Registration(IP) in university teachers, second university students have founded a private space for start-up, and third much national certification staff from the university. Implications - The issue is that UIC education can not be greater practical effect on the wages of graduates yet. Actively support and quality training support from the government in the UIC program is expected to be followed.

Technology trend of Smart-home Security System (스마트 홈 시큐리티 기술 동향)

  • To cope with rapidly increasing crimes, the Smart-home system has become common to minimize and prevent crimes in the residential space. Accordingly, the interest on the security-related Smart-home system is also increasing. First is the establishment of Smart-home security standard. At present, the Smart-home security systems are implemented by individual policies of construction companies or by the requirement of residents. Each construction company has their own characteristics in the Smart-home security system; while there is no standardized system. Second is the introduction of Smart-home security certificate system. Like people have certificates, now the residential spaces may also need certificates. A certificate system that represents the performance of residential spaces cannot be an absolute criterion in the evaluation of apartment quality, however, it can be a basic requirement for the convenient residential environment and policies being implemented by the government. If a certificate system would be introduced, construction companies will compete with each other to provide with better security system and apartment operation companies will hire more specialized security personnel in order to get higher certificates. Consequently, better security of residential space will be secured. It is also required to develop and establish response measures by studying the key changes and trends of Smart-home security system. The advance in mechanical security devices will bring about more changes in the future. Therefore, more various in-depth studies are required on the basic specifications of security system in the residential spaces.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the present operation process and to suggest the points of improvement so that vocational education and training institutions can be activated more effectively. The subjects of this study were 250 college students who completed or attended the vocational education and training course in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and collected 230 data, excluding inappropriate responses. Data analysis was performed by using the statistical package program SPSS Statistics (Ver. 24: IBM, USA). In this study, frequency analysis was conducted to examine the characteristics of data, and crossover analysis was conducted mainly to investigate the correlation between categorical data. The results of this study are as follows: First, it provides information about vocational education and training course to all general high school students at the beginning of the first year of high school, and then, from the first semester of the second grade, do. Second, it is to open four major courses in beauty education at the same time. This makes it possible to acquire qualifications according to four beauty courses during the training period at the training institute rather than the private education institute where private education expenses are incurred. By training all major courses in skin, hair, make-up, and nail art, you will be given the opportunity to carefully determine the major course that fits your aptitude. Based on the results of this research, we propose a plan to improve the vocational education system for vocational high school students who are majoring in cosmetology.
