Lawsuits related to defects in apartment buildings involve a range of legal issues, based on which the current subjective judgment system has been established. This study aims to organize the judgment system by stage of lawsuit from a legal perspective by reviewing the factors dealt with in precedent research. The main issues at hand include assignment of obligation, the day on which the computation of exclusion period begins and the day on which the defect repair is completed. The rationality of the current subjective judgment system could be determined by reviewing the recent cases. Based on the findings of the review, the following are suggestions for improvements and complements of the system. First, the process of assignment of obligation should be systemized, and the guarantee insurance system that provides a warranty deed should be improved as well. In addition, improvements and systemization should be made to clarify the responsibilities for any defect arising from the agreements that are not stipulated on the contract, computation of abatement rate of compensation and the system by which the responsibility for the defects is completed when residents acquire ownership from rental status.

This study aims to analyze features of topics about AI(Artificial Intelligence) which is gaining a massive attention these days. Newspaper articles published from 2016 to June, 2017 were selected to analyze key subjects. The reason why the period was selected is people started to get attention on AI since 2016 as AlphaGo came out and gave a shock. The number of coded main message was 1,210 in 525 newspaper articles in total. The messages were categorized as three subject categories: the seven major categories, 62 middle categories. and minor categories. The seven major categories contains issues such as AI research, AI application, AI business, AI era, AI argument, AlphaGo, and other topics. The first features of issues about AI found in the major subject categories is that they are various and complicate. Second, it is important that social and policy-level issues related AI, such as job losses, misuse, and error should be dealt with to utilize AI safely. Last, issues related the role of human and revolution of education system in the AI era were shown as subjects which are important but hard to discuss.

Since Civil Law recognizes the freedom of a testament, it recognizes the freedom allowing the decedent to dispose his/her own property at his/her own intention. However, in order to prevent various abuses which may occur when the principle of freedom of testament is carried out unlimited, secured portion system is stipulated. So, absolute freedom of property disposed by the deceased is limited. Likewise, the secured portion system is introduced as the system to resolve the contradiction that exists between principle of freedom of testament and legal inheritance. Since Supreme Court Decision 2010DA50809 delivered on May 24, 2012 includes major legal issues such as how to exercise of claim of return for secured portions, transfer of the secured proportion or the claim of return for secured portions, and exercise of claim of return for secured portions against a third party. So, it has a very important meaning. In this paper, legal issues regarding the exercise of claim of return for secured portions have been reviewed with this decision.

The paper reviews the precedent studies on the relationship between standards and technological innovation. First of all, the paper defines standards, standardization, and technological innovation, respectively. Since standards have been considered as an obstacle in technological innovation, whether standards can promote innovation, or vice versa, is addressed. In addition, the role of standards and standardization in technological innovation is reviewed at the following levels: the stage of innovation, the type of innovation, and the macro or institutional aspect. Based on the above, the paper introduces at a glance the articles published in the special issue of Journal of Technology Innovation on the standards. Finally, the research questions to be studied in the future are presented.

1980년대 이후 미국에서 통합 마케팅 커뮤니케이션(Integrated Marketing Communications) 개념이 본격적으로 도입된 이래 IMC는 국내외적으로 실무에서 폭 넓게 활용되고 있으며, 1990년대 이래 학문적으로도 많은 연구들이 행해지고 있다. 그러나 IMC는 여전히 새로운 학문분야로서 아직도 학문적으로 많은 논쟁이 일어나고 있으며 체계적인 이론 정립이 미흡한 상황이다. 이러한 상황에서 본 논문은 지금까지의 국내외 IMC 관련 연구들을 체계적으로 고찰하여 IMC 연구의 전체 흐름을 이해하고, 쟁점은 무엇인지 파악하여, 이를 바탕으로 향후 연구방향을 탐색하였다. 본 논문은 지금까지의 IMC 관련 연구를 IMC의 개념 및 인식에 관한 연구, IMC 실행에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구, IMC 실행과정에 관한 연구, IMC 실행의 효과에 관한 연구 등 크게 네 가지 형태로 분류하여 각 분야 연구들의 논점들을 정리하였다. 분석결과 IMC 연구에 있어서 주요 쟁점으로 학문적 체계에 관한 문제, IMC 실행 수준의 측정 문제, 연구방법상 실무자를 대상으로 한 설문에 지나치게 의존하고 있는 문제 등이 부각되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 IMC 연구방향으로 IMC 정의 및 개념의 통일, 객관적인 IMC 측정방법의 연구, 광고주나 대행사뿐만 아니라 소비자 측면에서의 연구, 광고주와 대행사의 협력에 관한 연구, 구체적인 통합의 범위와 정도 및 효과를 규명하는 연구들이 필요한 것으로 드러났다.

This article analyzes three major issues related to regional voting in South Korea. First, is regional voting a regional problem or an ideological problem? Second, is regional voting caused by regional identity or regional interest? Third, has regionalism waxed or waned? Analyses of the cumulative data set since the 15th presidential election yield the following results. First, Yongnam people are more conservative than Honam people. Second, regional voting consists of ideological and regional components. Third, there exist both a hometown effect and an abode effect in regional voting, but the latter is significantly greater than the former. Forth, regionalism had weakened between the 15th National Assembly election and the 16th Presidential election, but has not varied much since then.

The old sources of competitive edge and value added were land, labor, and capital. In today's knowledge-based economy in the 21st century, technology is attracting attention as a new engine of growth. That paradigm shift of world economy has resulted in the global spread of technology transfer and the gradual increase of trade of intangible goods including patents and know-how as well as tangible goods in international trade. An international license agreement is a representative form of technology transfer. In license agreements, the providers of technology keep their ownership of technology, allow the implementation of technology to the users of technology only for a certain period of time, and receive loyalty as a reward. Economic profit through such technology trade can be realized with the smooth implementation and termination of agreement. International license agreements are different from sales contracts, which represent international business transaction based on mutual obligation, in many aspects in that they target intangible goods of technology and aim for rent for a certain period of time. This study thus set out to examine issues that could be controversial in the main and individual obligation of the parties in international license agreements and provide implications helpful for the prevention of disputes in advance.

본 논문은 지난 1월 '벤처기업 육성에 관한 특별조치법(이하, 벤처기업법)'이 한시법에서 상시법으로 변경되고, 이에 추가적으로 성과조건부주식(일명 이하 RSU: Restiricted Stock Unit) 도입 등의 내용이 담긴 일부개정법률이 국무회의를 통과하며 2024년 7월 시행을 예고하고 있는 시점에서, RSU가 당초 도입 취지에 맞게 스타트업과 벤처기업의 우수인력유치 위한 실효성을 담보 할수 있는지 여부와 이의 제고를 위해서는 어떠한 방안들이 추가 검토되어야 하는지에 대한 방안을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 본 논문은 크게 세 가지의 연구내용을 분석하였다. 첫째, RSU가 어떻게 기존 다른 주식보상제도와는 다르게 스타트업과 벤처기업에 우수인력 유치가 가능하도록 도모하는지에 대한 분석이다. 둘째, 현재 도입예정인 RSU 법률안에 대해 주요법률적 쟁점을 넘어 스타트업과 벤처기업의 시장현장 관점에서 얼마나 실효성이 담보되어 있는지를 분석하는 것이다. 셋째, 현재 도입예정인 RSU 법률안이 스타트업과 벤처기업에게 우수한 인력유치라는 도입 취지를 제고하기 위해서는 어떠한 보완이 추가되어야 하는지에 대해 쟁점을 도출하고 이를 스타트업과 벤처생태계의 주요 관련 이해그룹의 전문가들을 대상으로 FGI를 실시하여 시장친화적인 RSU 세부도 입방안 기반을 제공하는 것이다. 본 논문은 도입예정인 RSU가 우수한 인력유치가 절실한 스타트업과 중소벤처기업에게 자본여력이 충분하지 못한 상황에서도 보유주식을 활용해 우수인력을 유치하도록 견인 할 수 있는 제도적 기반 마련 즉, 향후 예정되어 있는 RSU의 대통령 시행령 기반 마련에 일조할 것으로 기대한다. 이를 통해 본 논문은 RSU가 기존 주식보상제도들의 한계를 극복하는 대안으로 성장하며, 스타트업과 벤처생태계의 우수인력 유치수단으로 안착하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

최근 새로운 플랫폼과 인터넷 환경의 급속한 변화로 인해 소프트웨어가 다양화되면서 보안 위협도 나날이 증가하고 있어 보안 취약점에 대한 효과적인 대응 방안 마련이 주요 쟁점으로 대두되고 있다. 해외 주요 소프트웨어 벤더사의 경우 보안 취약점에 체계적으로 대응하기 위해 설계 단계에서 보안을 적용하는 사례가 알려져 있지만 해외와 국내 소프트웨어 개발 생태계의 환경적 차이점으로 말미암아 동일한 방식을 일률적으로 적용하는 것은 많은 어려움이 따른다. 이번 논문에서는 기업 제품의 보안 취약점을 개선하기 위한 국내외 사례를 통해 소프트웨어 개발 시 설계에서 배포단계까지 각 단계별 취약점 발굴 활동의 유용성과 배포 후 취약점 발굴 인력의 집단지성을 활용하는 보안 취약점 보상제도의 동향에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

제주 강정항은 우리나라 남방해역의 보호라는 안보적인 측면과 대형 크루즈선 유치를 통한 관광산업의 활성화를 위해 해군기지와 민항의 기능을 가진 민 군복항으로 건설되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제주 강정항 계류시설의 대상선박인 15만톤급 초대형 크루즈선의 입 출항 및 통항 안전성 판별을 위해 실시하는 선박조종시뮬레이션의 일반 수행 절차와 선행 연구 등을 분석한다. 이는 선행 연구에서 제기된 주요 쟁점사항들을 명확하게 분석함으로써 객관적이고 신뢰성 높은 선박조종시뮬레이션 연구를 수행하고자 하는 것으로, 주요 검토 사항은 수역시설인 선회장과 진입항로의 교각, 크루즈선의 풍압면적과 적용 풍속 등을 면밀하게 고찰하여 시뮬레이션에 반영하고자 함이다. 또한 제주 강정한 건설은 사회적 관심이 매우 큰 국책사업임을 감안하여 선박조종시뮬레이션 분석 및 평가 등에 해상교통안전 및 선박운용 분야의 전문가그룹을 자문위원으로 구성했고, 연구 결과의 타당성 확보를 위해 해상교통안전진단제도에 명시된 선박조종시뮬레이션 표준절차와 평가 방법 등을 적용하였다.
