고객의 주문에 따라 제품을 설계하고 생산하는 수주생산업체의 생산일정계획을 수립하는 데는 널리 알려진 자재소요량 기법이 적합하지 않다. BOP는 이러한 수주생산업종의 생산일정계획에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있는 기본 자료이며, 본 논문에서는 이것을 이용한 효과적인 유한능력 생산일정계획절차를 제시한다. 아울러 이를 기반으로 앞으로 계속되어야 할 연구 주제 및 현재 일정계획절차의 개선방향에 대하여 설명한다.

We present a production planning and control system suitable for small to medium sized, order-based companies producing special gases of small-quantity. The proposed system uses cards each of which represents individual unit of order. The components and procedure of the system are described in detail. The proposed system is easy to implement because it visualizes the amount and distribution of the received orders; and requires minimum aid of computer.

인터넷, PC통신 등과 같은 전자적인 수단에 의한 상거래가 활성화되면서 효율적인 물류업계의 대용전략이 요구되고 있다. 전자상거래하에서는 상류부문 예를 들어 상품의 주문 및 결제가 전자적으로 이루어지기 때문에 고객들은 물류서비스에서도 신속한 배송을 원하게 되었다. 또한 물류활동은 상거래 관련 당사자간의 수많은 정보가 유통되게 되기 때문에 물류부문도 이러한 정보의 흐름에 신속한 접속이 요구된다. 본 연구는 전자상거래하에서 물류의 효율적 관리를 위하여 사이버 물류시스템의 구축을 모색하는 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 사이버 물류시스템이 구축되면 물류관련 당사자간을 인터넷을 통한 연계성이 확보됨으로써 정보의 원활한 흐름이 가능해지며 이로 인해 전체 물류시스템의 효율화가 증진될 것이며, 이로 인해 국내외 전자상거래의 활성화에 크게 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

고객 만족과 납기 충족율을 최대화하기 위하여, 정확하고 실용적인 납기회답 시스템(ATP)은 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 그러나 복잡한 공급사슬관리 환경 하에서 조달, 제조, 분배 등을 모두 고려한 정확한 ATP 수량 할당은 매우 어려운 업무이고, 때문에 많은 연구들이 이루어져 왔다. 지금까지 기존의 선행 연구에서 시도되었던 ATP 모형들은 공통적으로 정수배의 시간 단위만 고려해 왔고, 이는 실제 산업 현장의 ATP 프로세스를 정확하게 반영하지 못하고 있는 비현실적인 가정이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SCM을 위하여 비정수 타임 랙을 사용한 ATP 시스템을 고려한다. 기존 연구들에서 이산형의 무리한 가정으로 표현되어 왔던 시간 단위를 동적 생산 함수(dynamic production function) 개념을 통하여 비음의 실수 범위에서의 자유롭게 나누어 고려할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 통하여 기존 ATP 연구들의 무리한 가정을 제거하였으며, 보다 더 현실에 가까운 ATP 모델을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 특히 공급 사슬(Supply Chain) 전체의 재고와 생산, 운송을 모두 고려하며 고객 주문에 대응하는 통합 ATP 시스템을 설계하였고, 기존 연구들이 미처 고려하지 못한 시간 흐름의 연속성에 중점을 두고 선형 계획(LP) 문제의 형태로 비정수 타임랙(non-integer time lag)을 갖는 ATP 시스템을 모델링하였다.

본 논문에서는 PHP와 MySQl의 언어를 기반으로 한 오픈 소스 기반의 콘텐츠 관리시스템인 워드프레스(Wordpress)를 설치하고 이를 기반으로 쇼핑몰을 구축 한다. 워드프레스는 각종 테마를 통해 자신이 원하는 디자인으로 홈페이지를 꾸밀 수 있고 수많은 플러그인으로 사용자가 원하는 기능을 추가할 수 있는데, 이 논문에서는 우커머스(Woocommerce)라는 플러그인 설치하여 상품의 주문 내역을 확인 할 수 있고 쿠폰을 등록할 수 있고 '보고서'라는 기능을 통해 이들에 대한 내용을 관리 분석할 수 있으며, 상품을 추가, 삭제, 수정 할 수 있으며 재고관리도 가능한 쇼핑몰을 구축한다.

POS 소프트웨어는 제품 판매 시점에 실시간으로 판매 정보가 저장되어 매출 분석 및 자동 정산, 재고 관리를 통해 효율적인 경영 관리를 가능하게 해주는 소프트웨어를 말한다. 이미 시장에 상당수의 POS 소프트웨어 제품들이 출시되긴 했지만, 무인 결제 시스템인 키오스크 (Kiosk) 나 메뉴 정보나 주문 정보를 실시간으로 표시해주는 DID 와 같이 효율적인 매장 관리를 위해 필요한 솔루션을 POS 와 동시에 사용하기는 고가의 비용을 지불하거나, 해당 솔루션을 함께 해주는 상품은 거의 존재하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 moki 사에서 이미 제공하고 있는 솔루션에 연동되는 POS 소프트웨어 개발로 저렴한 가격으로 매장 관리를 할 수 있는 시스템 제공을 목표로 한다.

A general purpose ERP system is often unsuitable to manage the products of a small and medium enterprise. Thus, it is necessary to develop and use a system which is suitable for characteristic of an enterprise. In this paper, we implement a raw and subsidiary materials management system which controls the many products of an enterprise producing electrical wire. First, we design a database of raw and subsidiary materials information for production process. Second, we develop an automatic calculation module which computes the necessary quantify of materials to produce goods ordered. Third, the proposed system manages purchasing and selling data of raw and subsidiary materials in production process. Finally, we implement not only a history management module of storage and delivery, but also a print module of history summary report.

The multimedia data for video-on-demand(VOD) service has large, continuous and real time characteristics. The frequent disk I/O operations takes much time and decrease the system performance in multimedia services. Therefore the efficient buffer management is needed in order to reduce the disk accesses to multimedia data. This paper addresses how to increase the buffer hit ratio and the number of users in a multimedia service like VOD by increasing the utility of buffer. This paper also simulated various resource management algorithms and strategies and evaluated, compared and analyzed their performances.

There have been certain extent of material inventory in construction site because of difficulties in ordering by small quantity, strategy of securing future requirements and prevention of delay. However, carrying these inventory entails a financial cost called inventory holding cost and decrease construction productivity, so proper inventory management in construction industry is important for construction efficiency and cost reduction. This study tries to find analytical method of inventory management. It includes ordering decision which decide how much to order and when to order. Setting these strategies including deciding safety inventory, input and ouput variability are able to controled.

주문형 비디오 시스템의 비용과 성능에 실제 영향을 미칠 수 있는 주요 설계 문제로서 실시간 디스크 스케쥴링, 버퍼 관리, 프리페칭, 영화 할당, 그리고 장치 대역폭 감소 등이 있다. 여기서 영화 할당은 영화 사본의 개수를 결정하고, 그리고 서버들에게 영화 사본들이 배치될 위치를 결정한다. 본 논문에서는, 인기도를 고려해서 영화 사본들이 디스크에 배치될 때 topic 별로 분리해서 각각의 topic 들을 서로 다른 서버에 배치시키는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 각 서버에 한 개의 영화를 저장할 수 있는 버퍼를 두어 가장 인기있는 비디오만 버퍼를 사용하는 버퍼관리 알고리즘을 제안한다.
