The purpose of this paper is to analyze the world rice market through structure and conduct frameworks utilizing annual data from 1970 to 2007. The world rice market has been unstable for much of the period post-World War II, with prices volatile and the availability of supplies uncertain. Therefore, analysis of the structure and conduct of the world rice market can provide information to better formulate the direction of future policies. Also, this paper will describe the effects of total production, export rice price, market concentration, and real exchange rate for exporting countries on total export rice volume. On basis of the expected results, the international rice market possesses market power with respects to static calculation and hypothesis test, and it will be demonstrated that exporting countries' currency crucially affects the exporting quantity and market power of those same exporting countries.

연구개발 자원을 활용하여 창업하는 경우 초기 연구개발에 대한 투자가 선행되어야 하며 이에 따라 물적, 인적 자원 등의 투입 여부, 규모와 시기, 방법의 적절성 등이 성공적인 창업 단계로 발전 할 수 있는 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 또한 세계적인 기술의 흐름과 시장의 흐름을 파악하여 시장을 선도할 수 있는 제품과 서비스의 개발이 이루어져야 창업 단계로의 성공적인 발전에 대한 확률이 높아 질 수 있을 것이다. 이 밖에도 관련 있는 여러 요소가 있을 수 있다고 가정한다면, 이 여러 가지 요인들 중 초기 단계의 연구개발 기업의 경우 성공적인 창업단계에 이를 수 있는 주요한 요소들의 특성과 외부의 환경적인 영향이라 할 수 있는 변수들은 무엇이며 각 요소 및 변수들의 성공적인 창업 단계로의 발전과의 상관, 인과 관계를 연구, 고찰해 보며 주요한 요소들 각각의 상관관계를 연구하여 이를 토대로 초기 단계의 연구개발 창업 기업에 있어서 성공적인 창업 단계로의 발전에 대한 주요 성공 요인을 해외에서의 창업 성공 요인에 대한 비교 연구와 국내의 사례에 대한 연구를 통하여 고찰하여보고자 한다.

The advent of the full-fledged Internet of Things era will bring together various types of information through Internet of Things devices, and the vast amount of information collected will be generated as new information by the analysis process. To effectively store this generated information, a flexible and scalable cloud computing system is advantageous. Therefore, the main determinants for effective client system acceptance are viewed as motivator factor (economics, efficiency, etc.) and hindrance factor (transitional costs, security issues, etc.) and the purpose of this study is to determine which detailed factors play a major role in making new system acceptance decisions around harm. The factors required to determine the major priorities are defined as the system acceptance determinants from the technical point of view obtained through the literature review, and the questionnaire is prepared based on the factors derived, and the survey is conducted on the experts concerned. In addition, the AHP analysis aims to achieve a final priority by performing a bifurcation between components for measuring a decision unit. Furthermore, the results of this study will serve as an important basis for making decisions based on acceptance (enabling) of technology.

섬유소비는 인구증가 및 경제발전 정도와 밀접한 상관관계를 가지고 있으며, 여러 산업과도 연관되어 있다. 천연섬유와 인조섬유와의 시장 점유 경쟁은 인조섬유가 처음 일반에게 소개된 20세기 초부터 시작되었고, 그후 인조섬유의 품질향상과 신섬유의 개발로 더욱 가열되었다. 섬유의 시장점유율은 가격, 품질 등 여러 요인으로부터 영향을 받으며, 지역적 특성에 따라서도 많은 차이를 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 한국에서의 주요 섬유의 시장점유율을 분석하고, 또한 이를 다른 지역과 비교하는 것을 주요 목적으로 하였다. 시장점유율은 한국과 미국, 기타 선진국, 개발도상국에서의 면, 양모, 재생 cellulose 섬유, 합성 섬유의 1979년부터 1986년까지의 연간 내수용 소비량을 기초로 하여 산출되었다. Minimum Absolute Deviations method를 사용하여 Markov process에 의거한 이전확률(transition probability)을 구하였다. 한국의 섬유시장은 주요섬유의 시장점유율의 크기와 변화 그리고 이전화률면에서 미국의 섬유시장과 유사하였으며, 개발도상국과는 차이를 보였다. 또한, 같은 선진경제임에도 불구하고 미국의 섬유시장은 기타 선진국과는 차이점을 보임으로써 지역에 따른 섬유 선호성과 다른 요인들이 섬유 소비에 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사하였다.

본 연구에서는 방대한 양과 다양한 종류의 필드를 가지는 인력패널 데이터를 기초로 데이터마이닝 기법인 의사결정나무 추론 등의 기법을 활용하여 근로자의 직무 만족과, 조직몰입에 주요한 영향을 주는 요소를 상향식으로 도출하고, 이런 주요 요소가 근로자의 직무만족과, 조직몰입에 어떠한 관계를 가지는지 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 데이터마이닝 기법을 활용한 직무만족과, 조직몰입 모형구축을 통하여 기존연구들에서 고려하지 못한 주요 영향요인을 보완하고, 기업의 인적자원관리 및 개발 차원에서 조직의 발전과 성과향상을 기대할 수 있다.

기존의 미국 식품의약국(FDA, Food and Drug Administration)규정에 따르면 어떤 식품첨가물의 기능과 안정성을 평가하는 방법은 그때 그때 각각의 경우에 맞게 설정하여 실시하게 되어 있다. 이런 평가 방법은 포괄적이기는 하지만 과잉의 기능과 안정성 시험을 실시하는 결과를 초래해 왔다. 여기서는 새로운 식품 첨가물에 대한 안정성 시험 시 그 첨가물이 사용되는 실제 조건 하에서 체계적이고 과학적인 접근 방법에 따라 시험이 되도록 할 것을 제안하고자 한다. 체계적인 방법으로 시험하기 위해서는 새로 개발된 식품첨가물들이 사용하게 될 적용 대상 식품의 여러가지조건(pH, 수분, 가공 및 저장 온도)에서 그 첨가물의 안정성에 영향을 미치는 화학적, 물리적 주요 요인들이 먼저 결정되어야 한다. 그 다음 기능성과 안전성에 관련된 요소들이 하나의 모델 시스템으로 조직화되어 주요요인들의 측정 범위가 정해져야 한다. 마지막으로 설정된 모델 시스템은 첨가물이 실제 적용받게 되는 가공,운송, 저장 조건 하에서의 사용 조건을 고려한 상태에서 첨가물을 시험하여 기능과 안정성이 입증되어야 한다. 일단 증명이 되면 그 모델 시스템은 사용 가능성이 있는 적용 범위에까지도 그 첨가물의 기능성과 안정성을 평가할 수 있게 해준다. 이 논문에서는 식품첨가물 시험방법에 대한 체계적인 접근 방법을 설명하고 아스파탐의 예를 들어서 그 방법을 조명해 보고자 한다.

원자력분야에서 인적요인의 검토, 평가, 개선의 필요성이 강조되고 있으나 인간공학 응용을 위한 기반기술의 미비로 인해 명시적 수단을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 인간공학적 응용수단의 하나인 운전원 모형을 개발하 기위하여, 그 첫 단계로 모형개발의 방향을 모색하였다. 원자력분야의 응용에 적합한 개발방향을 설정하기 위 하여, 첫째 모형화되어야 할 주요 운전원의 특성을 파악하였으며, 둘째 다른 응용분야와 원자력분야에서의 주요 모형개발사례를 조사분석하고, 셋째 모형화 방법론과 구현기법을 검토하였다. 그 결과, 중앙제어실 운전원을 대상 으로 진단(diagnosis)등 주요 직무수행에 나타나는 의사결정의 전략과 특성을 체계화하여 인지심리학적 기반이 확고한 개념모형(conceptual model)을 개발하고, 이를 전문가 시스템 개발도구(tool)에 의해 구체적인 소프트웨어로 구현함으 로써, 인적요인의 검토, 평가, 개선 등에 직접 활용가능한 시물레이션 수단(simulation tool)을 확보한다는 추진전략을 수립하였다.

대기중의 휘발성 유기화합물(VOC)측정의 중요성이 날로 커지고 있어 많은 연구자들의 관심을 갖고 이에 대한 연구와 측정이 이루어지고 있다. 대기중의 VOC는 0.1 ∼ 10 ppb수준의 매우 미량으로 존재하고 있어 정확한 측정이 어려운 경우가 많다. 시료의 채취과정에서 부터 분석과정, 그리고 calibration과정등 많은 측정 불확도 요인이 있어 이를 잘 파악하지 않을 경우 측정결과의 신뢰성이 크게 떨어질 수 있다. 그러므로, 본 연구에서는 이러한 측정 불화도 요인을 체계적으로 파악하여 정확한 VOC측정을 위해서 어떠한 측정 불확도 요인이 중요하고, 이러한 주요 측정불확도 요인을 최소화하기 위해서는 어떠한 점을 주의하여야 하는지를 조사하고저 하였다. 국제해사기구(International Maritime Organization, IMO)에서 해양안전과 환경보호를 위해 국제규범들을 도입 및 시행 중에 있다. 그러나, 크고 작은 해양사고는 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 인명사상, 환경오염을 유발하는 심각한 선박사고는 꾸준히 발생하고 있다. 이에, 인적요인 역할 강화를 위해 IMO에서는 선원교육훈련 지침의 개발을 결정하였다. 본 연구에서는 동 지침의 개발을 위한 주요 고려사항들과 해양사고사례에 얻은 교훈의 효과적인 활용을 위해 IMO의 다양한 인적요인관련 국제지침들과 교육 요령 등을 분석하여, 적절한 교육기법 및 프레임워크를 제시하였다.

In this research, the factor having an effect on the cancer check inspection through the cancer check service and process, of desiring against the cancer check examinee living in the illustration and rural area environment, and analysis about the result tries to be sought for. This research performed the frequency analysis, cross analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis and came to the conclusion. The examination reservation procedure, medical team professionalism, examination contents of notice, result of medical examination explanation, examination notification date, and examination duration of subscription was analyzed as the significance factor as the factor reached to the urban district inspection. And the examination contents of notice, total examination time, result of medical examination explanation, medical team professionalism, examination duration of subscription, and process of the medical examination explanation as to rural area, was analyzed as the significance factor. The cancer check was inspected according to the illustration and farming village and there was no big difference in the significance factor having an effect on the inspection. However, the Profiling about the examination procedure and service has to be continuously performed. And the differentiation strategy and policy considering the illustration and fairness between rural areas are required.
