Many previous researches in the area of online games have been carried out about internet addiction by psychologist and about the development of related technologies by scientists. There are a few studies about the consumer satisfaction from the online business model. The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationship between critical factors and consumer satisfaction of online game users. This study model used five themes(interactivity, enjoyment, challenge, feedback, design) in order to identify the effect of critical factors on consumer satisfaction. The result of this study identified that interactivity, enjoyment, challenge have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of online game users. Future areas for studying on the Effect of Critical Factors on Consumer Satisfaction of Online Game Users are continuously discussed.

By applying the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), we have analyzed the importance and the order for priorities to the management risk factors of Korean SMEs & Venture companies in China. The major management risk factors of manufacturing companies were the rise in labor costs followed by fierce competition in the marketplace, problems involved with human resource management and the rise in the cost of materials. In the case of companies manufacturing electronic products, the rise of labor costs and alteration in government's tax policy were seen as the main risk factors. In the case of chemical product manufacturing companies, the reinforcement of environmental protection law and in automobile component manufacturing companies, apart from the rise in labor cost, the increase in raw materials costs were analyzed as the main risk factors. While considering the time period, the main risk factors of the companies that entered China in the 1990's were fierce competition and alteration in government's tax policy and for the companies that entered China in the 2000's, increase in raw material cost, the rise in labor cost etc were analyzed to be the main risk management factors.

It has been reported that most accidents are caused by human factors. and especially collisions occurred by human are more than 80 percent. Thus we have to understand how mariners generally deal the own operating ship to avoid the target ship. what information they require. and so on. The aim of this paper is to clarify the important factors influencing mariners' decision-making in the situation of collision avoidance. As a result, main factors in each process for collision avoidance were analyzed.

Performing a survey on the employers of S company that have built an EIP and used it effectively, we examined the priority of success factors that are considered as important ones by managers, general users, and system administrators. Then, we examined whether the priorities are different among the users of EIP according to the job, position, and period of use. Further, we looked into how the past and present EIP system of S company implemented the factors that took the first and the second places in priority for each of the four categories; the category of factors considered at the in of determining whether to build the system, the category of system functions provided in general, the category of functions provided with high priority when the system is used after the building, md the category of factors that make effective use of the system once it is built.

This study sought to find importance factors for the quality of delivery food service, identify the mutual importance of delivery food service quality studied in the preceding study, and derive the order of importance of each factor. To compare the priorities of factors determining the choice of quality of delivery food service, this study used a decision model using the appropriate Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and carried out the process of quantifying the mutual evaluation. This process allows us to view the relative importance and priority of the selection factors. Through a prior study, the main factors of quality of delivery food service were classified and the main people of high importance were selected. According to the results of AHP the quality of deliver service is the main factor for the quality of delivery food service, and the quality of order service and food service is the key factor of the quality of delivery food service, which should take the upper hand in importance. This study results in how important specific factors are by giving relative self-weights to the lower factors, showing that convenience and accuracy always have the first and second place weight priorities in the lower factors, despite differences such as gender age and frequency of making them more convenient and accurate.

인터넷의 사용증가는 전자정부 서비스 성장의 주요한 촉매제 역할을 하고 있다. 이러한 전자정부 서비스의 증가에도 불구하고 사용자 만족에 대한 실증적인 연구는 시작단계이다. 본 연구에서는 실증 분석결과 전자정부 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 6가지 요인을 도출할 수 있었다. 즉, 전자정부 서비스의 구성(formation), 기능성(function), 신뢰성(reliability), 시각성(visibility ), 효율성(efficiency), 그리고 지속성 (substantiality)이라는 요인이다. 본 연구는 전자정부 서비스를 기획하고 구현하는데 주요한 지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 본 연구의 실증분석 결과 도출된 전자정부 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 6가지 요인은 한국의 전자정부 서비스의 향상과 정책에 주요한 시사점을 제공할 것 이다.

This study aims to assess the competitiveness of 30 logistics centers that operate in the hinterland of the North Container Port at Busan New Port. Thirty-two key factors were selected from previous studies to analyze and improve competitiveness and expand business opportunities in the hinterland. Suggestions from logistics experts were also canvassed. These variables were then put through first- and second-factor analysis to verify validity and measure confidence levels; they were later categorized into five factors and 15 sub-factors impacting on competitiveness. The categorized factors were compared using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to assess the importance of each factor and sub-factor in the case of logistics centers in the North Container hinterland of Busan New Port. The findings indicate that factors related to the securing of significant amounts of container cargoes were of greater importance. On the other hand, relatively basic factors proved to be less important in improving the competitiveness of the port hinterland.

Recently more and more shortened of corporation's sustainable longevity at the enterprise, and enterprise environment is also changing drastically. In this study, we wanted to obtain a solution that enable to continue the company's corporate longevity through critical factor analysis of the Japan Shinise. In the analysis results of Japan corporation as Doraya, Deicoko, Shinise longevity, we can explain about critical factors like that credit, tradition, customization, products development, changes of management methods and finding a global new markets. Also, In this study, analyzed a significance of critical factors for focusing on each cases and theories using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and did prediction and analysis about critical longevity factors. However, it need to collect sufficient data and a lots of variables for input. because the sample may be it insufficient. Results of the study, will be expected to be a useful guide for analysis of longevity factors at the company in the future.

본 연구는 EDI시스템의 성공적 실행에 영향을 미치는 주요요인을 밝히기 위하여 다음과 같은 연구내용으로 연구를 수행한다. 첫째, 문헌조사를 통하여 개념적 모형을 개발하고, 둘째, 기존의 연구에서 사용된 설문지를 토대로 본 연구에서 사용하고자 하는 설문지를 개발한다. 셋째, EDI 시스템의 성공적 실행에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 영향력 정도를 파악하기 위하여 본 연구에서 설정한 연구가설을 회귀분석을 통하여 검증한다.

지난 1월 27일부터 '중대재해 처벌 등에 관한 법률(약칭 : 중대재해처벌법)'이 시행되었다. 중대재해를 예방하는 것을 궁극적인 목적으로 해 경영자에게 안전보건 확보 의무를 부여하는 중대재해처벌법은 현장의 위험요인을 일상적으로 확인하고 개선하는 절차를 마련하고 이를 이행할 것, 그리고 위험요인 개선을 위해 필요한 인력, 예산 등을 갖추는 것을 주요 내용으로 한다. 다음에 그 주요내용에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.
