지역생활정보망의 궁극적인 성공여부는 주민들의 참여 여하에 달려있다. 따라서 주민들의 자발적인 참여를 위해서는 거부감없이 이용할 수 있는 매체의 개발과 보급도 중요하지만 무엇보다도 주민들이 관심을 가질 수 있는 정보를 재미있고 이용하기 쉬운 형태로 제공해줌으로써 주민들이 자발적으로 관심을 가질 수 있도록 이끌어내야 한다. 이러한 측면에서 본 장애서는 대구지역의 주민들이 평소 어떤 생활정보에 가장 관심이 있고 어떤 정보를 가장 많이 이용하는지, 그리고 각 생활정보를 실제로 구하는데는 어느 정도의 어려움을 느끼고 있으며 여기에 주로 어떤 매체들을 사용하고 있는지 등에 관한 조사를 해봄으로써 향후 지역의 생활정보에 대한 데이터베이스를 구축하는데 유용한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to figure out measures to improve abandoned mine area residents' life satisfaction from the viewpoint of ecosystems. The subjects of this study were 195 residents aged at least 30 years and structured survey were used collected from April, 3, 2014 to 20. The levels of abandoned mine area residents' mental health were measured using the general mental health scale and the residents' life satisfaction was examined using a life satisfaction scale. The abandoned mine area resident's life satisfaction was a little higher than the middle and their future life satisfaction was shown to be the lowest. Out of the microsystemic factors, mental health degree contributing to the quality of life and those with lower depression and anxiety showed higher life satisfaction. None of the mesosysystemic factors, were not found to influencing the quality of life. Out of the macrosystemic factors were found to be mine area special law in influencing the quality of life. In order to improve the life satisfaction of the mine locals seem to need practical strategies related for maintaining a healthy mind and continued implementation of the economic revitalization policy.

마을상수도는 상수도가 공급되지 않는 농어촌지역 주민들의 편의를 위하여 제공하는 수도의 형태로, 현재 2만3천여 개의 간이급수시설이 설치 운영되고 있다. 농어촌지역 주민들의 유일한 식수 및 생활용수원으로 사용되기 때문에 관리와 운영에 문제가 발생하면 해당지역 주민들의 건강이나 생활에 직접적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 마을상수도의 안전성 확보는 농어촌지역 주민들의 건강한 삶을 유지하기 위해 반드시 이루어져야 하는 중요한 사안이다.

우리나라의 주민생활을 이해하는데는 먼저 지형지모에 대한 이해로부터 시작되어야한다. 지형지모의 근간이 되는 산세가 가장기본 토대가 되고 이에 따른 하천수계의 상태가 주민생활과 밀접하게 관계되고 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 북부지방의 하천수계가 어떻게 흘러가고 있으며, 이들 강과 하천이 어떤 상태이며, 그리고 우리주민생활무대인 평야로 발달시키고 있는가를 분석 한 것이다. 실제로 하천은 침식과 운반 그리고 퇴적 등의 세가지 유수작용을 하고 있으므로 지구표면 각지역에 넓은 생활터전인 평야지역을 발달시켜 주고있다. 이로 말미암아 인류문화의 발전근거가 바로 하천과 평야에 근거되고 있다고 볼 수 있는 것이다.(중략)

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the life satisfaction of North Korean defectors in the ongoing situation of difficulties. Specifically, it examines the impact of the digital informatization level, and social capital on their life satisfaction and aims to verify the mediating effect of social capital in the relationship between the digital informatization level and life satisfaction. To achieve this, a structural equation model was utilized to validate the research model using data from 679 North Korean defectors who participated in the 2021 Report on the digital Divide. The research results confirm the direct influence of the digital informatization level and social capital of North Korean defectors on life satisfaction. Additionally, the study identifies the mediating effect of social capital in the relationship between the digital informatization level and life satisfaction. Based on these research findings, recommendations are proposed for enhancing the life satisfaction of North Korean defectors.

본 연구는 농촌관광사업의 Stakeholders간의 관계 측면에서 참여주민의 특성이 개발기관과 주민조직의 특성과 어떤 관계가 있으며, 이 세 요소가 개발 성과에 어떤 인과관계가 있는지를 밝히는데 있다. 참여주민의 특성으로 사회와 참여주민에 대한 가치체계, 즉 사회자본의 요소들인 신뢰, 규범, 공동체의식 및 네트워크에의 참여를, 개발기관의 특성으로 지원내용과 지원만족도를, 그리고 주민주직의 특성으로 주민조직의 경영역량인 기획, 조직, 지도력, 통제를 측정항목으로 설정하였다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 45개 마을에서 227명의 농촌관광 참여자들을 대상으로 상관분석과 경로 분석을 실시하였다. 경로분석 결과 사회자본이 사업성과에 미치는 직접적인 효과는 0.60으로 상당 부분의 영향을 미침을 설명하고 있었다. 반면 개발기관의 지원특성은 주민조직의 경영역량과 유의성 있는 상관이 있었으나 사업성과에 직접적인 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 개발사업의 효과가 외부지원에 의해서가 아니라 주민 자체의 역량에 의해서 결정됨을 설명한다. 농촌관광사업이 효과를 얻기 위해서는 공동체의식, 주민과 개발기관간의 상호 신뢰감 조성 등 주민의식의 고양이 필요하며, 특히 주민조직체의 경영역량 함량을 위해 제도적 지원이 강화되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social capital on the life satisfaction of the community residents. For the research, social capital was consisted of participation, network, trust and norm. To achieve the purpose of this research, data were collected from 279 citizens of S-city in Gangwon-Do. The results of this study were summarized as follows: Mean analyses showed that social capital had $3.02{\pm}.52$. According to hierarchical multiple-regression, participation(${\beta}$=.26, p<.001), network(${\beta}$=.17, p<.01) and trust(${\beta}$=.16, p<.01) among social capital showed positive influence on life satisfaction of community residents(R2=.35). This study finally discussed theoretical implications for future study and practical implications on the results.

This study explores how social media influences individual's social development and well-being. Social media is discussed as an effective tool when individuals lacking social and psychological resources are trying to expand their social networks. This study focuses on the social media use of North Korean defectors, who, in general, have closed social media networks in the South Korean society. This study tries to analyze empirically the effect of social media use on North Korean defectors' satisfaction with our society. In particular, this study focuses on how the use of social media influences satisfaction with their life in South Korea at different levels of their emotional states. This study explores that the relationship between social media and satisfaction with their life in South Korea varies based upon the degree of self-esteem and anxiety. This study expects that social media might provide greater benefits for those who are experiencing low self-esteem and high anxiety. In addition, this study conducts the same analysis for the general public and then compares its results with the survey on North Korean defectors. According to the results of North Korean defectors' survey, the impact of social media use on satisfaction with their life in South Korea was greater for those with high anxiety than for those with low anxiety. Meanwhile, the impact was greater for those with high self-esteem than for those with low self-esteem.

정부의 주민통합서비스 실현 방안은 최근 사회복지계의 이슈가 되고 있는 사회복지전달체계의 개편 방안의 일환으로 지역중심의 통합복지서비스를 제공하려는 의도는 인정될 수 있으나 보건과 복지의 통합도 시범사업에서 실패한 경험적 사실을 깨닫지 못하고 복지, 보건, 고용, 주거, 문화, 생활체육을 행정적으로 통합하면 문제가 해결된다는 안이하고 지극히 비현실적인 접근방법이라 할 수 있다고 지적하였다.
